Besonders zu bevorzugende Maßnahmen sehen vor, daß das Basisbauteil als standardisiertes Trägerelement für unterschiedliche Türschlösser ausgebildet ist. Infolgedessen kann zum einen jede Tür mit identischen Anschlußmaßen für das Basisbauteil versehen werden, wodurch die Werkzeug- und Fertigungskosten gesenkt werden. Zum andern können wegen der standardisierten Ausführung des Basisbauteils mit einem einzigen Bauelement mehrere Türschloßvarianten dargestellt werden.
Gemäß einer Weiterbildung ist vorgesehen, daß der Riegelmechanikträger wenigstens eine Platte mit Bohrungen beinhaltet, welche auf wenigstens einen vom Basisbauteil weg ragenden Tragzapfen steckbar ist. Hierdurch kann der Riegelmechanikträger auf einfache und schnelle Weise am Basisbauteil montiert und demontiert werden. Darüber hinaus ist auch eine Montage in umgeschlagener Stellung leicht möglich.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann das Türschloß eine Aufnahme für unterschiedliche Schließungen wie beispielsweise eine 90 Grad- oder eine 180 Grad-Schließung aufweisen, die eine zwischen zwei parallelen, den Riegelmechanikträger bildenden Platten drehbar gelagerte Nuß mit einer mittigen Öffnung beinhaltet, an deren radial innerer Umfangsfläche ein Vieleck zum Eingriff unterschiedlicher Anschlußzapfen der Schließungen vorgesehen ist. Durch diese Maßnahme kann das Türschloß ohne weitere Änderungen mit verschiedenen Schließungen versehen werden, woraus eine kostengünstige Variantenfertigung resultiert.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann die Tür einen entlang des Türumfangs umlaufenden Türrahmen aufweisen, an welchem eine sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Türhöhe und Türbreite erstreckende Türglasscheibe befestigt ist. Das Basisbauteil ist dann an der Türglasscheibe im Bereich einer in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Türrahmen umlaufenden Schwärzung ohne direkte Verbindung zum Türrahmen festgelegbar und vorzugsweise mit der Türglasscheibe verklebbar. In vorteilhafter Weise kann dann die bisher übliche aufwendige Bearbeitung des Türrahmens zur Fertigung einer individuellen Aufnahme für das Türschloß entfallen. Im Türrahmen ist lediglich eine mit dem Riegel fluchtende Durchgangsbohrung als Durchlaß für den Riegel vorzusehen.
Vorzugsweise ist eine in die Riegelmechanik integrierte Riegelstellungsanzeige vorhanden, mittels welcher die gerade vorliegende ver- oder entriegelte Stellung des Riegels durch eine Lücke in der Schwärzung hindurch sichtbar ist.
Als weitere Maßnahme ist eine auf die Riegelmechanik wirkende Öffnungseinrichtung zum Entriegeln des verriegelten Türschlosses von Innen vorgesehen, die vorzugsweise durch ein Handrad gebildet wird. Hiermit sind die Forderungen der ECE-R 36 erfüllt, wonach in einer Notsituation die abgeschlossene Tür von Innen geöffnet werden können muß.

    In Fig.1 ist aus Maßstabsgründen von einer Bustür als bevorzugte Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Nutzfahrzeug- oder Schienenfahrzeugeinstiegstür nur ein Türschloß 1 in einer Ansicht von außen dargestellt. Im folgenden soll unter Innenseite die in den Fahrgastraum weisende Seite der Bustür und unter Außenseite die ins Freie weisende Seite der Bustür verstanden werden.
