Abstract

Die Lösung der geschilderten Aufgabe erfolgt durch einen Schutzschalter nach Anspruch 1. Der Schaltstellungsanzeiger ist hierbei zweiteilig ausgeführt: Er weist einerseits einen Schaltstellungsanzeiger für die Schließ-Stellung des Kontaktarms auf, wobei der Schaltstellungsanzeiger mit dem Sprungschaltwerk in Verbindung steht. Er weist weiter einen Schaltstellungsanzeiger für die Offen-Stellung des Kontaktarms auf, wobei dieser Schaltstellungsanzeiger die Bewegung des Kontaktarms abgreift. Beide Schaltstellungsanzeiger sind so angeordnet bzw. ausgebildet, daß sie voneinander unabhängig verschwenken können. Ein solcher Schaltstellungsanzeiger zeigt auch im Fall einer sogenannten Freiauslösung zutreffend an. Unter Freiauslösung wird bekanntlich verstanden, daß bei festgehaltenem Handbedienorgan in der Einschaltstellung das Schaltschloß bei auftretender Auslösebedingung die Kontaktöffnung bewirkt. Außerdem verwendet man ein ohnehin vorhandenes Bauteil für eine Sprungeinschaltung, wobei ein Sprungschaltteil zwischen dem Kontaktpaar über eine Kante zurückgezogen wird, worauf ein sprunghaftes Schließen erfolgt. Man kommt mit einem weiteren Schaltstellungsanzeiger und dem Abgreifen des beweglichen Kontaktarms für die Offen-Stellung aus.The described task is solved by a circuit breaker according to claim 1. A protective switch, in particular circuit breaker, having a contact pair (1,2) comprising a stationary contact (1) and a moving contact (2) on a contact arm (3) which interacts via a switching mechanism (4) with a switch position indicator having a manual operating element (7) which can be rotated, with the switch position indicator interacting with a snap-action switching part (8) in order to keep the contact arm open and to release it suddenly to the closed position, characterized in that the switch position indicator is designed in two parts:
    having a switch position indicator (5) for the closed position of contact arm (3), with this switch position indicator (5) being connected to the snap-action switching mechanism (8) and having a switch position indicator (6) for the open position of the contact arm (3), with this switch position indicator tapping off the movement of the contact arm (3), and with both switch position indicators (5, 6) being arranged and designed such that they can pivot independently of one another.
  2. The protective switch as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the switch position indicator (5) for the closed position, which is connected to the snap-action switching mechanism (8), is designed such that a rigid part (15) is operatively connected to a control edge (16) of the manual operating element (7) and can be rotated about a fixed-position shaft (10), having an indicating element (26) under a viewing window (11) and forming a joint (17) to a snap-action switching part (27).
  3. The protective switch as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the joint (17) in the snap-action switching mechanism (8) is in the form of a cast film hinge.
  4. The protective switch as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the switch position indicator (6) for the open position has a rigid part (9) which is mounted on the fixed-position shaft (10) of the switch position indicators (5) for the closed position and has an indicating element (26) under the viewing window (11), the movement path of which indicating element (26) under the viewing window (11) is above that of the indicating element (25) for the closed position, with the rigid part (9) a joint (13) being connected to a bracket (14) for tapping off the movement of the contact arm (3).
  5. The protective switch as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the bracket (14) for tapping off the movement of the contact arm (3) in the case of a switching mechanism (4) having a catch (18), a release lever (19) and a contact arm (3) in an approximately triangular arrangement forms a connection between the bearing (20) of the catch (18) and the contact arm (3) on the one hand and a fixed-position bearing (21) for the release lever (19) on the other hand and is operatively connected to the joint (13) to the rigid part (9).
  6. The protective switch as claimed in one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that the manual operating element (7), which can be rotated, is connected by a coupling clip (22) by means of the catch (18) outside its bearing (20) with the contact arm (3).
