Claims (22)

  1. Verschlusskappe (1) zum Zuschrauben eines für alkoholische Getränke bestimmten Behälters, typischerweise einer Flasche mit einem ein Gewinde (21) und einen Sicherungsring (20) aufweisenden Flaschenhals (2), versehen mit einem Verschlussmittel und einem Sicherungsmittel, bestehend aus zwei zusammengefügten und rotatorisch und axial fest miteinander verbundenen Teilen:
    a) einem Innenteil (3) oder Einsatz aus Kunststoff mit einem sog. Innenkopf (30) und einem sog. Innenmantel (31), typischerweise mit Rotationsachse (12), wobei der Innenkopf (30) ein Verschlussmittel aufweist, der Innenmantel (31) an seiner Innenfläche ein zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Gewinde (21) des Flaschenhalses bestimmtes Innengewinde (32) aufweist, und mit einem Sicherungsmittel, wobei der Innenmantel (31) durch Stege (33) mit einem Garantieband (34) verbunden ist, das durch den Ring des Flaschenhalses gehalten und beim ersten Öffnen der Verschlusskappe vom Mantel getrennt werden soll,
    b) einem Außenteil (4) oder Kappe, der zumindest den Innenmantel (31) umgibt und verdeckt, wobei die Außenfläche des Innenteils (3) und die Innenfläche des Außenteils (4) zur Verbindung dieses Innen- (3) und Außenteils (4) zusammenwirken,
    und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenteil (4) einen sog. Außenmantel (41) aufweist, wobei dessen Länge so gewählt ist, dass er zumindest vor dem ersten Öffnen der Verschlusskappe (1) den Innenmantel (31) und das Garantieband (34) verdeckt, so dass der Außenteil (4) die ganze oder einen Teil der Dekorfunktion der Verschlusskappe (1) gewährleistet, wobei das Aussehen der Verschlusskappe dadurch beliebig verändert werden kann, ohne die durch den Innenteil gewährleisteten technischen Funktionen ändern zu müssen, und das Garantieband (34) typischerweise nach dem ersten Öffnen sichtbar wird.
  2. Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Außenteil (4) einen sog. Außenkopf (40) aufweist.
  3. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, bei der der Außenteil (4) einen geraden Mantel (41) aufweist.
  4. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, bei der der Außenteil (4) eine Umdrehungsfläche mit je nach betrachteter Höhe konstantem oder nicht konstantem Radius aufweist.
  5. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der der Außenteil (4) beliebiger Außenform und der Innenteil (3) als Mittel für die genannte Verbindung ein mechanisches (44, 45) oder chemisches Verankerungsmittel, typischerweise durch Verkleben, am Innenteil (3) verwenden.
  6. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der der Innenteil (3) ein mit einem Innengewinde (32) versehener Einsatz aus PP ist, dessen Garantieband (34) Rastzapfen (341) aufweist.
  7. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der der metallische oder einen metallischen Bestandteil aufweisende Innenteil (4) mit dem Einsatz verklebt ist.
  8. Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 7, bei der der Außenteil (4) aus oberflächenbehandeltem, typischerweise gebürstetem oder anodisiertem Aluminium ist, um eine "metallische" Erscheinungsform oder Farbe zu erzeugen.
  9. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der der Außenteil (4) aus Kunststoff und typischerweise aus Polystyrol mit dem Einsatz mechanisch verbunden oder verklebt ist.
  10. Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 9, bei der der Außenteil (4) metallisiert ist.
  11. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der das Garantieband (34) einen Innenkranz (340) mit Rastelementen (341), typischerweise Zapfen oder Haken, aufweist, welche zum Inneren der Verschlusskappe gerichtet und unter dem Ring (20) eingerastet sind, so dass beim ersten Öffnen, da das Garantieband (34) durch das Zusammenwirken der Elemente (341) mit dem Ring (20) daran gehindert wird, sich nach oben zu bewegen, die Stege (33) brechen und das vom Rest der Verschlusskappe getrennte Garantieband (34) dadurch zum sichtbaren Beweis des ersten Öffnens wird.
  12. Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 11, bei der der Außenmantel (41) Stege (42) aufweist, welche ihn mit einem sog. Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 13 mit einer eingesetzten Dichtung (35) ausreichenden Durchmessers, um den Mündungsrand (22) des Flaschenhalses (2) zu überdecken, und einem von der Innenfläche des Einsatzes getragenen, axialen und/oder radialen Pressmittel, um die Dichtung beim Verschließen dicht auf den Mündungsrand (22) des Flaschenhalses (2) zu pressen.
  15. Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 14, bei der das axiale Pressmittel eine an der Innenfläche des Innenkopfes (30) angeformte kreisförmige Rippe (300) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Dichtung auf den typischerweise ebenen oberen Bereich (220) des Mündungsrandes (22) zu pressen.
  16. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 15, bei der das radiale Pressmittel eine am Innenmantel (31) oder am Innenkopf (30), typischerweise im Bereich der Verbindungsstelle (301) zwischen Innenkopf (30) und Innenmantel (31) angeformte ringförmige Verdickung (310, 302) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Dichtung auf den ganzen oder einen Teil des typischerweise geneigten strahlenförmigen Bereichs (221) und/oder auf den typischerweise vertikalen radialen Bereich (222) des Mündungsrandes (22) zu pressen.
  17. Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 16, bei der die ringförmige Verdickung (310) die Form einer ringförmigen Treppenstufe hat, die an der im Bereich der Verbindungsstelle zwischen Innenkopf (30) und Innenmantel (31) ausgebildeten inneren ringförmigen Ecke angeordnet ist.
  18. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, bei der der Innenkopf (30) einen ringförmigen Rand (38) mit einem durchbrochenen Zentralbereich aufweist, der typischerweise der Öffnung (23) des Flaschenhalses (2) gegenüberliegt.
  19. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, bei der a) der Innenkopf (30) eine Dicke von 0 bis 0,5 mm hat, b) das Pressmittel radial ist und c) dieses Pressmittel einen strahlenförmigen Bereich (311) mit einer Krümmung aufweist, die typischerweise der Krümmung des strahlenförmigen Bereichs (221) des Mündungsrandes ähnlich ist, der gegenüberliegt.
  20. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 19, bei der die Dicke des Pressmittels insbesondere in Abhängigkeit von der Dicke Ej der Dichtung und dem Abstand Eo zwischen Flaschenhals und Verschlusskappe so gewählt wird, dass der Behälter dicht durch die Verschlusskappe verschlossen wird, wobei die Dicke der örtlich komprimierten Dichtung oder der Abstand E zwischen dem Ende des Pressmittels und dem Mündungsrand typischerweise im Bereich von 0,2.Ej bis 0,7.Ej liegt, wobei Ej typischerweise 1 bis 2,5 mm beträgt.
  21. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 20, bei der das axiale und/oder radiale Pressmittel integrierender Bestandteil des Einsatzes (3) ist oder ein eingesetztes Stück bildet.
  22. Verschlusskappe nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 21 mit einem Haltemittel für die eingesetzte Dichtung, typischerweise einem an den Innenmantel (31) angeformten Halterand (312).
