Abstract

  • 1. Verfahren zum Einbringen von Flachrohreinsteckschlitzen in ein Sammelrohr.
  • 2.1. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Einbringen wenigstens eines Flachrohreinsteckschlitzes in ein Sammelrohr, wobei in einem Sägeschritt ein Sägeschnitt in das Sammelrohr eingebracht und in einem anschließenden Stanzschritt der Schlitz mittels eines in den Sägeschnittbereich stanzenden Schlitzstempels ausgebildet wird.
  • 2.2. Erfindungsgemäß wird im Stanzschritt durch Verwenden eines Schlitzstempels mit gegenüber dem Sägeschnitt größerer Breite und/oder Länge ein Durchzug ausgebildet, und/oder der Sägeschnitt wird in eine Tiefe geringer als die Wandstärke des Sammelrohrs eingebracht, und/oder der jeweilige Stegbereich zwischen Kammern eines Mehrkammer-Sammelrohrs wird beim Stanzen zur Bildung eines Kammerverbindungskanals tiefer als das Niveau eines als Flachrohreinsteckanschlag fungierenden Sammelrohrwandbereichs eingedrückt.
  • 2.3. Verwendung z.B. für Verdampfer und Gaskühler von CO2-Klimaanlagen in Kraftfahrzeugen.
