Besonders zweckmäßig ist es dann, zwischen jeder seitlichen Teilverkleidung und der mittleren Teilverkleidung einen Zuluftkanal zu integrieren, wobei diese Zuluftkanäle mit den Luftkanälen an den seitlichen Teilverkleidungen kommunizieren und andererseits in den Wagenkasten-Innenraum ausmündende Luftauslaßelemente aufweisen. Wird dabei die mittlere Teilverkleidung in einer Ebene angeordnet, die höher als die ihr zugewandten Endkanten der benachbarten Teilverkleidungen liegt, dann können die Luftauslaßelemente der Zuluftkanäle an ihren einander zugewandten Seiten vorgesehen werden, so daß eine weitgehend horizontale Ausblasrichtung erzielt wird. Zweckmäßig ist es dabei, die geschlossene Unterseite des Luftkanals zumindest annähernd in der Ebene anzuordnen, in welcher die Endkanten der seitlich anschließenden Teilverkleidungen liegen. Die Luftauslaßelemente 24 sind dabei im jeweiligen Zuluftkanal 23 im Höhenbereich zwischen den Endkanten 25 und der Unterseite der mittleren Teilverkleidung 14 angeordnet, so daß sie aufeinander zuweisen und die Luft jeweils zur Wagenkastenmitte hin zumindest annähernd in waagrechter Richtung ausblasen. Die Zuluftkanäle 23 können zudem an ihrer Unterseite 26 in den Wagenkasten-Innenraum 8 gerichtete Beleuchtungsmittel aufweisen, mittels welchen eine allgemeine Ausleuchtung des Wagenkasten-Innenraums 8 erzielt wird. Dabei liegt die Unterseite 26 der Luftkanäle 23 vorzugsweise zumindest annähernd in der Ebene, in welcher die Endkanten 25 der seitlich anschließenden Teilverkleidungen 13 liegen, so daß sich die Luftkanäle 23 in die Innenkontur der Innenverkleidung 13, 14 einfügt. Dazu ist auch zumindest die mittlere Teilverkleidung 14 in Wagenkasten-Längsrichtung aus mehreren Teilabschnitten 14.1 aufgebaut. Die Teilabschnitte 14.1 weisen dabei an ihren einander zugewandten, quer zur Wagenkasten-Längsridhtung verlaufenden Querenden nach unten zum Wagenkasten-Innenraum 8 hin abgebogene Kantenstege 27 auf. Diese Kantenstege 27 sind höchstens bis in die Ebene herunter gezogen, in welcher die einander zugewandten Endkanten 25 der seitlich benachbarten Teilverkleidungen 13 liegen. Die Kantenstege 27 bilden dabei optische Unterbrechungen der Längsfront der mittleren Teilverkleidung 14, die dadurch nach Art einer Cassettendecke unterteilt ist. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenverkleidung quer zur Wagenkasten-Längsachse aus insgesamt drei Teilverkleidungen (13, 14) besteht, daß an den Seitenwänden (6) Halteelemente (16) festgesetzt sind, an welche die Gepäckträger (17) angesetzt sind und daß die Halteelemente (16) jeweils eine nach oben offene Nut (18) aufweisen, in welche jeweils die Längsunterkante (19) der zugeordneten äußeren Teilverkleidung (13) eingesteckt ist.
