Claims (5)

  1. Système d'ascenseur comprenant un appareil de levage (3) dans une partie supérieure d'une gaine (1), et dans lequel une cabine (2) prévue dans ladite gaine (1) est levée et baissée au moyen dudit appareil de levage (3), dans lequel des moyens d'arrêt (7, 8) qui sont actionnés au cours d'une inspection de maintenance dudit appareil de levage (3) sont prévus pour arrêter ladite cabine (2) à un emplacement prédéterminé, et ledit emplacement prédéterminé est un emplacement où une partie supérieure de plafond de ladite cabine est plus basse d'une quantité prédéterminée qu'un cadre supérieur d'une entrée d'un palier (10) d'un étage le plus élevé, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de marche (12) est prévue sur l'extérieur au niveau d'une porte côté cabine s'ouvrant et se fermant librement (6) prévue dans une entrée de ladite cabine (2).
  2. Système d'ascenseur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite partie de marche (12) est logée dans ladite porte côté cabine (6) au cours d'un fonctionnement normal du système d'ascenseur et forme une partie convexe au cours de l'inspection de maintenance dudit système d'ascenseur.
  3. Système d'ascenseur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une hauteur d'entrée (D) dudit palier (10) d'un étage le plus élevé est établie pour être plus haute d'une quantité prédéterminée qu'une hauteur d'entrée (C) de ladite cabine.
  4. Système d'ascenseur selon la revendication 3, dans lequel une plaque de protection (13) est prévue dans une partie supérieure de ladite entrée de palier et entre ladite gaine (1) et une porte côté palier (5) est prévue au niveau de ladite entrée de palier entrance.
  5. Procédé d'inspection d'un système d'ascenseur, dans lequel dans un système d'ascenseur comprenant un appareil de levage (3) dans une partie supérieure d'une gaine (1), et dans lequel une cabine (2) prévue dans ladite gaine (1) est levée et baissée au moyen dudit appareil de levage (3) par l'intermédiaire d'un câble (3a), une partie supérieure de plafond de ladite cabine (2) est levée à partir d'une position d'une face de sol d'une entrée de palier d'un étage le plus élevé, et ladite partie supérieure de plafond de ladite cabine (2) est arrêtée à une position prédéterminée plus basse qu'un cadre supérieur d'une entrée de palier dudit étage le plus élevé, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de marche (12) est prévue sur l'extérieur au niveau d'une porte côté cabine s'ouvrant et se fermant librement (6) prévue dans une entrée de ladite cabine (2), et une inspection de maintenance dudit appareil de levage (3) est réalisée.
