Description
Die Nase 20 des Einbaustückes 18 hält über seine sich auf die Flanken der Nut 22 abstützenden Druckplatten 24 das Führungsstück 12 in einer der der Arbeitswalze 16 zugeordneten Höhe, während die Lage der Arbeitswalze 17 über die Nase 21 und deren sich auf die Flanken der Nut 23 abstützenden Druckplatten 24 die Höhe des Führungsstückes 13 bestimmt. Mit dem Führungsstück 13 sind die Stempelhülse 7 und die Kolbenstange 6 des Kolbens 5 verbunden, während das Führungsstück 12 mit dem Druckzylinder 4 verschraubt ist. Das bedeutet, daß durch die Stellung der Einbaustücke 18 und 19 auch die Lage des Kolbens 5 im Druckzylinder 4 bestimmt wird. Entsprechend der angewandten Regelung werden nun die obere und/oder die untere der im Druckzylinder 4 gebildeten Zylinderkammern unter Druck gesetzt und damit die Flächen des doppelt wirkenden Kolbens 5 entsprechend beaufschlagt. Die hierdurch an den Kolbenflächen entwickelten Kräfte werden den durch die Führungsflächen des Druckzylinders 4 sowie der Stempelhülse 7 im Gehäuse 3 vertikal verschiebbaren Führungsstücken 12, 13 zugeführt und beanspruchen über die Nasen 20, 21 die Einbaustücke 18, 19 mit der erforderlichen Vorspannung.

Claims (5)
- Warmwalzgerüst mit in den Ständerfenstern angeordneten Blöcken welche als Biegevorrichtungen vorgesehene hydraulische Kolbenzylindereinheiten aufweisen, die über linear verschiebbare Führungsstücke auf die Einbaustücke der Arbeitswalzen Biegekräfte zu übertragen vermögen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,. daß je Block eine doppelt wirkende hydraulische Kolbenzylindereinheit (4, 5) vorgesehen ist, deren beide Enden mit den Führungsstücken (12, 13) verbunden sind, und daß die Führungsstücke (12, 13) mit einer axialen Verschiebung der Arbeitswalzen (16, 17) zulassenden Führungsnuten (22, 23) die freien Enden von Nasen (20, 21) der Arbeitswalzeneinbaustücke (18, 19) beidseitig umgreifen. - Warmwalzgerüst mit in den Ständerfenstern angeordneten Blöcken nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Block als Gehäuse (3) ausgebildet ist, das mit Auflageflächen für Schleißleisten der Arbeitswalzen-Einbaustücke (18, 19) versehen ist, und daß im inneren des Gehäuses (3), vertikal verschiebbar, der Druckzylinder (4) der Kolbenzylindereinheit sowie ein die Kolbenstange (6) fassendes Übertragungselement (Stempelhülse 7) vorgesehen sind. - Warmwalzgerüst mit in den Ständerfenstern angeordneten Blöcken nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Führungsstücke (12) mit dem Druckzylinder (4) und das zweite Führungsstück (13) mit dem Übertragungselement (Stempelhülse 7) verbunden sind. - Warmwalzgerüst mit in den Ständerfenstern angeordneten Blöcken nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsstücke (12, 13) mit ihren, den Nasen (20, 21) der Einbaustücke (18, 19) abgewandten Seiten sich auf vertikale, ständerfeste Schleißplatten (14, 15) abstützen. - Warmwalzgerüst mit in den Ständerfenstem angeordneten Blöcken nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem oberen Führungsstück (12) eine Justierungsvorrichtung zugeordnet ist, welche einen in eine Ausnehmung des Führungsstücks (12) einschiebbaren Bolzen (31) aufweist.
