Claims (29)
- Verfahren zum Abtransportieren von flächigen, in einem Erzeugnisstapel (8) gelagerten, flexiblen Erzeugnissen, insbesondere Druckereierzeugnissen (9), bei dem der Erzeugnisstapel (8) von unten abgestützt wird und jedes einzelne Erzeugnis (9) in seinem vorlaufenden Kantenbereich (31) mittels eines Saugorgans (2), das unterhalb des Erzeugnisstapels (8) angeordnet ist, erfasst und von der Unterseite des Erzeugnisstapels (8) nach unten weggebogen wird, und bei dem anschliessend das erfasste und weggebogene Erzeugnis (9) mittels eines seinen vorlaufenden Kantenbereich (31) erfassenden Greifers (3) abtransportiert wird, wobei die Bewegungsrichtung des Greifers (3) im Bereich der Unterseite des Erzeugnisstapels (8) im wesentlichen vom vorlaufenden Kantenbereich zum nachlaufenden Kantenbereich der im Erzeugnisstapel (8) befindlichen Erzeugnisse (9) verläuft und jedes einzelne Erzeugnis (9) nach dem mittels des Saugorgans (2) erfolgenden Wegbiegen vom Saugorgan (2) direkt an einen Greifer (3) übergeben wird, so dass jedes Erzeugnis (9) während des Wegbiegens und während des unmittelbar darauffolgenden Abtransports ständig entweder vom Saugorgan (2) oder vom Greifer (3) gehalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei im wesentlichen vertikalem Erzeugnisstapel (8) der vorlaufende Kantenbereich (31) des jeweils untersten Erzeugnisses (9) in seinem Mittenabschnitt durch das Saugorgan (2) erfasst und weggebogen wird, während dieses Erzeugnis (9) im vorlaufenden Kantenbereich (31) in seinen Seitenbereichen von unten abgestützt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Herausziehen des Erzeugnisses (9) aus dem Erzeugnisstapel (8) erst dann einsetzt, nachdem das weggebogene Erzeugnis (9) vom Greifer (3) erfasst wurde.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweites Erzeugnis (9) von einem Saugorgan (2) angesaugt wird, bevor ein zuvor weggebogenes erstes Erzeugnis (9) vollständig aus dem Erzeugnisstapel (8) herausgezogen wurde oder bevor hinsichtlich eines zuvor weggebogenen ersten Erzeugnisses (9) der Vorgang des Herausziehens einsetzt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erzeugnis (9) um einen Winkel zwischen 60° und 120° weggebogen wird, bevor es vom Greifer (3) erfasst wird, wobei das Wegbiegen des Erzeugnisses (9) insbesondere über eine Umlenkwalze (17) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Erzeugnisstapel (8) mit seiner Unterseite bereichsweise auf zumindest einer rotierenden, mindestens einen Freigabeeinschnitt (26) aufweisenden Stützscheibe (14) aufliegt, wobei das Wegbiegen eines Erzeugnisses (9) dann erfolgt, wenn der vorlaufende Kantenbereich (10, 31) in den Bereich des Freigabeeinschnitts (26) zu liegen kommt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Erzeugnisstapel (8) mit seiner Unterseite bereichsweise auf zwei, vorzugsweise gegenläufig rotierenden, jeweils mindestens einen, insbesondere zwei diagonal gegenüberliegende Freigabeeinschnitte (26) aufweisenden Stützscheiben (14) aufliegt, wobei das Wegbiegen eines Erzeugnisses (9) dann erfolgt, wenn der Mittenabschnitt des vorlaufenden Kantenbereichs (10, 31) im Bereich jeweils eines Freigabeeinschnitts (26) jeder Stützscheibe (14) zu liegen kommt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wegbiegen eines Erzeugnisses (9) über die Begrenzungslinie des Freigabeeinschnitts (26) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der im Bereich zumindest eines Freigabeeinschnitts (26) befindliche Mittenabschnitt des vorlaufenden Kantenbereichs (31) unmittelbar vor dem Wegbiegen durch einen aktiv oder passiv beweglichen Stützfinger abgestützt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Erzeugnisstapel (8) mit seiner Unterseite auf sich in Richtung vom