Claims (5)

  1.   5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif peut être immobilisé par au moins une première vis d'immobilisation (6) dans le sens x par rapport au châssis (1), par une deuxième vis d'immobilisation (9) dans une position donnée par rapport au sens perpendiculaire y par rapport au châssis (1) et par une troisième vis d'immobilisation (29) par rapport au sens z par rapport au plan de la plaque.
