Claims (16)
- Einrichtung zum berührungsfreien Führen eines Bahnmateriales (33) über eine Fläche (2), an der im Bahnmaterial (33) ein erster Längsfalz ausgebildet wird und die Fläche (2) sich von einer oberen Traverse (5) bis zu einer unteren Traverse (19) kontinuierlich in ihrer Breite verringert und in der Fläche (2) und in den Begrenzungen (1) Öffnungen (10, 11) für ein gasförmiges Medium vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß abhängig vom Format (23.1, 23.2) des über die Fläche (2) geförderten Bahnmaterials (33) das unterhalb des Bahnmateriales (33) aus dem Luftkissen (17) abströmende Volumen des gasförmigen Mediums durch ein anstellbares Schließelement (3) variierbar ist.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Fläche (2) eine Anzahl in Laufrichtung (32) des Bahnmateriales (33) gesehen hintereinander liegende Öffnungen (11) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längserstreckung der Öffnung (11) deren Quererstreckung in der Fläche (2) um ein Vielfaches übersteigt.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Rückseite (26) der Fläche (2) das mindestens einer Öffnung (11) der Fläche (2) zugewandte Schließelement (3) an der Rückseite (26) der Fläche (2) an- oder von dieser abstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließ- element (3) in einer die Breite der Öffnungen (11) übersteigenden Breite ausgeführt ist.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließ- element (3) an seinem oberen Ende um eine Achse (13) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Schließelement (3) in Laufrichtung (32) des Bahnmateriales (33) zwischen oberer und unterer Traverse (5, 19) einer Längsfalzeinrichtung (31) erstreckt.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließelement (3) manuell oder über einen auf Spindelelemente (6, 7) einwirkenden Stellantrieb von einer an die Fläche (2) angestellten Position (8.1) in eine von diese abgestellte Position (8.2) und umgekehrt stellbar ist.
- Einrichtung gemäß der Ansprüche 4 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer der Spindelelemente (6, 7) ein einen Betätigungshebel (16) eines Nockens (8) durchsetzender Gewindeabschnitt (28) ausgebildet ist, an welchem die Vertikalbewegung des Betätigungshebels (16) begrenzende Anschläge (29) ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung gemäß der Ansprüche 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließelement (3) an der oberen Traverse (5) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließelement (3) an die in Bahnlaufrichtung (32) gesehen erste Öffnung (11) in der Fläche (2) stärker anstellbar ist, als an die in Bahnlaufrichtung (28) gesehen sich daran anschließenden Öffnungen (11) in der Trichterplatte (2).
- Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließelement (3) an der oberen Traverse (5) verschwenkbar und an der unteren Traverse (19) an einem von einem Träger (20) abgestützten anstellbaren Schwenknocken (8) gelagert ist.
- Einrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Nocken (8) aufnehmende Betätigungshebel (16) eine in Bahnlaufrichtung (32) gesehene vertikale Bewegung ausführt, die dem um eine Stellachse (14) schwenkbaren Nocken (8) eine Ein- bzw. Ausfahrbewegung (8.1. bzw. 8.2) aufprägt.

- Bahnverarbeitende Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einer ersten Längsfalzeinrichtung (31) zum Ausführen des ersten Längsfalzes an einer ein- oder mehrseitig bedruckten Materialbahn oder Materialbahnstränge (33), welche berührungsfrei über eine Fläche (2) geführt werden, die sich von einer oberen Traverse (5) zu einer unteren Traverse (19) kontinuierlich in ihrer Breite verringert und in der Fläche (2) und den Begrenzungen (1) Öffnungen (10, 11) für ein gasförmiges Medium vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß abhängig vom Format (23.1, 23.2) des über die Fläche (2) geförderten Bahnmateriales (23) das unterhalb des Bahnmateriales (33) aus einem Luftkissen (17) abströmende Volumen des gasförmigen Mediums durch ein anstellbares Schließelement (3) variierbar ist.
