Claims (22)
- Maschine (10) zur Herstellung einer mehrlagigen Faserstoffbahn (12), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, in der die durch einen jeweiligen Former gebildeten Lagen (A - C) miteinander vergautscht werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei miteinander zu vergautschende, auf einer Seite jeweils einen geringeren Feinstoffgehalt aufweisende Lagen (A, B; B, C) der betreffenden Gautschzone (24, 42) so zugeführt sind, daß sie mit ihren Seiten geringeren Feinstoffgehalts miteinander in Kontakt kommen, und daß zumindest eine dieser beiden Lagen durch einen Gapformer (16, 18, 40) erzeugt ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Gapformer (16, 18, 40) vorgesehen ist, der ein insbesondere durch eine Formierwalze gebildetes Formierelement (14) umfaßt und in dem die Blattbildung der betreffenden Lage (A - C) mit höherem Feinstoffgehalt auf der Formierelementseite erfolgt. - Maschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung einer ersten Lage (A) ein erster Gapformer (16) und zur Bildung einer zweiten Lage (B) ein zweiter Gapformer (18) vorgesehen ist und daß die erste Lage (A) durch das vom Obersieb (20) getrennte Untersieb (22) des ersten Gapformers (16) einer Gautschzone (24) zugeführt ist, in der die beiden Lagen (A, B) mit ihren Seiten geringeren Feinstoffgehalts miteinander vergautscht werden. - Maschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehrichtung des Formierelements (14) des zweiten Gapformers (18) der Drehrichtung des Formierelements (14) des ersten Gapformers (16) entgegengesetzt ist und daß die zweite Lage (B) an einer im Bereich der Gautschzone (24) vorgesehenen Gautschwalze (26) umgekehrt wird. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Langsiebformer (34, 36, 50) vorgesehen ist, in dem die Blattbildung der betreffenden Lage (A-C) mit höherem Feinstoffgehalt auf der vom Langsieb abgewandten Oberseite erfolgt. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung einer ersten Lage (A) und einer zweiten Lage (B) jeweils ein Langsiebformer (34 bzw. 36) vorgesehen ist und diese beiden Lagen (A, B) in einer ersten Gautschzone (38) mit ihren Seiten höheren Feinstoffgehalts miteinander vergautscht werden, daß zur Bildung einer dritten Lage (C) ein Gapformer (40) vorgesehen ist und daß die zweite Lage (B) und die dritte Lage (C) in einer zweiten Gautschzone (42) mit ihren Seiten geringeren Feinstoffgehalts miteinander vergautscht werden. - Maschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlrichtung des Stoffauflaufs (44) des zweiten Langsiebformers (36) der Strahlrichtung des Stoffauflaufs (44) des ersten Langsiebformers (34) allgemein entgegengesetzt ist und daß die zweite Lage (B) an einer im Bereich der ersten Gautschzone (38) vorgesehenen Gautschwalze (46) umgekehrt wird. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritte Lage (C) an einer im Bereich der zweiten Gautschzone (42) vorgesehenen Gautschwalze (48) umgekehrt wird. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung einer ersten Lage (A) ein Gapformer (16) und zur Bildung einer zweiten Lage (B) und einer dritten Lage (C) jeweils ein Langsiebformer (36 bzw. 50) vorgesehen ist und daß die zweite Lage (B) und die dritte Lage (C) in einer ersten Gautschzone (52) mit ihren Seiten höheren Feinstoffgehalts und die erste Lage (A) und die zweite Lage (B) in einer zweiten Gautschzone (54) mit ihren Seiten geringeren Feinstoffgehalts miteinander vergautscht werden. - Maschine nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlrichtung des Stoffauflaufs (44) des die dritte Lage (C) bildenden Langsiebformers (50) der Strahlrichtung des Stoffauflaufs (44) des die zweite Lage (B) bildenden Langsiebformers (36) allgemein entgegengesetzt ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung einer ersten Lage (A) ein Langsiebformer (34) und zur Bildung einer zweiten Lage (B) und einer dritten Lage (C) jeweils ein Gapformer (18 bzw. 40) vorgesehen ist und daß die erste Lage (A) und die zweite Lage (B) mit ihren Seiten höheren Feinstoffgehalts und die zweite Lage (B) und die dritte Lage (C) mit ihren Seiten geringeren Feinstoffgehalts miteinander vergautscht werden. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlrichtung des Stoffauflaufs (30) des die zweite Lage (B) bildenden Gapformers (18) allgemein der Laufrichtung der ersten Lage (A) entspricht. - Maschine nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlrichtung des Stoffauflaufs (30) des die dritte Lage (C) bildenden Gapformers (40) der Laufrichtung der ersten Lage (A) und der Laufrichtung der zweiten Lage (B) allgemein entgegengesetzt ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung einer ersten Lage (A) und einer zweiten Lage (B) jeweils ein Gapformer (16 bzw. 18) und zur Bildung einer dritten Lage (C) ein Langsiebformer (50) vorgesehen ist und daß die erste Lage (A) und die zweite Lage (B) mit ihren Seiten geringeren Feinstoffgehalts und die zweite Lage (B) und die dritte Lage (C) mit ihren Seiten höheren Feinstoffgehalts miteinander vergautscht werden. - Maschine nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlrichtung des Stoffauflaufs (30) des die zweite Lage (B) bildenden Gapformers (18) der Laufrichtung der ersten Lage (A) allgemein entgegengesetzt ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlrichtung des Stoffauflaufs (44) des die dritte Lage (C) bildenden Langsiebformers (50) der Laufrichtung der ersten Lage (A) und der Laufrichtung der zweiten Lage (B) allgemein entgegengesetzt ist. - Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung einer ersten Lage (A) ein Gapformer (16), zur Bildung einer zweiten Lage (B) ein Langsiebformer (36) und zur Bildung einer dritten Lage (C) wieder ein Gapformer (40) vorgesehen ist und daß zunächst die zweite Lage (B) und die dritte Lage (C) mit ihren Seiten höheren Feinstoffgehalts und anschließend die erste Lage (A) und die zweite Lage (B) mit ihren Seiten geringeren Feinstoffgehalts miteinander vergautscht werden. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlrichtung des Stoffauflaufs (44) des die zweite Lage (B) bildenden Langsiebformers (36) allgemein der Laufrichtung der ersten Lage (A) entspricht. - Maschine nach Anspruch 17 oder 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlrichtung des Stoffauflaufs (30) des die dritte Lage (C) bildenden Gapformers (40) allgemein der Laufrichtung der ersten Lage (A) und der Laufrichtung der zweiten Lage (B) entspricht. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Gapformer (16, 18, 40) mit einem Einschicht-Stoffauflauf vorgesehen ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Gapformer (16, 18, 40) mit einem Mehrschicht-Stoffauflauf (30) vorgesehen ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bahnentwässerung Gleichdruckentwässerungselemente vorgesehen sind.
