Definitions
- the invention relates to a drainage membrane for manufacture of surface drainage to drain the lying on it Layers, such as screeds, mortar or adhesive layers and other coverings, such as floor slabs or ceramic tiles, consisting of an inherently rigid plastic film, which by stripe-shaped strips running parallel and closely spaced apart and successively in opposite directions Sense of the previous strip-shaped section folded Sections are profiled so that alternately underside to the support plate and on the top to the one lying on it Layers of open-ended canals are formed, with the a layer of liquid on the top and gas-permeable cover sheet adhered is, and at least in the lateral boundaries of the Strip-shaped sections forming channels form a number provided by spaced through openings which is a liquid and gas permeable Connection of the channels open to the top with the to Create underside of open channels of the profile sheet.
- the known drainage sheets (e.g. DE-A-40 04 901) have has also proven itself here as long as the one to be drained Covering layer, e.g. a screed layer and - if necessary - Additional plate coverings, not too heavy have or not too high an additional weight on the to draining layer acts, i.e. the one to be drained Do not use vehicles, especially trucks, to drive on the floor area becomes.
- the one to be drained Covering layer e.g. a screed layer and - if necessary - Additional plate coverings, not too heavy have or not too high an additional weight on the to draining layer acts, i.e. the one to be drained Do not use vehicles, especially trucks, to drive on the floor area becomes.
- the invention has for its object the known Drainage channels without reducing the drainage cross sections in their load-bearing capacity against weight loads improve that they also stood higher weight loads hold.
- the strip-shaped sections of the boundaries of the channels is achieved in that the immediately Spacers below the cover sheet between those that close the channels on the underside at the top strip-shaped sections of the profiled sheet form, whereby the ribs and those attached to them Cover sheet to be tensioned in the installed state. It also prevents the pre-installation rolled up drainage sheet the cover sheets between the ribs get there and do it by bringing the ribs closer together can cause the cover sheet to buckle, which - under unfavorable circumstances and with certain cover sheets made of glass fabric - to become brittle with the Can result from damage to the cover sheet.
- the cover sheet would then have the consequence that screed could penetrate the open channels and so the drainage cross sections of the top open opening channels would at least greatly reduce.
- Spacer bars the cover is kept taut, so that such damage cannot occur.
- the screed is then cured, there is a risk the arching of the cover sheet and the penetration of No more screed in the drainage channels.
- the profiles thereby from essentially over the entire height of the strip-shaped sections running parallel Ribs formed, which is a significant stiffening of these strip-shaped sections against the in bring weight loads acting in the vertical direction.
- the ribs are preferably horizontal Cross-section undulating deformation of the lateral boundaries of the strip-shaped sections forming channels formed, i.e. the vertical ribs are exclusive generated by deformation of the strip-shaped sections.
- the formation of the ribs does not require any additional Plastic material.
- the ribs can also be horizontal Cross section zigzag or trapezoidal limited Deformations of the lateral boundaries of the channels forming strip-shaped sections. Such sharp-edged ribs can reduce the load-bearing capacity of the drainage membrane increase further.
- the liquid and gas permeable cover sheet can either consist of a plastic fleece material, which is impermeable to mortar or tile adhesive.
- mortar or glue will not penetrate through Fleece layer through and there is an optimal drainage cross-section maintain the drainage membrane.
- the liquid and gas permeable cover sheet but also from one for unbound or hardening screed, adhesive or mortar permeable mesh fabric sheet e.g. be formed from a glass mesh. Screed, mortar applied to such a drainage membrane or glue can then go in through the mesh pass over the open channels at the top and harden or tie off. The load-bearing capacity of the drainage membrane is then additionally increased by this hardened material, whereby a loss of drainage cross-section in the drainage path is accepted.
- the drainage membrane can also be designed so that the bottom closed channels in their lying between the through openings Areas a number of continuous, from each other have spaced bottom slot openings, wherein can be advantageous if this is bottom-side Slot openings in the channels laterally delimiting continue strip-shaped sections and then over extend part of the height of these sections.
