Definitions
- the invention relates to an injection attachment anchor having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- Such an injection attachment anchor is known from EP-A-0033951.
- injection attachment anchor is for the renovation of bivalve masonry intended.
- the known injection attachment anchor has an anchor tube, which in a front axial portion is provided with holes in its tube wall. It should Under the front that end of the anchor tube are understood, with the Voran the anchor tube is introduced into a borehole in the masonry.
- the Holes provided axial section closes a closed axial section of the Anchor tube on, in which the pipe wall no holes, openings, openings or the like. having.
- the closed axial section can be up to a rear end of the anchor tube pass.
- In the anchor tube of the known injection attachment anchor is a corrugated Wire as an anchor rod whose diameter is a fraction of an inner diameter of the anchor tube amounts.
- the injection attachment anchor according to DE-A-3916612 has the disadvantage that a large amount of mortar to its anchoring in the Tragmauerwerk is necessary, since the entire interior volume of the anchor pipe must be filled with mortar, so that the mortar through the Holes in the front axial section of the anchor tube emerges.
- the inset in the anchor tube Anchor rod has a small in relation to the inner diameter of the anchor tube Diameter, so that a sufficiently large space between the tie rod and the anchor tube for the passage of the mortar remains.
- the anchor rod of the known Injection fastening anchor therefore reduces the internal volume of the anchor tube only a negligible fraction.
- Another disadvantage of the known injection attachment anchor is its large outer diameter, which is required to one sufficiently large space between the anchor rod and the anchor tube for the To get passage of the mortar.
- the known injection attachment anchor requires so a large diameter hole in the masonry.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to an injection attachment anchor create a small amount of mortar needed to anchor it and one small borehole diameter allows.
- the Injection fastening anchor according to the invention has an anchor rod whose Diameter corresponds to an inner diameter of the anchor tube or is slightly smaller.
- the anchor rod of the injection attachment anchor according to the invention forms a kind Piston, with the injected into the anchor tube amount of mortar in the front axial section slidable, where they by displacement action of the anchor rod and / or due one exerted by the anchor rod pressure through the holes emerges.
- inventive Injection attachment anchor will add the amount of mortar into the anchor tube injected before the anchor rod is inserted into the anchor tube.
- Another advantage of the invention is that it has an anchor tube of smaller diameter allows because the anchor rod has the same or a slightly smaller diameter like the inner diameter of the anchor tube, there is no or only a smaller one Gap between the anchor rod and the anchor tube.
- the smaller diameter of the anchor tube The injection attachment anchor according to the invention has the advantage of smaller borehole diameter. The hole is lighter and with less effort buildable.
- the anchor rod does not over its entire length to the Inner diameter of the anchor tube corresponding or slightly smaller diameter on, but only axially limited. In this way, that reduces for the tie rod necessary material.
- the anchor rod at two axially from each other spaced locations corresponding to the inner diameter of the anchor tube or slightly smaller diameter. These two bodies can be attached to each other Ends of the anchor rod are located or they can be spaced from the ends of the anchor rod be arranged.
- This embodiment of the invention prevents a wrong Inserting the anchor rod in the anchor tube, since both ends of the anchor rod formed the same are.

This prevents when injecting mortar into the wellbore in the Facing masonry after inserting the anchor rod into the anchor tube of the mortar in the anchor tube enters.
- the mortar connects the facing brickwork with the preferably from the rear end of the anchor tube protruding anchor rod. There is no mortar enters the closed axial section of the anchor tube, which is for connecting the Facing masonry with the supporting masonry required amount of mortar reduced.
- the anchor rod in one embodiment of the invention, a roughening, a knurl, a thread or the like.
- a corrugated, coiled or the like Execution of the anchor rod at least in its end section.
- the holes are offset in the circumferential direction to each other arranged in the front axial portion of the anchor tube. This avoids that is displaced with the anchor rod in the front axial portion of the anchor tube Mortar essentially emerges from holes arranged further back and a small amount of mortar up to further from the anchor tube mounted holes arrives.
- the inventive measure the number of holes per pipe wall surface in rear portion of the front, the holes having axial portion of the anchor tube smaller than to provide further forward serves the purpose, if possible on the Length of the front axial section uniform mortar exit through the holes too to reach.
- Another measure to an over the length of the holes having axial portion It is the holes of the anchor tube to achieve even mortar emergence rear portion of the axial section obliquely against a flow direction of the mortar extending and / or the holes in the front region of the holes having axial portion to arrange obliquely running in the flow direction of the mortar.
- the oblique Holes aligned in the rear area of the mortar against the direction of flow of the mortar the holes having axial portion worsen the mortar outlet and the obliquely in the direction of flow of the mortar running holes in the front region of the anchor tube favor the mortar leakage, resulting in a total of the length of the Holes having axial portion results in a roughly uniform mortar exit.
- the purpose of an over the length of the holes having axial portion may serve uniform mortar emergence individually or be used in combination.
- the front end of the anchor tube preferably closed.
- a circumferential sealing collar on the outside of a provided at the rear end of the anchor tube. This sealing collar seals the anchor tube in Borehole in the facing masonry and avoids leakage of mortar, which in the Drill hole is injected in the facing masonry, between the anchor tube and a borehole wall therethrough.
- the anchor tube has a sealing collar on the outside a rear end of the axial portion having the holes.
- This sealing band prevents the escape of mortar from the borehole in the retaining masonry between the anchor tube and a borehole wall. This is the mortar which has leaked through the holes in the anchor tube and the injection attachment anchor connects with the Tragmauerwerk.
