Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Antriebsvorrichtung für Arbeitselemente an Webmaschinen, wobei ein gestellfest gelagertes, reversierbar angetriebenes Antriebsrad (6) geradlinig ein parallel zur Gewebeanschlagkante (81) geführtes Arbeitselement treibt, wobei für den reversierbaren Antrieb des gen. Antriebsrades (6), dessen Achse senkrecht zur Gewebeanschlagkante (81) gerichtet ist, auf der parallel zur Gewebeanschlagkante gerichteten Hauptwelle (1) der Webmaschine mindestens ein Kurvenkörper (11) vorgesehen ist und wobei die Kurven des Kurvenkörpers (11) mittels Rollenhebel (21) abgetastet werden und die so erzeugte Schwingbewegung über eine Eingangswelle (4) zunächst einem hoch übersetzenden Rädergetriebe (5) und dann dem Antriebsrad (6) zugeführt wird. Mit dem Ziel, die Elastizität des Getriebes und das Getriebespiel zu reduzieren, werden die Kurvenkörper auf der Hauptwelle (1) in an sich bekannter Weise als Kurvenscheibenpaare (11) ausgestaltet. Ihnen sind Rollenhebel (21) auf einer parallel zur Hauptwelle (1) ausgerichteten Schwingwelle (2) zugeordnet. Die Schwingwelle (2) wird über einen Schwinghebel (25) und mindestens eine sphärische Koppel (30) mit der schwingenden Eingangswelle (4) des Rädergetriebes (5) verbunden. Schließlich weist das Rädergetriebe (5) zur Übersetzung der Schwingbewegung ausschließlich Stirnradpaarungen auf.
