Claims (7)

  1. Aiguille à coulisse (1) pour machines textiles formant des mailles, comprenant un corps d'aiguille (2) dont la tige porte à une extrémité un crochet (3) avec une pointe (5),
    comprenant deux parois de fente (6, 7) mutuellement parallèles, qui sont prévues sur la tige et délimitent entre elles une fente à coulisse (4) dans un sens transversal (Q),
    comprenant une coulisse (8) qui est disposée avec possibilité de déplacement dans la fente à coulisse (4) et qui présente au moins deux ressorts de coulisse (11, 12),
    - qui sont incurvés dans des directions opposées avec leurs branches (21, 22) libres, dirigées vers le crochet (3), de sorte que leurs extrémités (23, 24) ne sont pas en contact l'une avec l'autre, en vue de former, à partir d'un point de contact (25), un entonnoir (30) ouvert en direction du crochet (3), caractérisée par le fait que

  2. Aiguille à coulisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les ressorts de coulisse (11, 12) sont réalisés de façon symétrique l'un par rapport à l'autre, au moins dans une zone de fonctionnement avant, qui sert au transfert de maille.
  3. Aiguille à coulisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que pour le rétrécissement des branches (21, 22), l'épaisseur des branches (21, 22), mesurée dans le sens transversal (Q), diminue en direction des extrémités (23, 24).
  4. Aiguille à coulisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la zone de rétrécissement (29), mesurée dans le sens longitudinal (L) de la coulisse (8), est plus courte que l'entonnoir (30).
  5. Aiguille à coulisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les ressorts de coulisse (11, 12) sont délimités de façon rectiligne en tout point de leur zone de rétrécissement (29), sur toute leur hauteur.
  6. Aiguille à coulisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que dans la zone de rétrécissement (29), les ressorts de coulisse (11, 12) présentent un creux (31) disposé dans le sens de la longueur, au moins sur leur face intérieure.
  7. Aiguille à coulisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que vus de dessus, les ressorts de coulisse (11, 12) présentent à leurs extrémités (23, 24) une arête (32) dont le rayon d'arrondi est plus petit que la moitié de l'épaisseur (D) du ressort de coulisse (11, 12).