    Das Türschloß 1 umfaßt einen Schloßträger 2, der zusammen mit einer Griffmulde 4 als einstückiges, vorzugsweise in Form eines Spritzgußformlings gebildetes Basisbauteil 6 ausgeführt ist. Die Griffmulde 4 hat in Einbaulage in der Bustür gesehen eine oberhalb des Schloßträgerbereichs 2 angeordnete, vorzugsweise ovale oder rechteckförmige, in einer plattenförmigen Blende 8 ausgebildete Griffmuldenöffnung 10 und eine von der Blende 8 weg zur Innenseite hin ragende, im Querschnitt rechteckige, umlaufende Griffmuldenwand 12, die seitlich zum Rand zur Griffmuldenöffnung 10 beabstandet ist, damit die Griffmulde 4 von einer Hand hintergriffen werden kann, wie insbesondere aus Fig.2 hervorgeht. Der unterhalb der Griffmulde 4 angeordnete Schloßträgerbereich 2 des Basisbauteils 6 umfaßt einen zur Außenseite hervorstehenden, im wesentlichen ovalen Abschnitt 14. Das Basisbauteil 6 ist achsensymmetrisch bezüglich seiner vertikalen Mittelachse 16 und kann somit sowohl für links als auch für rechts angeschlagene Türen verwendet werden. Außerdem ist das Basisbauteil 6 als standardisiertes Trägerelement für unterschiedliche Türschlösser ausgebildet.
    Der ovale Abschnitt 14 des Schloßträgerbereichs 2 ist in seinem unteren Bereich mit einer Duchgangsbohrung 18 versehen, die sich zur Innenseite hin trichterförmig verjüngt und in einen zylindrischen Abschnitt 20 mündet, wie aus Fig. 4 hervorgeht. Dieser zylindrische Abschnitt 20 bildet eine Aufnahme für eine Schließung, welche gemäß der bevorzugten Ausführungsform als Einsatz 22 ausgebildet ist, der an seinem zur Außenseite weisenden Ende eine Vierkantansatzfläche 24 für einen Vierkantschlüssel aufweist. Das andere, zur Innenseite weisende Ende des Einsatzes 22 weist einen Anschlußzapfen in Form einer weiteren Vierkantansatzfläche 26 auf, welche in eine koaxiale, als Vieleck ausgebildete Durchgangsöffnung 28 einer Nuß 30 eingreift und mit dieser dadurch drehfest verbunden ist. Die Durchgangsöffnung 28 der Nuß 30 und der zylindrische Abschnitt 20 im Basisbauteil 6 sind derart ausgebildet, daß anstatt eines Einsatzes 22 mit Vierkantansatzfläche 24 auch andere Schließungen, wie beispielsweise ein Schließzylinder vom Typ YMOS, BN oder PS mit 90 Grad bzw. 180 Grad Drehwinkel in das Türschloß 1 eingesetzt werden können.
    Die Bustür hat einen entlang des Türumfangs rechteckig umlaufenden Türrahmen 32 mit einem in Fig.4 im Querschnitt dargestellten hohlen Türprofil, an welchem an der zur Außenseite weisenden Fläche eine sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Türhöhe und Türbreite erstreckende Türglasscheibe 34 befestigt ist. Hierbei überdeckt die Türglasscheibe 34 in bevorzugter Weise den Türrahmen 32 vollständig.
    Das Basisbauteil 6 des Türschloßes 1 ist nicht direkt am Türrahmen 32 sondern an der Türglasscheibe 34 festgelegt. Hierzu weist die Türglasscheibe 34 nahe des Türrahmens 32 eine Aufnahme in Form eines vertikal verlaufenden Langlochs 36 auf, das vorzugsweise im Bereich einer in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Türrahmen 32 umlaufenden Schwärzung 38 der Türglasscheibe 34 angeordnet ist. An dem zur Innenseite weisenden Rand des Langlochs 36 ist das Basisbauteil 6 vorzugsweise mittels einer Klebverbindung 39 befestigt. Hierbei überdecken sich eine Mittelachse 40 des Langlochs 36 und die Mittelachse 16 des Basisbauteils 6, außerdem ist das Langloch 36 derart dimensioniert, daß von der Außenseite her ein Eingriff die Griffmulde 4 des Basisbauteils 6 möglich ist. Der ovale, hervorstehende Abschnitt 14 des Basisbauteils 6 ragt als Zentrierkragen durch das Langloch 36 der Türglasscheibe 34 hindurch, wobei eine zwischen dem Basisbauteil 6 und dem Rand des Langlochs 36 angeordnete umlaufende Lippendichtung 42 dafür sorgt, daß kein Spritzwasser zur Innenseite vordringen kann. Die flächige Blende 8 des Basisbauteils 6 hat auf seiner zur Türglasscheibe 34 weisenden Seite einen rinnenartig umlaufenden, rückgezogenen Bereich 44 zur Aufnahme des Klebstoffs der Klebverbindung 39 sowie als kurze Zapfen ausgebildete Anlagepunkte 46 (siehe Fig.1) zur Anlage an der Türglasscheibe 34, welche als Abstandshalter eine Verklebung des im wesentlichen ebenen Basisbauteils 6 auch mit leicht gekrümmten Türglasscheiben 34 erlauben.
