Claims (12)
- Klebstoffkartusche (10) zur Aufnahme von flüssigem oder zu verflüssigendem Klebstoff und zum Einsetzen in eine Heizkleber-Applikationsvorrichtung, mit einem zum Erwärmen durch ein zumindest bereichsweise umfangsseitig angreifendes Heizelement der Heizklebe-Applikationsvorrichtung ausgebildeten, zylindrischen Kartuschenkörper (12),
der einends zum Verschließen mit einem einsetzbaren Kolbenelement ausgebildet ist,
und anderenends einen einen gegenüber dem zylindrischen Kartuschenkörper verminderten Innenquerschnitt mit einem Austrittsende (18) anbietenden Tüllenabschnitt (16) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klebstoffkartusche Mittel (28) zur Verdrehsicherung der Klebstoffkartusche in einem eingesetzten Zustand relativ zur Heizklebe-Applikationsvorrichtung und/oder relativ zum Heizelement aufweist, und dass die Mittel zur Verdrehsicherung eine Mehrzahl von Vorsprüngen (28) aufweisen, die sich von einem Schulterbereich (20) des Tüllenabschnitts in einer parallel zu einer Längsachse durch den zylindrischen Kartuschenkörper (12) verlaufenden Richtung erstrecken. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Verdrehsicherung als Mehrzahl von sternförmig um eine Längsachse durch den zylindrischen Kartuschenkörper (12) herum angeordneten, sich radial auswärts erstreckenden Vorsprüngen (28) realisiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge als einstückig an den Tüllenabschnitt (16) angeformte Nasen (28) realisiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klebstoffkartusche aus Metall, insbesondere Aluminium, hergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kartuschenkörper und der Tüllenabschnitt einstückig hergestellt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tüllenabschnitt ein an einem Teilabschnitt gebildetes Außengewinde (26) aufweist, das zum Befestigen einer das Austrittsende verschließenden Verschlusskappe ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenquerschnitt des Tüllenabschnitts sich entlang mehrerer Teilabschnitte (20, 22, 24) des Tüllenabschnitts in Richtung auf das Austrittsende mit in ihrer Steigung abnehmenden konischen Querschnittsverläufen verjüngt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Dichtmittel zwischen dem Kolbenelement und einer Innenwand des Kartuschenkörpers vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
im Bereich des Tüllenabschnitts Ventilmittel (30, 32, 34) zum Verschließen des Tüllenabschnitts und zum Erzeugen eines vorbestimmten Gegendrucks gegen aus dem Kartuschenkörper austretenden Klebstoff vorgesehen sind,
die so ausgebildet sind, dass durch Kraftbeaufschlagung des Kolbenelements der Gegendruck überwunden und der Klebstoff aus dem Austrittsende austreten kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilmittel als Kugeldruckventil ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegendruck als Schließkraft des Kugeldruckventils durch eine im Tüllenabschnitt vorgesehene Feder, insbesondere Spiralfeder (32) bestimmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kugeldruckventil modulartig zur Aufnahme im Tüllenabschnitt vorgesehen ist und eine in einem Gehäuse (34) bewegliche, gegen die Kraft eines Kraftspeichers (32) vorgespannte Kugel (30) aufweist.