vorlaufenden Kantenbereich zum nachlaufenden Kantenbereich der im Erzeugnisstapel (8) befindlichen Erzeugnisse (9) bewegenden und mit Freigabedurchlässen (54) versehenen Stützmitteln aufliegt, wobei das Wegbiegen eines Erzeugnisses (9) dann erfolgt, wenn der vorlaufende Kantenbereich (10, 31) in den Bereich des Freigabedurchlasses (54) zu liegen kommt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Erzeugnisstapel (8) mit seiner Unterseite auf einer Anzahl von Tragwalzen (53; 69) aufliegt, die an einem Förderorgan (51; 68) befestigt sind und mittels desselben im Bereich des Erzeugnisstapels (8) vom vorlaufenden Kantenbereich zum nachlaufenden Kantenbereich der sich im Erzeugnisstapel (8) befindlichen Erzeugnisse (9) bewegt werden, wobei die Freigabedurchlässe (54) zwischen zwei benachbarten Tragwalzen (53; 69) bzw. Tragwalzengruppen gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das einem Erzeugnis (9) zugeordnete Saugorgan (2) und der demselben Erzeugnis (9) zugeordnete Greifer (3) während der Übergabe des Erzeugnisses (9) vom Saugorgan (2) an den Greifer (3) auf einer gemeinsamen Förderstrecke oder auf parallel zueinander verlaufenden Förderstrecken bewegen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das einem Erzeugnis (9) zugeordnete Saugorgan (2) und der demselben Erzeugnis (9) zugeordnete Greifer (3) während der Übergabe des Erzeugnisses (9) vom Saugorgan (2) an den Greifer (3) in etwa mittig entlang der Unterseite des Erzeugnisstapels (8) bewegen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Saugorgan (2) zwischen der Aufnahme des Erzeugnisses (9) vom Erzeugnisstapel (8) und der Übergabe des Erzeugnisses (9) an den Greifer (3) verschwenkt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zum Zweck der Übergabe an den Greifer (3) erfolgende Verschwenkung des Saugorgans (2) derart gerichtet ist, dass eine Übergabe an einen in Transportrichtung nachlaufenden Greifer (3) erfolgt, wobei insbesondere nach einem weiteren, entgegengesetzt gerichteten Verschwenken des Saugorgans ein Erzeugnis (9) von einem in Transportrichtung vorlaufenden, sich öffnendem Greifer (3) aufnehmbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Erzeugnisstapel (8) an seiner Unterseite zumindest bereichsweise mit einer nach oben gerichteten, intermittierenden Kraft beaufschlagt wird, um so eine Auflockerung des Erzeugnisstapels (8) zu erreichen.
- Vorrichtung zum Abtransportieren von flächigen, in einem Erzeugnisstapel (8) gelagerten, flexiblen Erzeugnissen, insbesondere Druckereierzeugnissen (9), insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, mit einer Mehrzahl von entlang einer unterhalb eines Erzeugnisstapels (8) verlaufenden Greifer-Förderstrecke bewegbaren Greifern (3), einem Saugorgan (2), das entlang einer unterhalb des Erzeugnisstapels (8) verlaufenden Saugorgan-Förderstrecke bewegbar ist, die zumindest bereichsweise entlang der oder parallel zur Greifer-Förderstrecke verläuft, und einer Stützvorrichtung (14, 13; 50; 67), welche den Erzeugnisstapel (8) an seiner Unterseite abstützt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Stützvorrichtung (14, 13; 50; 67) im wesentlichen in horizontaler Richtung erstreckt und mindestens einen Freigabeeinschnitt bzw. Freigabedurchlass (26; 54) aufweist, der periodisch den vorlaufenden Kantenbereich (31) der Erzeugnisse (9) im Erzeugnisstapel (8) freigibt, dass eine Mehrzahl von Saugorganen (2) vorgesehen ist, die entlang der, im Mittenabschnitt des Erzeugnisstapels (8) verlaufenden Saugorgan-Förderstrecke hintereinander angeordnet sind und dass die Greifer (3) entlang der Greifer-Förderstrecke ebenfalls hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Saugorgan-Transportrad und ein Greifer-Transportrad vorgesehen sind, welche Saugorgane (2) und Greifer (3) entlang der jeweiligen Förderstrecken fördern.