    Wie aus Fig.4 hervorgeht, ist im Türrahmen 32 eine Querbohrung 48 vorgesehen, welche als Durchlaßöffnung für einen sich quer zur Längsrichtung des Basisbauteils 6 erstreckenden Riegel 50 einer Riegelmechanik 52 des Türschlosses 1 dient. Die mit dem Riegel 50 fluchtende Durchlaßöffnung 48 ermöglicht, daß der Riegel 50 über den Türrahmen 32 hinaus in einen nicht dargestellten Türportaleingriff in Schließstellung eingreifen kann. Ein die Riegelmechanik 52 tragender Riegelmechanikträger ist am Basisbauteil festgelegt. Hierzu beinhaltet der Riegelmechanikträger vorzugsweise zwei mit Parallelabstand zueinander angeordnete und mit Bohrungen 56 versehene Platten 54, welche auf wenigstens zwei vom Basisbauteil 6 zur Innenseite weg ragende Tragzapfen 58 steckbar sind. Die beiden Platten 54 halten mit je einer mittigen, mit der Durchgangsöffnung 28 der Nuß 30 fluchtenden Bohrung 60 als Lagerstelle die Nuß 30 drehbar zwischen sich, so daß über die Vierkantansatzfläche 24 in den Einsatz 22 eingeleitete Drehbewegungen auf die Nuß 30 übertragen werden können.
    Wie aus der aufgebrochenen Darstellung von Fig.3 am besten hervorgeht, hat die Nuß 30 einen radial auskragenden Hebel 62, welcher mit seiner Stirnfläche an schräg verlaufenden Anschlagflächen 64, 66 von Schiebern 68 der Riegelmechanik 52 anschlagen kann, welche auf den Riegel 50 wirken. Gemäß der Darstellung von Fig.3 wird der Hebel 62 der Nuß 30 beispielsweise durch Rechtsdrehung des Einsatzes 22 an der rechten Anschlagfläche 64 zum Anschlag gebracht, wodurch der zugeordnete Schieber 68 den Riegel 50 nach rechts, in eine eingefahrene Position transportiert, in welcher er mit seinem freien Ende nicht mehr in den Türportaleingriff eingreifen kann und das Türschloß 1 somit geöffnet ist. Durch Linksdrehung des Einsatzes 22 hingegen bringt der Hebel 62 der Nuß 30 durch Anlage an der linken Anschlagfläche 66 den Riegel 50 in eine ausgefahrene Position, in welcher er das Türschloß 1 verriegelt. Gemäß der bevorzugten Ausführungform handelt es sich bei dem Einsatz 22 um eine 90 Grad-Schließung, d.h. zu einem Öffnungs- oder Schließvorgang muss der Einsatz 22 um 90 Grad verdreht werden. Ebenso kann jedoch auch eine 180 Grad-Schließung verwendet werden, wobei dann der Hebel 62 der Nuß 30 nach erfolgtem Anschlag an den Anschlagflächen 64, 66 bis zum Erreichen seiner Endwinkellage leer dreht.
