Definitions
- the invention relates to an electrical switching device which has on a printed circuit board an elastic switching mat with at least a hat-like, lifted from the circuit board switching area, which has on its inner face an electrically conductive, upon pressure on the switching area against traces of the circuit board movable switching bridge.
- Switching devices of the above type are used for control parts of various kinds and are well known and in use.
- the switching bridge is usually generated by a carbon coating, which is printed on the keypad.
- Safety mats with carbon bridges have a contact resistance of the order of 150 - 500 ⁇ , which is too high for some applications. If you want to reduce this contact resistance, then you might think to use for the switching bridge carbon with embedded metal particles, but this leads to undesirable fluctuations in the contact resistance would lead. Substituting instead of switching devices with an elastic switching mat a conventional push-button switch with a metal switching bridge, then the manufacturing cost of the switching device would increase significantly.
- GB 2 054 268 A discloses an electrical switching device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention is based on the problem, an electrical switching device of the type mentioned in such a way that with the lowest possible cost results in a well-defined, low contact resistance and the usual switching devices with elastic switching mat no changed shift feel.
- Such a switching device is comparable inexpensive to produce as conventional switching devices with a switching mat and a printed bridge bridge made of carbon.
- the switching device according to the invention has a much lower contact resistance in the order of ⁇ 20 ⁇ .
- this contact resistance is very uniform, so that always results in a series of switching devices exactly the same contact resistance.
- the switching mat is made of rubber in the electrical switching device, one can provide according to a development of the invention that the switching bridge through Vulcanizing is connected to the safety mat. This results in particularly low production costs.
- a control panel has different single-contact switches and different contact resistances are desired with the same haptics, it can be provided according to the invention that these single-contact switches have jumpers having different materials with respect to their electrical resistance.
- FIG. 1 shows a printed circuit board 1 with two printed conductors 2, 3.
- an elastic switching mat 4 which has a hat-like switching region 5 leading away from the printed circuit board 1. This has inside a directed toward the printed circuit board 1 punch 6 with an end face 7, as the contact bridge 8, a metal plate is fixed by vulcanization.
- a button 9 with a light box 10. If you press this button 9, then the light box 10 comes against the switching area 5 and thereby pushes the switching bridge 8 on the two Tracks 2, 3, whereby they are electrically connected to each other.
- FIG. 2 shows that the switching mat 4 can have a plurality of individual key switches 11, 12 next to each other.
- the single-load switch 11, in turn, has a metal plate as a switching bridge 8, while the single-load switch 12 has a carbon print 13 as a switching bridge, so that the latter has a higher contact resistance.

Description
- Fig.1
- einen Schnitt durch eine Schalteinrichtung mit Betätigungsteil,