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Saugorgan-Transportrad und das Greifer-Transportrad als ein einziges Transportrad (1) zur Förderung sowohl der Saugorgane (2) als auch der Greifer (3) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die stützvorrichtung (14, 13; 50; 67) zumindest eine rotierende, mindestens einen Freigabeeinschnitt (26) aufweisende Stützscheibe (14), welche den Erzeugnisstapel (8) an seiner Unterseite bereichsweise abstützt, sowie einen Auflagetisch (13) aufweist, der zur Abstützung des Erzeugnisstapels (8) an seiner Unterseite in einem von der Stützscheibe (14) nicht abgestützten Bereich vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei, jeweils mindestens einen, insbesondere zwei diagonal gegenüberliegende Freigabeeinschnitte (26) aufweisende Stützscheiben (14) vorgesehen sind, die derart gegenläufig rotieren, dass jeweils ein Freigabeeinschnitt (26) jeder Stützscheibe (14) gleichzeitig im Mittenabschnitt des vorlaufenden Kantenbereichs (10, 31) eines Erzeugnisses (9) zu liegen kommt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Mittenabschnitts des vorlaufenden Kantenbereichs (10, 31) ein aktiv oder passiv beweglichen Stützfinger zur Abstützung des Erzeugnisstapels (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Transportrichtung der Saugorgane (2) und der Greifer (3) gegenüber der Vorderkante des Erzeugnisstapels (8) versetzt eine Umlenkwalze (17) vorgesehen ist, deren Achse sich senkrecht zur Transportrichtung der Saugorgane (2) und der Greifer (3) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 22, gekennzeichnet durch Mittel (34, 35, 36, 37) zur Erzeugung einer periodischen, senkrecht zur Unterseite des Erzeugnisstapels (8) gerichteten Bewegung.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Stützscheibe (14) und/oder Auflagetisch (13) erzeugnisstapelseitig mit reibungsverringernden Mitteln, insbesondere mit Druckluftauslässen (30) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützvorrichtung (14, 13; 50; 67) eine Anzahl von an einem Förderorgan befestigten, eine Art Rollenteppich bildenden Tragwalzen (53; 69) umfasst, auf denen der Erzeugnisstapel (8) mit seiner Unterseite aufliegt, wobei zwischen zwei benachbarten Tragwalzen (53; 69) bzw. Tragwalzengruppen Freigabedurchlässe (54) vorhanden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je ein mit den Tragwalzen (53; 69) versehenes Zugorgan (51, 68) zu beiden Seiten des Erzeugnisstapels (8) angeordnet ist, wobei die Tragwalzen (53; 69) der beiden Zugorgane (51, 68) im Bereich des Erzeugnisstapels (8) gegeneinander gerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugorgane (51) in einer zur Saugorgan-Förderstrecke parallelen Ebene verlaufen, wobei die Tragwalzen (53) jeweils an einem Tragarm (57) eines am Zugorgan (51) schwenkbar befestigten Winkelhebels (60) freidrehend gelagert sind, und dass Führungselemente (61, 62) vorhanden sind zur Verschwenkung des Winkelhebels (60) und der Tragwalzen (53) in eine den Abtransport der Erzeugnisse (9) freigebende Stellung.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugorgane (68) in einer mit der Saugorgan-Förderstrecke einen Winkel einschliessenden Ebene verlaufen, wobei die Tragwalzen (69) auf mit dem jeweiligen Zugorgan (68) fest verbundenen und einen Winkel mit der Zugorgan-Ebene einschliessenden Tragarmen (71) freidrehend gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (65; 65') vorgesehen sind, durch welche die freidrehend gelagerten Tragwalzen (53; 69) im Berührungsbereich mit der Unterseite des Erzeugnisstapels (8) in eine der Fortbewegungsrichtung der Zugorgane (51; 68) entgegengesetzte Drehbewegung versetzt werden.