    Eine von den Schiebern 68 mittels einer Hebelmechanik 70 betätigbare Riegelstellungsanzeige 72 ermöglicht von der Außenseite her den Ver- oder Entriegelungszustand des Türschlosses 1 zu erkennen, indem beispielsweise für den entriegelten Zustand eine Anzeigefläche 74 mit einem grünen Farbfeld und für den verriegelten Zustand eine Anzeigefläche 76 mit einem roten Farbfeld in eine im Bereich der Mittelachse 16 des Basisbauteils 6 angeordnete, bodenseitige Ausnehmung 78 der Blende 8 transportiert wird, wie am besten anhand von Fig.1 und Fig.3 veranschaulicht wird. Die bodenseitige Ausnehmung 78 der Blende 8 befindet sich gegenüber einer Lücke in der Schwärzung 38 der Türglasscheibe 34, so daß die Farbfelder 74, 76 von der Außenseite her gut erkennbar sind.
    Darüber hinaus ist eine auf die Riegelmechanik 52 wirkende Öffnungseinrichtung 80 zum Entriegeln des verriegelten Türschlosses 1 von Innen vorgesehen, die beispielsweise durch ein Handrad 82 gebildet wird, das mit seinem zylindrischen Ende in der Nuß 30 drehbar gelagert und mit einer Scheibe 84 drehfest verbunden ist, welche auf die Schieber 68 der Riegelmechanik 52 wirkt. Durch Drehung des Handrades 82 kann daher das sich in verriegelter Stellung befindliche Türschloß 1 beispielsweise in Notfällen von der Innenseite aus entriegelt werden.
    Der vorzugsweise durch die beiden Platten 54 gebildete Riegelmechanikträger ist auf den Tragzapfen 58 des Basisbauteils 6 lösbar befestigt und kann auch in umgeschlagener Stellung, in welcher der Riegel 50 in die entgegengesetzte Richtung weist, auf die Tragzapfen 58 gesteckt werden. Dann kann das Türschloß 1 wahlweise für eine rechts angeschiagene Tür oder für eine links angeschlagene Tür montiert werden. Die Anzeigeflächen 74, 76 sind jeweils beidseitig mit einem Farbfeld versehen, so daß die Farbfelder auch bei umgeschlagener Riegelmechanik 52 in der mittigen Ausnehmung 78 der Blende 8 zu sehen sind. Die Riegelmechanik 52 wird zur Außenseite hin von der Blende 8 und zur Innenseite hin von einer am Türrahmen 32 befestigten Abdeckung 86 verdeckt. Bei vom Basisbauteil 6 abgenommenem Riegelmechanikträger 54 kann der Einsatz 22 statt von der Außenseite auch von der Innenseite her in den zylindrischen Abschnitt 20 des Basisbauteils 6 eingesetzt werden.

    The oval portion 14 of the lock carrier portion 2 is provided in its lower portion with a Duchgangsbohrung 18 which tapers towards the inside in a funnel shape and opens into a cylindrical portion 20, as shown in FIG. This cylindrical portion 20 forms a receptacle for a closure, which is formed according to the preferred embodiment as an insert 22 having at its outer-facing end a square shoulder surface 24 for a square wrench. The other, facing the inside end of the insert 22 has a connecting pin in the form of another square shoulder surface 26 which engages in a coaxial, designed as a polygon through hole 28 of a nut 30 and thereby rotatably connected thereto. The through hole 28 of the nut 30 and the cylindrical portion 20 in the base member 6 are formed such that instead of an insert 22 with square shoulder surface 24 and other closures, such as a lock cylinder type YMOS, BN or PS with 90 degrees or 180 degrees rotation angle in the door lock 1 can be used.
    The bus door has a door frame 32 which extends rectangularly along the door circumference and has a hollow door profile shown in cross-section in FIG. 4, on which a door glass pane 34 extending substantially over the entire door height and width is attached to the surface facing the outside. In this case, the door glass pane 34 preferably completely covers the door frame 32.
    The base member 6 of the door lock 1 is not fixed directly to the door frame 32 but on the door glass 34. For this purpose, the door glass pane 34 near the door frame 32 has a receptacle in the form of a vertically extending oblong hole 36, which is preferably arranged in the area of a blackening 38 of the door glass pane 34 which is circumferential in the immediate vicinity of the door frame 32.
