Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for the production of at least two turn-up, hose-like webbing according to The preamble of claim 1.
  • WO 98/51845 describes a hose band and a device for its production by means of a weaving machine.
  • the Weaving machine has a reed, the reed rods a form from top to bottom tapering gap.
  • the reed is movable up and down, causing the warp threads in areas different spread (density) arrive, so that a hose band of varying width can be produced.
  • the fabric at its two Fabric longitudinal edges and preferably immediately after the Stop the weft thread is guided by spreader.
  • These spreaders are arranged either on the edge regions and controllable in their width effect, whereby the tape guide in the intermediate area is insufficient.
  • hose band is seamlessly produced in different variants.
  • the hose band with seam also in the To produce multiple benefits as a broad fabric in a loom and by means of a thermal cutting device in to cut individual hose bands.
  • the compressing or decompressing occurs reinforced between adjacent hose bands.
  • a woven webbing is described, the As an inflatable belt suitable for car safety belts is.
  • This tissue either as a round tissue must be woven or has two web layers, the at least on one side by means of a woven hem with each other are connected.
  • the webbing needs to be more complicated Be multilayered, not just as To make webbing suitable, but also the unsightly and hide dangerous hem.
  • the object of the invention is to provide an improved device for Production of at least two invertible, tube-like Specify straps, which in a simple way a rational Production of the strap allows.
  • the task is characterized by the combination of the features of Claim 1 solved. Due to the fact that the strap initially as Fabric tape on a loom with parallel reed rods is made and the shape of the cavity alone by the formation of the hem is determined results in easy to make a very stable and sustainable Webbing, since the warp threads are exactly parallel and thus subjected to no length and position change under load are. The over the whole fabric width reaching spreader with its smaller diameter in the hose area than in the hem area ensures a uniform clamping of the fabric across the entire fabric width and a flawless, low-distortion run of the fabric web thus for a flawless Production of the fabric despite different thicknesses and Densities of the tissue. In addition, the production by the now possible multiple benefits, i. at least the simultaneous production of two webbings in the fabric web, especially rational.
  • the woven hem can arranged by turning the woven webbing inside and it not only results in a visually appealing woven webbing but this also has significant advantages for use.
  • the edge of the webbing is rounded and therefore not only looks good, but also makes it possible a pleasant and safe use. In particular it is because of these positive features as an inflatable car seat belt suitable.
  • the webbing is suitable for a variety of purposes, e.g. for air or water bags or air or water hoses. Furthermore, it is suitable as a lanyard or security tape for vehicles and in particular as inflatable Car seat belt.
  • Figures 1 to 3 show a first webbing 2, the an upper fabric layer 4 and a lower fabric layer 6 is formed, the two sides of seams 8 and 10 with each other are connected and include a Hohlraun 12 between them.
  • the seams 8,10 parallel to each other and thus limit the cavity 12 in over the entire length with the same width.
  • the figures Figures 2 and 3 show the webbing in undeposited form after manufacture Condition and the figure 1 in ready-made inverted State, i. after the webbing of Figure 2 has been inverted is and the hems 8.10 are not outside but inside.
  • the webbing is formed by warp threads 14, which are connected by weft threads 16 together.
  • the warp threads 14 1 of the cavity area 12 preferably have a greater thickness than the warp threads 14 2 of the seams 8, 10. All the warp threads run parallel to one another, with the warp threads 14 2 of the seams 8, 10 having a greater density than the warp threads 14 1 of the fabric layers 4, 6 of the cavity 12.
  • the thicker warp threads 14 1 of the fabric layers 4, 6 serve in particular for force transmission in the longitudinal direction of the webbing.
  • the fabric layers 4, 6 are connected to one another at the transition point to the seam 8, 10 by binding threads 18, which counteract an unintentional release of the seam.
  • the webbing 20 shown in Figures 4 to 6 substantially corresponds to the webbing of Figures 1 to 3, so that the same parts are provided with the same reference numerals.
  • the warp threads (not shown) are thinner than in the central region 24, the warp threads preferably having the same thickness as those of the seams 8 1 and 10 1 .
  • the seams 8 1 and 10 1 have Abbindefäden 18 on the cavity 12 1 side facing.
  • the fabric layers 4 1 and 6 1 are also connected together with Abbindefäden 26 at the transition point in the lateral regions 22 to facilitate the everthing.
  • these Abbindefäden 26 are formed as tearing threads that tear if the cavity 12 1 is inflated, as is the case for example when such a belt is used as an inflatable car seat belt.
