Description
Claims (7)
- Dispositif de sécurisation d'un terrain miné, du type monté sur un engin porteur équipé d'au moins un support (4) sur lequel est monté articulé un châssis (6), avec interposition d'un vérin de pression (8), le châssis étant équipé à son extrémité inférieure d'une pluralité de barres verticales (24) dont les extrémités inférieures (26) sont munies de pieds (28) et dont les extrémités supérieures sont munies chacune d'un piston (15) monté coulissant dans un cylindre (13), les différents cylindres communiquant et étant remplis d'un fluide incompressible soumis à l'action d'un générateur de vibrations (22) contenu dans le châssis, caractérisé en ce qu'une pièce mécanique (10) appelée répartiteur, dans laquelle sont ménagés les cylindres (13) servant au montage des pistons (15) disposés aux extrémités supérieures des barres (24), et intégrant une chambre (14) de mise en communication de ces cylindres, est montée coulissante entre des butées (11, 12) dans le châssis, parallèlement aux axes des cylindres (13), la pièce mécanique formant répartiteur (10) étant soumise directement à l'action des forces de poussée du vérin (8), par l'intermédiaire des butées (12) du châssis.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le répartiteur (10) est en contact direct avec le générateur de vibrations (22) qui transmet des vibrations parallèlement à l'axe des cylindres.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque tige de piston (16) est articulée par l'intermédiaire d'un joint de cardan (23) à l'extrémité supérieure d'une barre (24), des lames élastiques longitudinales (25) fixées sur la tige (16) prenant appui sur la barre (24), pour maintenir celle-ci en alignement avec la tige (16), en l'absence de contraintes extérieures.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque tige de piston (16) est bloquée en rotation par rapport au cylindre (13) dans lequel est monté déplaçable le piston (15) qu'elle porte.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque tige de piston (16) est soumise à l'action d'un ressort (20) exerçant sur la tige une action verticale de bas en haut, afin d'aligner les pieds (28) des différentes barres (24, 26), lorsqu'aucune contrainte n'est exercée sur les barres.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque barre (24, 26) portant un pied (28) est réalisée en deux parties rigides, c'est-à-dire une partie supérieure (24) montée sur la tige de piston (16) et une partie inférieure (26) ou tige qui, fixée de façon rigide et démontable dans l'alignement de la partie supérieure, est réalisée en un matériau facilement ruptible et d'un faible coût.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les pieds (28) sont reliés les uns aux autres par des liens souples (30), les pieds (28) disposés en périphérie étant eux-mêmes reliés par de tels liens (32) à un cadre (33) ou un carter prolongeant le châssis (6) vers le bas.
