Erst ab einer bestimmten Bedruckstoffdicke die mittels der genannten Mutter 9 einstellbar ist, wird eine Druckkraft durch die Druckfeder 8 auf die zu fördernden Bogen 2 erzeugt. Die Druckkraft kann in einem weiten Bereich und auch sehr feinfühlig mittels der Auswahl einer entsprechenden Druckfeder 8 und einer entsprechenden Einstellung der Mutter 9 beeinflusst werden.
Claims (4)
- Anlegetisch(16) zum Zuführen von Bogen (2) zu einer bogenverarbeitenden Maschine, insbesondere eine Druckmaschine, dem Bogen (2) von einem Bogenstapel (11) in einem Bogenanleger in einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Zuführebene zuführbar sind und der gegenüber der Zuführebene geneigt ist, wobei dem Anlegetisch (16) eine Förderwalze (1) vorgeordnet ist, deren Umfang in oder in der Nähe der Zuführebene liegt, und wobei weiterhin etwa über dem Bereich der Knickstelle zwischen Zuführebene und Anlegetisch (16) im Bereich der Förderwalze (1) Förderrollen(15) angeordnet sind, durch die die Bogen (2) auf die Förderwalze (1) anlegbar sind, und dass die Förderrollen (15) frei drehbar gelagert sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Förderrollen (3) quer zur Förderrichtung der Bogen (2) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie auf die einander gegenüberliegenden und zur Förderrichtung der Bogen (2) parallelen Formatränder der geförderten Bogen (2) auflegbar einstellbar sind, indem die Förderrollen (3) jeweils an einer quer zur Förderrichtung einstellbaren Halterung (5; 12) angeordnet und gemeinsam mit die Seitenkanten (13) des Bogenstapels (11) abtastenden Seitenkantenabtasteinrichtungen (10) auf die Formatränder einstellbar sind. - Anlegetisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogen (2) mittels der Förderrollen (3) im Bereich der Formatränder auf die Förderwalze (1) anlegbar und aus der Zuführebene in die Ebene des Anlegetisches (16) umlenkbar sind. - Anlegetisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderrollen (3) mit einem von der Dicke der Bogen (2) abhängigen Mindestabstand zur Oberfläche der Förderwalze (1) einstellbar angeordnet sind. - Anlegetisch nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderrollen (3) mit einer Anstellkraft in eine die Lage des Mindestabstandes bestimmende Position einstellbar sind, derart, dass sie Bedruckstoffe geringerer Dicke nicht oder nur unter Belastung aus ihrem Eigengewicht, Bedruckstoffe mit einer Dicke, die größer oder gleich dem Mindestabstand ist, aber selbsttätig gegen die Förderwalze (1) belasten.
