Abstract
Description
The invention relates to thermal insulation for a rafter roof with the Features specified in the preamble of claim 1.
In a known thermal insulation of this type (DE 35 08 852 A1) is the one located at a distance under the roof covering Mesh grid between the rafters through in their sides surface anchored fasteners stretched and forms both an upper limit for the thermal insulation layer as well as a bottom boundary for one between these and the roof covering existing ventilation layer, which for The roof structure is kept dry. Such a stitch grid is however due to the necessary adjustment to the respective rafter spacing and because of the attachment of the Be fixative in the rafters side surfaces relatively awkward to lay. Furthermore, because of the coarse mesh of the grid is a sheet or plate-shaped thermal insulation material used when fitting between the rafters, unless this is done with particular care, cavities and thus create thermal bridges. You can also use this that the roof truss will still work later.
The invention has for its object thermal insulation of the type in question so that the Retaining the thermal insulation that can be produced from a bulk material layer serving mesh is particularly easy to attach.
This object is achieved by the features in drawing part of claim 1 solved.
With such a design of the mesh, this can in a particularly simple way on the rafters using a counter slats are set, the thickness of which is the amount of ventilation layer determined. Together with the rafters and the others The underside of the cladding forms a seat space for one made of perlite or expanded clay, for example Thermal insulation fill that does not cause any significant fold required and also in a later work of the Roof cavities do not form cavities forming thermal bridges leaves. Because the lattice tracks are rolled up on the building no problems arise during their transportation.
It is particularly useful if the wire mesh or synthetic fibers.
Es zeigtIn the drawing is an embodiment of the invention shown. It shows

Fig. 4 shows a part of a rafter roof provided with thermal insulation according to the invention in a section perpendicular to the rafters.
Fig. 2) erfolgen. The fine-meshed lattice webs 1 used in the manufacture of thermal insulation according to the invention are beveled at their longitudinal edges 2 by more than 90 ° and can thereby be hooked together to form an uninterrupted mesh with these longitudinal edges 2 . The bevelling of the longitudinal edges 2 can take place on the same side or on different sides (cf. FIG. 2). The grid webs 1 normally have a width of 1.10 m and the folds of the longitudinal edges 2 have a width of 0.10 m. This results in a covering width of 1 m when installed. The length of the lattice webs 1 coming to the construction site in the rolled-up state is selected so that they remain handy and are easy to attach to the rafters 3 . From Fig. 3 it emerges that the meshing of their longitudinal edges 2 an uninterrupted mesh grid forming lattice webs 1 are laid transversely to the rafters 3 . The attachment of this mesh on the rafter top is done by the rafters 3 , parallel to these extending counter battens 4 , on which the roof tiles 5 and Dachein cover plates 6 formed roof covering is attached. Between the counter battens 4 , a ventilation layer 9 is formed , which is connected to the outside air and ensures that the roof structure is kept dry. The heat insulation itself consists of a bed 8 , z. B. from perlite or expanded clay, which rests on a panel made of plasterboard 7 .
