Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Regelung der Bahnspannung in einer Druckmaschine, die einen Einzug (12), Druckwerke (14, 16) und einen Falzapparat (36) umfasst,
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:Erhöhen der Einzugsspannung in der Bahn (8, 9) zwischen dem Einzug (12) und den Druckwerken (14, 16), wenn die Druckwerke (14, 16) vom nichtdruckenden Betrieb in den Druckbetrieb umgeschaltet werden, undReduzieren der Einzugsspannung in der Bahn (8, 9), wenn die Druckwerke (14, 16) vom Druckbetrieb in den nichtdruckenden Betrieb umgeschaltet werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einzugsspannung in der Weise erhöht wird, dass beim Umschalten vom Druckbetrieb in den nichtdruckenden Betrieb in der Bahn (8, 9) in Bahnlaufrichtung gesehen hinter den Druckwerken (14, 16) eine im Wesentlichen ähnliche Spannung aufrecht erhalten wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannung mittels eines PLC (50) gesteuert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der PLC (50) mit einem LAN (40) verbunden ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahnspannung hinter den Druckwerken (14, 16) mittels des PLC (50) in der Weise gesteuert wird, dass während des Umschaltens vom Druckbetrieb in den nichtdruckenden Betrieb eine im Wesentlichen ähnliche Spannung in der Bahn (8, 9) aufrecht erhalten wird. - Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Einzug (12) zum Einziehen einer zu bedruckenden Materialbahn (8, 9), mit mindestens einem Druckwerk (14, 16) zum Bedrucken der Bahn (8, 9), das im Druckbetrieb und im nichtdruckenden Betrieb betreibbar ist, mit einem Falzapparat (36), in dem die Bahn (8, 9) in Signaturen geschnitten wird, und einer Steuerungseinheit (50) zum Steuern der Bahnspannung zwischen dem Einzug (12) und dem Druckwerk (14, 16) sowie stromabwärts des Druckwerks (14, 16),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungseinheit (50) die Spannung zwischen dem Einzug (12) und dem Druckwerk (14, 16) in Abhängigkeit von einem Übergang zwischen dem Druckbetrieb und dem nichtdruckenden Betrieb steuert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein Kühlaggregat (32) und einen Längsschneider (34), die zwischen den Druckwerken (14, 16) und dem Falzapparat (36) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein LAN (40), das mit der Steuerungseinheit (50) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungseinheit (50) ein PLC ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungseinheit (50) Eingaben bezüglich des Druckbetriebs und der Druckgeschwindigkeit erhält. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollendruckmaschine eine Offset-Rollendruckmaschine ist.
