Claims (7)
- Kältemittelkondensator (1) für eine Kraftfahrzeugklimaanlage, bestehend aus einem Rohrrippenblock (4) und Sammelrohren (2, 3), die die Enden der Rohre aufnehmen, sowie einem integrierten Sammler (3), wobei mindestens ein Sammelrohr (2) mindestens eine Trennwand (7,8) zur Umlenkung des durch die Rohre (4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4) strömenden Kältemittels sowie einen Kältemitteleinlaß (5) und/oder einen Kältemittelauslaß (6) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Sammelrohr und Sammler aus einem Rohr (3) bestehen, welches durch eine schräg zur Längsachse (3.1) des Rohres (3) verlaufende Trennwand (9) in einen Sammelrohrabschnitt (10) und einen Sammlerraum (11) unterteilt ist.
- Kältemittelkondensator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand (9) als ebenes Blech ausgebildet ist, dessen Umriß (9.4, 9.5) der Verschneidungslinie eines Schnittes einer Ebene mit dem Mantel (3.3) des Rohres (3) entspricht und die umfangsseitig mit der Innenwand (3.3) des Rohres (3) verlötet ist.
- Kältemittelkondensator nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (3) als Kreiszylinder (3.2) ausgebildet ist und der Umriß der Trennwand (9) durch Bogenstücke (9.4, 9.5) einer Ellipse gebildet wird.
- Kältemittelkondensator nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand (9) einstückig mit einem Deckel (9.2) für den Verschluß des Rohres (3) ausgebildet ist.
- Kältemittelkondensator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand (9) einstückig mit einer Umlenkwand (9.1) ausgebildet ist.
- Kältemittelkondensator nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand (9) und deren abgewinkelte Umlenkwand (9.1) zwei Rohrgruppen (4.1, 4.2) mit entgegengesetzter Strömungsrichtung umfassen und eine Umlenkkammer (10) für das Kältemittel bilden.
- Kältemittelkondensator nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Umlenkwand (9.1) im Rohr (3) ein Trockner und/oder Filter (12/13) angeordnet sind.
