Claims (10)
- Serrure à barres pour un système de fermeture à mettre notamment en oeuvre sur des portes d'armoire en tôle, constituée d'un corps de serrure avec des fentes de guidage (11) aménagées sur celui-ci afin d'y loger au moins une barre de serrure (12), faisant partie de la serrure à barres, guidée dans le corps de serrure (10), et d'au moins un pignon (18) disposé dans le corps de serrure (10), qui s'engrène au moyen de sa denture extérieure (19) avec une performation (29, 30) conformée dans la barre de serrure (12), le long de son axe longitudinal, de telle sorte qu'une rotation du pignon (18) est transposée en un décalage longitudinal de la barre de serrure (12), et qui présente une ouverture d'engagement (20) disposée au centre permettant l'engagement par complémentarité de forme d'un dispositif d'actionnement tel que poignée, levier pivotant, clé amovible ou similaires, caractérisée en ce que le corps de serrure (10) est conformé en tant que pièce monobloc avec des fentes de guidage (11) évidées dans celui-là sur ses côtés longs opposés et présente des deux côtés, disposé symétriquement entre les fentes de guidage (11), un évidement (15) afin d'y loger un pignon (18) inséré dans chaque évidement (15), les évidements (15) étant séparés l'un de l'autre par une séparation centrale (16) formée dans le corps de serrure (10), et les fentes de guidage (11) présentant au niveau des évidements (15) une fenêtre (17) pour permettre l'engagement des dents (19) du pignon (18) situé dans l'évidement (15) au niveau de la barre de serrure (12) disposée dans les fentes de guidage (11), et les pignons (18) étant reliés les uns aux autres, par complémentarité de forme, au moyen d'un corps de liaison, de préférence sous la forme d'une douille (21), qui passe à travers une ouverture (28) de la séparation centrale (16), et en ce que la barre de serrure (12) présente pour les dents (19) du pignon (18) deux rangées d'ouvertures d'engrènement (29, 30) disposées parallèlement les unes aux autres à distance des pignons situés dans le corps de serrure (10), et les premières ouvertures d'engrènement se trouvant sur l'extrémité de la barre de serrure (12) à glisser dans le corps de serrure (10) étant conformées en tant que denture (29) ouverte latéralement, et les ouvertures d'engrènement suivantes en tant que perforation (30).
- Serrure à barres selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les pignons (18) sont reliés les uns aux autres par le biais d'une douille (21) présentant un carré femelle (22), traversant l'ouverture (28) de la séparation centrale (16), formant le corps de liaison.
- Serrure à barres selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'il est conformé sur la face extérieure de la douille (21) un décrochement (23) adapté à la largeur de chaque pignon (18) afin de fixer le pignon (18) de manière définie sur la circonférence extérieure de la douille (21).
- Serrure à barres selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que les pignons (18) peuvent être enfichés au moyen d'un carré femelle (20) sur la douille (21, 23) présentant sur sa face extérieure une forme carrée (35).
- Serrure à barres selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le carré mâle (35) de la douille (21, 23) présente en deux coins opposés l'un à l'autre un palier prolongé (36) entourant perpendiculairement par l'extérieur chaque coin et en ce que le carré creux (20) du pignon (18) est adapté à la forme du carré mâle (35) de la douille (21, 23), y compris le palier prolongé (36).
- Serrure à barres selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la douille (21) est conformée d'une seule pièce avec l'un des deux pignons (18), et que l'autre pignon (18) est enfichable sur la douille (21).
- Serrure à barres selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les pignons (18) sont conformés d'une seule pièce, selon une configuration symétrique, avec un tronçon périphérique (25) de la douille (21), et que les tronçons périphériques (25) de la douille (21) disposés sur les deux pignons (18) forment ensemble la douille (21), lors de l'assemblage des deux pignons (18).
- Serrure à barres selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons périphériques (25) s'étendent chacun sur un quart de cercle et qu'ils sont disposés au niveau des coins opposés les uns aux autres du carré femelle (22) de la douille (21) et du pignon (18).
- Serrure à barres selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que les pignons (19) peuvent être assemblés avec les tronçons périphériques (25) de la douille (21) au moyen d'une liaison enfichable (26, 27) conformée sur les tronçons périphériques (25).
- Serrure à barres selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'autre évidement (15) du corps de serrure (10), dans lequel le dispositif d'actionnement ne s'engage pas, peut être fermé par un capuchon (24) enfichable.
