Claims (8)
- Kreiselpumpe zum Transport eines Fluids, welche Kreiselpumpe mit einem Antriebsmotor verbindbar ist, beinhaltend ein Gehäuse (15), ein Laufrad (3) mit einer axialen Ausdehnung und einem äusseren Durchmesser mit einer Austrittskante (13), welche Austrittskante (13) für einen im wesentlichen radial nach aussen gerichteten Austritt ausgebildet ist, eine Antriebswelle (8), deren erstes Ende mit dem Laufrad (3) verbunden und deren zweites Ende mit dem Antriebsmotor verbindbar ist,
eine Lagervorrichtung zur drehenden Lagerung des Laufrads (13) im Gehäuse (15), welche Lagervorrichtung (1, 1') innerhalb der axialen Ausdehnung des Laufrads (3) angeordnet ist und aus einem oder mehreren Lagern (1, 1') besteht, sowie einen mit dem Gehäuse (15) verbundenen und in das Laufrad (3) hineinragenden Lagersitz (19, 15'''),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Lagersitz (19, 15''') eine mittige durchgehende Bohrung zur Aufnahme der Antriebswelle (8) aufweist, und
gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Wellendichtung (2) zwischen dem Laufrad (3) und dem Gehäuse, wodurch die Lagervorrichtung (1, 1') vom transportierten Fluid getrennt wird,
wobei die Breite und/oder die jeweiligen Lagerlaufringe (12, 12', 14, 14') des Lagers bzw. der Lager (1, 1') einen charakteristischen Abstand a bildet bzw. bilden, der den grösseren Wert von axialer Gesamtbreite a1 der Lager und Abstand a2 zwischen den Kraftmittelpunkten der Lager in einer Mittelachse (21) der Lagervorrichtung darstellt und wobei ein Mittelpunkt (4) auf der Austrittskante (13) des Laufrads (3) in Axialrichtung gesehen an einer Stelle in einem Abstand b zu einem axialen Mittelpunkt für die Lagervorrichtung liegt mit b ≤ 2a. - Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 1, worin eine Buchse (5) mit dem Laufrad (3) verbunden und zwischen den Lagern (1, 1') und der mindestens einen Wellendichtung (2) angeordnet ist, um jegliche Verluste der Wellendichtung (2) in die Umgebung (16) der Pumpe zu transportieren und/oder abzulenken, wobei die Buchse (5) zwei Kammern (6, 7) bildet und die Kammer (6), in der sich die Lager (1, 1') befinden, vom gepumpten Fluid und/oder von jeglichem aus der Wellendichtung austretendem Fluid getrennt ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin die Antriebswelle (8) zur Übertragung des Drehmoments vom Antriebsmotor zum Laufrad (3) am einen Ende an mindestens zwei Berührungsflächen in einer Ausnehmung im Laufrad zur Aufnahme eines Wellenendes (3, 3') anliegt, z.B. über eine sogenannte Nut- oder Keilwellenverbindung; und dass die Antriebswelle am anderen Ende zur Verbindung mit der Welle (17) des Antriebsmotors über eine Kupplung (10, 10') ausgebildet ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 3, worin die Kupplung aus einem ersten, an der Antriebswelle (8) befestigten oder einstückig mit derselben ausgebildeten Flansch (10) und einem zweiten, an der Motorwelle befestigten oder einstückig mit derselben ausgebildeten zweiten Flansch (10') besteht, und dass der erste und der zweite Flansch über eine Verbindung mittels Schrauben und Muttern, durch Kleben, Abscherstifte oder dergleichen miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die äusseren Laufringkörper (12, 12') der Lager (1, 1') jeweils im Laufrad (3, 3') liegen und die inneren Laufringkörper (14, 14') der Lager (1, 1') mechanisch mit dem Pumpengehäuse verbunden sind.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Wellendichtung (2) auf einem ringförmigen Teil (3") des Laufrads angeordnet ist; und wobei die äusseren Laufringkörper (12, 12') der Lager über das Laufrad (3) an der Antriebswelle (8) befestigt und zusammen mit diesem drehbar sind.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kreiselpumpe eine im wesentlichen senkrecht angeordnete Drehachse (21) aufweist und der Antriebsmotor auf einem Gestell montiert ist, das mit dem Pumpengehäuse verbunden ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 2, worin die Buchse (5) doppelwandig ausgeführt ist und/oder Schaufeln aufweist, welche derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie während der Drehung der Buchse zusammen mit dem Laufrad eine Pumpwirkung erzeugen, um jegliche Fluidverluste aus der Wellendichtung (2) in die Umgebung der Pumpe hinaus zu befördern.
