Definitions
- the nip may already be misaligned with respect to the conveyor belt or substrate before the printing operation.
- the register controls to control the registration in the direction and across the direction of the conveyor belt change in the event of misalignment in the direction of the conveyor belt about the speed of the conveyor belt or the speed of the printing cylinder accordingly, in the case of misalignment transverse to the direction of the conveyor belt is about the position axially changed the printing cylinders. Misalignments are corrected to some extent, but misalignment of the impression cylinder to the conveyor in relation to the height, ie the distance between the impression cylinder and the conveyor belt or substrate or the contact pressure therebetween, is not controlled by register controls.
- a device for adjusting a conveyor belt frame of a printing press is provided with respect to pressure modules with at least a first guide on the frame for guiding a plate arranged on the frame in the horizontal direction x along the frame by means of a first guide element for adjusting the frame in a corresponding direction, perpendicular to the plate two walls are arranged parallel to each other, the second guides in the vertical direction y to the frame, on which second guide elements are movable, and between the second guide elements, a third guide element is arranged, which is movable on third guides on the second guide elements in the direction z to the plate plane of the frame.
- a third guide element 17 is located between the second guide element 15 and the second guide element 15 '.
- Third guides 23 are attached to the third guide element 17, which engage on one side in the second guide element 15 and on the other side in the second guide element 15' and the back and forth sliding of the third guide member 17 between the second guide member 15 and the second guide member 15 'in the z- direction in the direction of the frame 1 allow.
- On the outer end face of the third guide member 17, a fastening element 21 is attached.
- the fastening element 21 has a bore for receiving a dowel pin 11.
- the fastening element 21 has an anchor 7 with second holes 20 at the top, on the other side of the dowel pin 11.
- the anchor 7 is connected to the fastening element 21 by a socket / pen connection, wherein the fastening element 21 a Socket or a recess, also referred to as pit, is located, in which the pen or pin engages the fastening element 21 and establishes a secure connection between the fastening element 21 and the armature 7.
- a second locking screw 9 and an adjusting screw 10 extend.
- the second locking screw 9 engages viewed from below behind the bottom wall 18 on the underside of the second guide member 15 at.
- the thread of the adjusting screw 10 engages behind the bottom wall 18 as viewed from below into a thread in the underside of the second guide element 15 'one.
- a third locking screw 29 which extends through the second side wall 14 and to the second side wall 14 facing side wall of the second guide member 15 'engages.
- the function of the invention is as follows. If it is determined that the nip or printing nip of the printing press is set incorrectly, ie the printing cylinder is misaligned with the conveyor belt, the device ensures the mechanical adjustment of the nip with respect to the conveyor belt. These misalignments occur, for example, when the frame 1 is moved during maintenance from its rest position. A deviation in the approximately horizontal direction, designated by the x- arrow, along the frame 1 is corrected by pulling or pressing on the dowel pin 11 in the x- direction.
- the dowel pin 11 is removed for this purpose by pulling from its securing position by a pin of the dowel pin 11 is pulled out of the fastener 21. Now the device is moved by pulling or pressing in the x- direction to the left or right of FIG. 1, while the frame 1 remains static. The pulling or pushing causes the first guide elements 4 of the plate 5 in the first guides 2 to move with the plate 5 in the respective horizontal direction along the frame 1. The second guide elements 15, 15 'and the third guide member 17 remain fixed in their position. The pulling or pushing of the dowel pin 11 therefore causes by means of a tensioning device in the first guides 2 a displacement of the pressure module connected to the armature 7.
- the dowel pin 11 is locked in its backup position and the print module is in a fixed orientation to the frame 1. Since the frame 1 remains fixed and is not moved, while the anchor 7 am Print module is moved, the orientation of the printing module with respect to the frame 1 is changed and corrected.
- the device is displaced in the direction of the z -arrow in a manner similar to that described above.
- the third locking screw 29 is loosened for this purpose, ie the contact pressure of the third locking screw 29 laterally to the second guide member 15 'through the second side wall 14 is reduced.
- the third guide element 17 By pressing or pulling the dowel pin 11 in the direction of the z- arrow, the third guide element 17, which is connected via the fastening element 21 with the dowel pin 11, moves backwards or forwards with respect to the Viewer plane of FIG. 1.
- the third guide member 17 slides on the third guides 23, which protrude from the second guide member 15 and the second guide member 15 ', along this.
- the third guide element 17 has recesses into which the third guides 23 engage, similar to how the second guides 22 engage in the second guide elements 15, 15 '.
- the pressure module connected to the armature 7 is movable on both sides in the z- direction, wherein the frame 1 remains fixed in its position.
- the third locking screw 29 is tightened, ie the contact pressure of the third locking screw 29 on the second guide element 15 'is increased and the set z- direction is fixed.
- the pressure module is now in a fixed orientation to the frame 1.
- the two above-described settings of the device in the x- direction and in the z- direction are only examples, further possibilities, the third guide member 17 and the plate 5 with the first guide element 4 are possible to move, in particular settings using micrometer screws. Experiments have shown, however, that the sensitivity of the manual settings described above for the achieved by adjusting the printing module in relation to the frame 1 registration in printing presses are sufficient. Finally, the setting of the device in y- direction is described.
- the second locking screw 9 is released, which engages in the rest position of the device to the second guide member 15 and fixes the device in the y- direction. Now the movement of the device in the y- direction perpendicular to the frame 1 is enabled.
- the adjusting screw 10 By turning the adjusting screw 10 'engages in a thread of the second guide member 15, the second guide member 15' and with this the second guide member 15 and the third guide member 17 is shifted upward, wherein the second guide elements 15, 15 'to the second Slide guides 22 along and the third guide member 17 is attached to the second guide members 15, 15 'and moves with these.
- the adjustment screw 10 with the corresponding threaded bore in the second guide element 15 ' allows the adjustment of the device in the y direction in the micrometer range.
- the fastening element 21 is, as mentioned, connected to the third guide element 17, so that the pressure module by the armature 7 on the fastening element 21st is moved up or down in the y direction.
- the second locking screw 9 is tightened in such a way that it engages the second guide member 15 and this and the second guide member 15 'and the third guide member 17 fixed.

Description
The invention relates to a device according to the main claim.

Fig. 1 shows a detail of a perspective view of a
