Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rolladenkästen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus einer Platte (7), die aus mindestens zwei Schichten (71, 73) besteht, die Abwicklung eines Rolladenkastens hergestellt wird; in dem die erste Schicht (71) vorbereitet und zugeschnitten wird und auf die dann die zweite Schicht (73) in Form von Abschnitten (731, 732, 733) beabstandet zueinander angeordnet wird, wobei der Abstand (x) zwischen den ersten und zweiten Abschnitten (731) und (732) und den zweiten und dritten Abschnitten (732) und (733) etwas geringer als die Dicke (d) der zweiten Schicht (73) gewählt wird und die Platte (7) dann zu dem Rolladenkasten zusammengefaltet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Platte (7) eine vierte Schicht (9) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Schicht (71) mit der zweiten Schicht (73) verklebt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Schicht (71) mit der zweiten Schicht (73) thermisch verschmolzen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Schicht (73) auf die erste Schicht (71) laminiert wird.
- Rolladenkasten aus einer Platte (7), die die Form der Abwicklung des Kastens aufweist, aus dem der Rolladenkasten zusammengefaltet ist und die Platte (7) aus mindestens zwei Schichten (71, 73) besteht, wobei die zweite Schicht (73) von im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Abschnitten (731, 732, 733) gebildet ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (x) zwischen den ersten und zweiten Abschnitten (731) und (732) und den zweiten und dritten Abschnitten (732) und (733) vor der Faltung etwas geringer als die Dicke (d) der zweiten Schicht (73) gewählt ist.
- Rolladenkasten nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Platte (7) eine vierte Schicht (9) aufgebracht ist.
- Rolladenkasten nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Schicht (73) aus Isoliermaterial hergestellt ist.
- Rolladenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Schicht (71) netzartig ist.
