Abstract

Roller shutters casing comprises a front wall on the outer side of a building, an upper casing wall, a rear wall on the inner side of the building, a base wall, and two side walls positioning the winding shaft. Description

Rolladenaufsatzkästen sind an sich bekannt. Beispielsweise zeigt die EP 0 843 067 A2, die EP 263 465 B1 solche Rolladenaufsatzkästen. Auch das DE GM 89 11 646 U1 beschreibt einen Rolladenkasten der aus Kunststoffhohlkammerprofilen zusammengesetzt ist, gleiches gilt für die DE 21 15 909 A1 und 27 15 910. Diese Rolladenaufsatzkästen müssen jeweils für die im Gebäude belassene Nischen angefertigt und mit den darunter angeordneten Fensterrahmen stimseitig verbunden werden, wobei für jede Mauerstärke ein besonderer Rolladenkasten mit darauf abgestimmten Abmessungen erforderlich ist. Die Verbindungen der einzelnen Teile eines solchen Rolladenaufsatzkastens untereinander und des kompletten Rolladenkastens mit dem Fensterrahmen geschieht üblicherweise mittels Klippsverbindungen.
Es liegt auf der Hand, daß dies einen erheblichen Aufwand an Werkzeugen, extrudierten Profilen, Lagerhaltung und Transportkapazitäten erfordert.
Darüber hinaus ist noch die DE 42 37 956 A1 bekannt geworden. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Schachteinrichtung mit einem nach unten offenen Aufnahmeschacht zur Aufnahme eines Rolladens, die mit einem solchen Sturzschalungsschacht zu versehen ist, der eine verlorene Schalung bildet und damit am Bau eine zusätzliche Sturzschalung überflüssig macht. Außerdem sind noch Adapter für einen Rolladenkasten offenbahrt, der verschiedene Arten von Fenstern mit unterschiedlichen Abmessungen mit einem Rolladenaufsatzkasten kombinieren läßt, wie aus der DE 44 16 866 C1 hervorgeht und weiterhin gemäß DE 197 51 756 A1 Rollokästen für schlanke Wände von Fertighauselementen mit variablem Kastenhohlraum, die durch ihre speziellen Eigenschaften so schlank gestaltet sind, daß sie während der Fertigung den flächenbündigen Einbau in Wandelemente gewährleisten. Solche Kästen sind für Normalmauerstärken nicht einsetzbar.
Vor dem Hintergrund dieses Standes der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen auf einfache Weise an sämtliche Mauerstärken anpassbaren Rolladenaufsatzkasten zu schaffen.

Der in Figur 1 dargestellte Rolladenaufsatzkasten besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem kastenförmigen Gehäuse mit Ober- und Unterseiten aus Kunststoffhohlprofilen 1,2,6, den seitlichen Putzträgerplatten 3 und den beiden Kopfstücken 4, wobei die Kunststoffhohlkammerprofile 1 als Kupplungsprofile, bzw. Verbindungsprofil und am Boden als Revisionsdeckel 6 ausgebildet sind.
