Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (2) zum Umlegen einer Bördelkante (16) eines Werkstücks (15) durch Rollfalzen mit einer Werkzeugeinheit (1), die mittels eines Antriebs gesteuert bewegbar ist. Ferner ist eine Halteeinrichtung (14) zur Halterung des Werkstücks (15) und zur Unterstützung eines Bereichs der Bördelkante (16) vorgesehen. An der Werkzeugeinheit (1) ist eine drehbar gelagerte Falzrolle (5, 6, 7) vorgesehen, die unter Druckaufbringung und bestimmter Winkelstellung entlang und in Anlage an der Bördelkante (16) zu deren Umlegung rollbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Werkzeugeinheit (1) am Antrieb an einer Schwenkachse (4) schwenkbar gelagert und um einen bestimmten Schwenkwinkel in wenigstens zwei Arbeitspositionen schwenkbar. Den wenigstens zwei Arbeitspositionen ist jeweils eine an der Werkzeugeinheit (1) drehbar gelagerte Falzrolle (5, 6, 7) zugeordnet. Die wenigstens zwei Falzrollen (5, 6, 7) weisen unterschiedlich ausgebildete und bezüglich der Bördelkantenumlegung unterschiedlich wirksame Falzrollenumfangsflächen (11, 12, 13) auf, wobei für eine wenigstens zweistufige Umlegung die Werkzeugeinheit (1) in der ersten Arbeitsposition mit der ersten Falzrolle (5) in deren Funktionsstellung und anschließend die Werkzeugeinheit (1) in der zweiten Arbeitsposition mit der zweiten Falzrolle (6) in deren Funktionsstellung entlang der Bördelkante (16) bewegbar ist.