  • Figures 5 and 6 show the webbing 20 after production in undipped and the figure 4 in the inverted state.
  • the straps 2 and 20 can on the inside or outside with a fluid passage preventing or limiting Be provided coating.
  • FIGS 7 to 9 show a schematic representation of a Weaving machine for the production of the webbings 2 or 20.
  • warp threads 14 are via a warp beam 30 a shedding device 32 supplied, this includes a jacquard device 34, that of a computer-controlled electronic control device 36 is controllable according to pattern.
  • the jacquard device 34 contains strands 38, the eyes 40, the individual warp threads 14 control.
  • About a weft insertion device, not shown Weft threads 42 are in the of the shedding device 32 open shed 44 registered and by means of a Webblatt 46 posted on the edge of the product 48.
  • the reed 46 includes parallel rivets 50 which are parallel Ensure guidance of the warp threads 14.
  • the so produced Fabric web passes through a spreader 52 to the fabric web 54 to keep desired width.
  • a fabric removal device 56 provides the necessary longitudinal tension of the fabric web on the loom and leads the fabric web one not closer shown receptacle or a corresponding Ware tree too.
  • the fabric removal device 56 is a heat setting device 58 assigned to the fabric web produced de-energized before the goods the fabric removal device leaves.
  • hollow fabric can be produced is prior art and example in Hans Walter Kipp, Bandwebtechnik, JTM Foundation Frick 1988, pages 180 ff.
  • the loom contains a thermal cutter 60, having as many cutting heads 62 as cuts along the Fabric web 54 are performed.
  • the cutting heads are fixedly arranged on a carrier 64.
  • the cutting heads 62 perform figure cuts, so they are transverse to the direction of the fabric web, for example along the carrier 64 movable, said mobility is controllable by means of the control device 36 according to the pattern, as indicated by the control line 66.
  • FIG. 10 shows a diagrammatic representation of the production of two webbings 2 from a fabric web 54 1 in diagrammatic representation. Since the webbing 2 has a central region 24 and seams 8, 10 of constant width, the cutting heads 62 of the thermal cutting device 60 can be set fixed at a constant distance. The cutting heads 62 cut the hem area 70 laterally of the straps 2 in parallel sections 71, so that the seams 8 and 10 arise.
  • FIG. 11 shows in an analogous manner to FIG. 10 the production of straps 20 with cavities 12 1 of varying width according to FIG. 5 from a fabric web 54 2 , adjacent webbings 20 1 being arranged parallel to one another. Since the fabric web are separated by parallel cuts 71, the cutting heads 62 are fixed to corresponding distances fixed to a support 64.
  • FIGs 12 and 13 show the production of webbings 20 2 from a fabric web 54 3 by means of a weaving machine of Figures 7 to 9, but the adjacent webbings are offset with their lateral regions 22 to each other to allow a more rational production with low waste.
  • these webbings 20 2 can be cut in two ways and indeed according to Figure 12, each with only one cutting head per hem area, which cuts the hem area 70 1 by means of a single cut 71 1 between the straps 20 2 approximately halfway and possibly seams 8 1 , 10 1 different width supplies.
  • two cutting heads 70 2 are provided per seam region 70, which enable two cuts 71 2 , 71 3 and seams 8 2 , 10 2 of constant width.
  • the thermal cutting device 60 1 has two cutting units 72, 74 which contain a series of cutting heads 62 1 , 62 2 for each cutting pattern, which can be moved synchronously and simultaneously with each other according to the contour of the seam 8 1 , 10 1 to be produced are.
  • the cutting heads of a cutting unit 72,74 are each attached to a common carrier 76,78, which is in each case by an actuator 80,82 transversely to the direction of the fabric web 54 3 , that is transversely to the warp threads according to the pattern.
  • the actuators 80, 82 receive their respective control pulses by means of control lines 66 1 from the control device 36.
  • a thermal cutting device 60 2 which has two cutting heads 62 3 , 62 4 for each hem area, which can be moved back and forth individually according to the pattern, so that straps 20 2 with hems 8 2 , 10 2 constant width can be cut out.
  • the cutting heads are arranged movable on stationary supports 84,86 and have, for example, in each case via a control line 66 3 controllable by the control device 36, not shown stepping motor, which moves the cutting head on the carrier according to the pattern via a drive wheel 88 acting on the carrier.
  • the cutting devices are arranged directly on the loom. But it is quite possible, at first only the fabric webs on the weaving machine manufacture and cutting into webbings on perform a separate from the loom cutting device.
