Claims (7)

  1. An insulation complex formed of a sheet (2) of insulating material placed between polyethylene air honeycomb sheets (3) whereof the lateral borders are welded over the whole length thereof, said sheets (3) being fitted with an external coating (4) of bonded or thermowelded aluminium, characterised in that said sheet (2) of insulating material is an expanded polystyrene sheet placed freely between said polyethylene air honeycomb sheets (3).
  2. An insulation composite according to claim 1, characterised in that the thickness of the expanded polystyrene sheet (2) is of the order of 2 to 10 mm.
  3. An insulation composite according to any of the claims 1 or 2, characterised in that it comprises in its central portion, one or several additional sheets of material such as polyethylene, added to the expanded polystyrene sheet (2).
  4. An insulation composite according to any of the claims 1 to 3, characterised in that it is in the form of a course, whereof the width L is of the order of 1.25 m corresponding to the width of the honeycombed sheets (3), the width lp of the expanded polystyrene sheet (2) being of the order of 1.20 m.
  5. An insulation composite according to claim 4, characterised in that it is packaged as a roll.
  6. A manufacturing method of an insulation composite according to any of the claims 1 to 5,
    characterised in that it includes the following steps:
    a) a coating (4) in the form of an aluminium film is bound on one of the faces of a air honeycomb sheet (3) by bonding or thermowelding,
    b) two air honeycomb sheets (3), covered with the external coating (4), are arranged each on both sides of at least one expanded polystyrene sheet (2), the aluminium coating (4) being turned outwardly,
    c) the lateral borders (5) of the air honeycomb sheets (3) are welded, in order to let free the expanded polystyrene sheet (2).
  7. A manufacturing method of an insulation composite according to claim 6, characterised in that the welding step of the lateral borders (5) of the air honeycomb sheets (3) is made by means of a hot welding rod, the infeed pitch of the assembly formed of expanded polystyrene sheet (2) and of air honeycomb sheet (3) being equal or substantially equal to half the length of the heating capacity of the hot welding rod, which enables double heating pressure over the whole length of the lateral borders (5) of the air honeycomb sheets (3).