- the one designated in its entirety by 10 in FIGS. 1 and 2 drainage sheet according to the invention consists of a from an originally flat, thin, stiff plastic film manufactured profile sheet 12, on the top then after their profiling - in Figure 1 above the Profile sheet 12 shown - liquid and gas permeable Cover 14 made of a non-woven plastic material or a glass mesh fabric is adhered.
- the profile track 12 has parallel running at close spacing striped and successive each in opposite sense to the previous strip-shaped Section angled sections (16a; 18; 16b), which alternating opening on the top and bottom Form channels 20 and 22, respectively.
- the channels 20 and 22 are through with lateral spacing from each other in the web direction, which the side boundaries and the bottom of the channels (18; 16b) which open at the top and pass through slot-shaped openings (24a and 24b) connected to each other, so that from the top into the channels 20th inflowing water through the opening 24a, 24b also in the Can pass through channels 22 and thus altogether via the channels 20, 22 an outflow cross section arises, which is only by the material thickness of the thin strip-shaped sections 18 is restricted. It is almost complete Space between one of the invention Drainage membrane carried screed or a layer of covering and the underside support plate as a drainage cross section for Available.
- the channels 20 and 22 each laterally delimiting strip-shaped sections 18 thereby with essentially extending over their entire height vertical parallel ribs stiffened that these strip-shaped sections 18 during profiling have been deformed into waves.
- This will make the Sections 18 against deformation due to resting weight loads significantly stiffened, i.e. the drainage membrane 10 can also be used to drain flooring surfaces are used in addition to the weight load through the flooring itself with additional weight loads, e.g. by loaded trucks, etc. got to.
- Drainage sheets are laterally spaced slit-shaped Openings 24a and 24b are provided, of which the opening 24a have a relatively small width. After at least is then two adjacent slot-shaped openings 24a a wider slot-shaped opening 24b is provided in each case.
- the adjacent upper strip-shaped sections 16a of the profile sheet 12 are wider in the area of this slot-shaped openings 24b through stabilizing webs 26 connected, which ensure that the top open channels when applying screed that is still plastic on the top of the cover sheet 14 not by weight deform the screed in the sense of narrowing the channel 12 can.
- Drainage sheet 10 shows modified drainage sheet 10 ', which differs from the drainage membrane described above only because of this distinguishes that in the the bottom of the bottom closed channels 20 forming strip-shaped sections 16b in the area between the slot-like openings 24a, 24b additional through slot openings 28 are provided, which - over part of the height - In the side walls of the channels 20 forming Continue strip-shaped sections 18.
- the one on top of the drainage membrane 10 or 10 'adhesive cover 14 not only from a plastic fleece material, but also from one wide-meshed glass mesh fabric, through which fresh, even screed or mortar or tile adhesive step through and then open the top Fill channels 20 and harden there.
- FIG. 4 shows an application of the drainage membrane according to the invention 10 for rear ventilation of facade cladding, e.g. facade cladding made of ceramic plates 30 illustrates how often - especially also on the ground floor of commercial or office buildings - provided is.
- facade cladding e.g. facade cladding made of ceramic plates 30 illustrates how often - especially also on the ground floor of commercial or office buildings - provided is.
- the drainage sheet 10 is in this application with a vertical Course of the channels 20, 22 on the outside of one Insulating outer wall insulating layer 32 in the form of mineral wool or plastic foam panels on the Exterior wall 34 of a building attached.
- the usual plate anchors 36 are used for this attachment used, the shafts 38 through the drainage sheet 10 and the insulating layer 32 passed and in the building's outer wall 34 can be anchored.
- a plate dowel 36 is shown.
- the most outer end of the shaft 38 provided plate or disc-like flat heads 40 of the plate anchors 36 lie on the upper side of the drainage membrane 10 facing away from the outer wall on.
- the ceramic plates 30 are then plastic-bonded Mortar or adhesive layer 42, which also the Heads 40 of the plate dowels 36 are embedded on the drainage path kept, which here expediently from a high-strength wide-meshed glass mesh fabric existing cover 14 a highly resilient connection between the ceramic plates 30 and the drainage membrane 10 ensures.
- Ventilation of a facade cladding made of panels becomes an effective and comparatively also against impacts very resistant due to starting motor vehicles etc. Ventilation of the facade with exhaust, i.e. Drainage of The resulting condensation water reaches the floor.
