Definitions
- the invention relates to a wall frame with a lattice part, which one another spaced rods, with at least two elastic bands, which are meandering around the bars, the grid part perpendicular to the Rods aligned further spaced cross struts, and the use of the wall frame as a fence for the lateral limitation of Floor areas and as privacy and / or wind protection.
- Conventional walls and fences are known in the art which are made of grid parts, for example.
- the conventional fences include the lattice part, which is coupled to side supports.
- the Grid part consists of a wire mesh.
- the conventional Privacy fences e.g. Slatted wooden fences
- these include maintenance-intensive wooden strips and slats.
- Farther conventional fences prove to be expensive to manufacture and require expensive maintenance.
- the flexible straps are on both of them Ends with Velcro, snap fasteners, etc. with the grid construction releasably connected. The detachable fastening of the straps is required to clean the tapes or to tapes due to aesthetic requirements, like changing the color scheme.
- the flexible straps are constant Are exposed to wind pressure.
- the constant wind pressure leads to a high mechanical Loading the flexible straps.
- the consequence of the high mechanical load the flexible straps bulges the flexible straps in the middle of the grid mesh rows, because in this area the highest extent Flexibility can be found.
- the flexible straps likewise a permanent high tensile stress on the ends of the tapes on the conventional coupling devices, such as Velcro and snap fasteners, to observe. Because of the constant weather-related wind pressure can the ends of the flexible tapes at the coupling points as further Tear down disadvantage.
- the conventional lattice support structure at closed Grid areas - without openings in the grid area - with wind load with such a high force that that of the lattice support structure acting on the posts coupled to the lattice support structure Force causes the post to buckle. Therefore, the conventional one is suitable Lattice support structure is no more than a privacy screen to avoid of seeing into those limited by the conventional lattice support structure Surfaces because it proves to be a constant danger of the post bending, the lattice surfaces of the conventional lattice support structure with openings provided, a circumstance, which to provide the desired privacy it is nevertheless to be avoided.
- the flexible bands proposed by the publication are also For example, designed as textile tapes, the sui generis already expensive in the Manufacturing are and the manufacturing costs for lattice support structures and for Raise fences dramatically.
- the conventional fence as a privacy fence is not long-lasting, but does not take into account those due to storm and Wind loads occurring forces, which are permanent especially in times of sudden Weather changes and increasing weather changes may occur.
- the flexible straps are due to the conventional fence their coupling with the help of snap fasteners or Velcro fasteners when extreme cold occurs, as is increasingly being observed a decoupling of the ends of the lead flexible straps from the snap fasteners or Velcro fasteners.
- the contraction of the flexible bands caused by the cold also ends when tearing the ends of the flexible straps so that at least the cold already increased mechanical stress on the belts due to wind load.
- the fence disclosed in DE-OS 43 39 266 also relates to one those for fencing and confinement purposes, which the coupling of the the fence surface forming rigid grid panels by means of hooks on neighboring ones Post allows.
- the conventional teaching is only turned off, the attachment to improve between the lattice panels and the posts as well as possible keep noiseless.
- the improvement concerns special designs the hook, the hook on the side facing the attached leg Side of the free leg than from the end of the free leg of the hook against the fastened leg towards the fastening end of the fastened leg approximate bevels are formed as a slide for wedge-like clamping of the grid acts perpendicular to the fence surface.
- These hooks have a certain elasticity, not only to avoid any manufacturing tolerances of the lattice panels and to compensate for the hook, but also to contribute to elastic deformations tolerate vertical shifting of the grid panels.
- DE-PS 198 13 568 is only for the attachment of elements directed at a wire grid and tried the problem a particularly stable attachment of the device to grids.
- the conventional teaching eliminates the problems associated with wind pressure Bulge buckling and the resulting vibrations ignore.
- the object of the invention is to provide a wall frame, which the wall frame which acts on the grating part and on the grating parts Forces permanently taken into account.
- the wall rack to be provided should be of increased longevity in order to be observed in the prior art Deformation of the lattice part, buckling of bands and Vibrations which affect the stability of the wall frame are able to largely switch off.
- the wall frame should also Tolerate weather influences, such as cold and heat, to the extent that the Deformation or the mechanical stresses of the privacy screen granting bands do not occur.
- the wall rack is provided can also be designed without openings in grid areas such that at Coupling the wall frame to those anchored or coupled in the ground anchored or coupled supports, also called posts, these with wind loads cannot buckle.
- the wall frame should not only be inexpensive to manufacture, but also weather resistant and long life and such materials have reusable after reprocessing to reduce the environmental impact to keep low. Furthermore, the wall frame to be provided should also be are handled by the inexperienced user when setting it up can. The overall aesthetic impression of the wall frame to be provided is supposed to reflect the different taste sensations of the present and the Be open to the future and be able to take them into account.
- the invention relates to a wall frame with at least one grid part, which comprises rods spaced apart from one another, with at least two elastic bands, which are guided in a meandering manner around the rods, the grid part has mutually spaced transverse struts aligned perpendicular to the bars, which is characterized in that the cross struts are designed as pairs of cross struts, the grid part has meshes, the meshes of pairs of cross struts and rods are formed, the mesh has a mesh ratio V E of 0.5 to 0.8, at least two ribbons are guided in each stitch, the adjacent ribbons aligned parallel to one another being guided crosswise in plan view, the tapes are made with a, preferably plastic-like material, which may have an elongation at break of 10 -60%, for example, the bands aligned with one another in the mesh have thicknesses D that match one another and the ends of the strips (3, 3a, 3b) arranged in a row of stitches are arranged free and folded at the
