Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen einer Walze (06) oder eines Zylinders mittels Reinigungsflüssigkeit, wobei ein Vorratsbehälter (11) für Reinigungsflüssigkeit in axialer Richtung der Walze (06) verfahrbar angeordnet ist, und eine stationäre Versorgungseinheit (02 oder 23) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsbehälter (11) ausschließlich in Parkposition über Leitungen (18; 19) mit der stationären Versorgungseinheit (02 oder 23) verbunden ist, daß ein in Parkposition befindlicher Schlitten (09) mit seinen Verschlußmitteln (14; 16) in seitengestellfeste Gegenstücke von der Versorgungseinheit (02 oder 23) zugeordneten Verschlußmitteln (21; 22) einrastet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsbehälter (11) auf einem verfahrbaren Schlitten (09) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine in axialer Richtung der Walze (06) verfahrbare Auffangwanne (13) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsbehälter (11) und/oder die Auffangwanne (13) über Leitungen und Verschlußmittel (14; 16) mit der seitengestellnahen Außenwand des Schlittens (09) in Verbindung sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitengestellfesten Gegenstücke der Verschlußmittel (21; 22) über Leitungen (18; 19) mit einer stationären Versorgungseinheit (02 oder 23) zur dosierten Aufnahme von Frischmittel (32 oder 33) und einer stationären Zentraleinheit (03) zwecks Rückführung von verbrauchtem Frischmittel verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder zu reinigenden bzw. zu konservierenden Walze (06) eine separate Versorgungseinheit (02 oder 23) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Versorgungseinheiten (02; 23) mittels Leitungen (29; 31) für Reinigungsflüssigkeit (32) oder Trennmittel (33) mit der Zentraleinheit (03) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Versorgungseinheit (02; 23) mindestens einen befüllbaren Dosierzylinder (24; 26) für Reinigungsflüssigkeit (32) und flüssiges Trennmittel (33) beinhaltet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dosierzylinder (24; 26) aufgrund eines variablen Ladedruckes volumeneinstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentralstation (03) einen Rücklauftank (54) für verbrauchtes Reinigungsmittel, einen Vorratstank (62) für frisches Reinigungsmittel (32), einen Mischtank (59) für frisches (32) und aufbereitetes Reinigungsmittel, einen Behälter (48) für Trennmittel (33) und Pumpeinheiten (51; 52; 61; 64) für Saug- und Druckleitungen (53; 29; 31) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versorgungseinheiten (02; 23) zentral zusammen mit der Zentralstation (03) oder jeweils dezentral an der zu reinigenden Walze (06) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (06) als Leitwalze (06) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen von Walzen (06) oder Zylindern mittels Reinigungsflüssigkeit, wobei ein Vorratsbehälter (11) für frische Reinigungsflüssigkeit und eine Auffangwanne (13) für benutzte Reinigungsflüssigkeit jeweils einer Walze (06) verfahrbar angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsbehälter (11) und die Auffangwanne (13) zumindest zeitweise mit einer stationären Versorgungseinheit (02 oder 23) bzw. Zentraleinheit (03) mittels Leitungen (18; 19) verbindbar sind, daß mehrere Auffangwannen (13) mit einer einzigen Zentraleinheit (03) zur Rückführung von verbrauchtem Reinigungsmittel verbindbar sind.
