Claims (15)
- Sicherungseinrichtung für Rolläden oder dergleichen, bei denen eine zu einer Rotationsbewegung antreibbare Wickelwelle (1) und ein auf die Wickelwelle (1) aufwickelbarer bzw. von der Wickelwelle (1) abwickelbarer, in Einbaulage in einer zur Wickelwelle (1) beabstandeten Rolladenebene (7) geführter Rolladenpanzer (4) vorhanden ist, wobei der Rolladenpanzer (4) und die Wickelwelle (1) über mindestens ein streifenförmiges, einen rinnenartig ausgebauchten und elastisch in eine Flachgestalt verformbaren Querschnitt aufweisendes, aus blattfederartigem Material bestehendes Sicherungselement (6) miteinander verbunden sind, das in Einbaulage bei abgewickeltem Rolladenpanzer (4) ein schräg verlaufendes, den Rolladenpanzer (4) gegen ein Hochschieben sicherndes, zwischen einer der Rolladenebene benachbarten Anlagefläche (16) und der Wickelwelle (1) wirksames Sprießelement (15) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wellenseitige Ende des mindestens einen Sicherungselements (6) an einem um eine zur Wickelwelle (1) parallele Schwenkachse (19) schwenkbaren, wellenseitigen Verbindungsglied (18) befestigt ist, so dass das Sicherungselement (6) in seiner dem abgewickelten Rolladenpanzer (4) entsprechenden, schräg verlaufenden Lage ohne Behinderung durch die Wickelwelle (1) seine ausgebauchte Gestalt einnehmen kann.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (19) relativ zur Wickelwelle (1) festestehend und mit radialem Abstand zur Wickelwelle (1) angeordnet ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelwelle (1) zwei in Längsrichtung der Wickelwelle (1) mit Abstand zueinander angeordnete, drehfest mit ihr verbundene Ringkörper (20, 21) trägt, an denen die Schwenkachse (19) gelagert ist, wobei das Verbindungsglied (18) zwischen den beiden Ringkörpern (20, 21) angeordnet ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (19) an einem Schwenkachs-Halteelement (24) angeordnet ist, das über eine zur Wickelwelle (1) parallele Anlenkachse (25) mit der Wickelwelle (1) verbunden ist, wobei sich das Halteelement (24) von der Anlenkachse (25) aus dem Umfang der Wickelwelle (1) entlang in der dem Abwickeln des Rolladenpanzers (4) entsprechender Richtung zumindest bis zur Schwenkachse (19) erstreckt, so dass das Halteelement (24) und mit diesem die Schwenkachse (19) bei abgewickeltem Rolladenpanzer (4) eine um die Anlenkachse (25) von der Wickelwelle (1) weg geschwenkte, das Ausbauchen des Sicherungselements (6) gestattende Schwenklage einnehmen kann.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wegschwenken des Halteelements (24) von der Wickelwelle (1) durch eine Anschlageinrichtung begrenzt ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (24) zwei in Längsrichtung der Wickelwelle (1) beiderseits des Sicherungselements (6) angeordnete, die Schwenkachse (19) lagernde Lagerschenkel (26, 27) aufweist, die in Blickrichtung vom Sicherungselement (6) her gesehen hinter der Schwenkachse (19) durch eine Stegpartie (28) des Halteelements (24) miteinander verbunden sind, die über die Anlenkachse (25) mit der Wickelwelle (1) verbunden ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelwelle (1) zwei in Längsrichtung der Wickelwelle (1) mit Abstand zueinander angeordnete, drehfest mit ihr verbundene Ringkörper (30, 31) trägt, an denen die Anlenkachse (25) gelagert ist, wobei das Schwenkachs-Halteelement (24) zwischen den beiden Ringkörpern (30, 31) angeordnet ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlageinrichtung von mindestens einem in Längsrichtung der Wickelwelle (1) vom Halteelement (24) abstehenden Anschlagvorsprung (33, 34) und einer diesem zugeordneten Anschlagfläche (35, 36) am zugewandten Ringkörper (30, 31) gebildet wird.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der Lagerschenkel (26, 27) des Halteelements (24) an einem über die Schwenkachse (19) hinaus verlängerten Lagerschenkelbereich einen Anschlagvorsprung (33, 34) aufweist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkachs-Halteelement (24) in Längsrichtung der Wickelwelle (1) gesehen, sieht man von der Umfangserstreckung ab, eine den Ringkörpern (30, 31) entsprechende Gestalt aufweist, so dass das Halteelement (24), ist es nicht ausgeschwenkt, zumindest im Wesentlichen in radialer Richtung nicht vor die Ringkörper (30, 31) vorsteht.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei mehreckigem Querschnitt der Wickelwelle (1) die Ringkörper (20, 21; 30, 31) einen entsprechend mehreckigen Innenumfang aufweisen, so dass sie verdrehfest auf die Wickelwelle (1) aufsteckbar sind.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Sicherungselement (6) in Richtung von der Wickelwelle (1) weg ausgebaucht ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rolladenseitige Ende des mindestens einen Sicherungselements (6) an einem rolladenseitigen Verbindungsglied (11) befestigt ist, das gelenkig mit dem Rolladenpanzer (4) verbindbar ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Sicherungselement (6) mit dem wellenseitigen Verbindungsglied (18) und/oder mit dem rolladenseitigen Verbindungsglied (11) mit einem seine Verformung zwischen der ausgebauchten Gestalt und der Flachgestalt zulassenden Bewegungsspiel verbunden ist.
- Sicherungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungselement (6) mit dem wellenseitigen Verbindungsglied (18) und/oder mit dem rolladenseitigen Verbindungsglied (11) durch mindestens einen Lagerbolzen (43, 44) mit dem die Verformung des Sicherungselements (6) zulassendem Bewegungsspiel verbunden ist.
