Claims (11)
- Spitzenschneider (15;102) zur Abtrennung eines Streifens (37) von einer Materialbahn (3), insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, für eine Maschine (1) zur Herstellung der Materialbahn (3), mit einer einen rotierbaren Düsenkopf (29;110) aufweisenden Düseneinrichtung (17;108) zur Abgabe eines unter Druck stehenden, auf die Materialbahn (3) gerichteten Flüssigkeitsstrahles, wobei der Flüssigkeitsstrahl in einem Bereich auf die Materialbahn (3) einwirkt, in dem diese von einem Transportband (5;104) abgestützt ist oder auf einer Walze (7,9,13;106) aufliegt.
- Spitzenschneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der auf die von dem Transportband (5;104) abgestützte Materialbahn (3) auftreffende Flüssigkeitsstrahl einen Druck aufweist, der in einem Bereich von 100 bar bis 800 bar, vorzugsweise von 200 bar bis 500 bar, liegt.
- Spitzenschneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der auf die auf der Walze (106) aufliegende Materialbahn (3) auftreffende Flüssigkeitsstrahl einen Druck aufweist, der in einem Bereich von 100 bar bis 2000 bar, vorzugsweise von 500 bar bis 1500 bar, liegt.
- Spitzenschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportband (5;104) als Pressfilz oder Trockensieb ausgeführt ist.
- Spitzenschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der um eine Drehachse (31) rotierbare Düsenkopf (29;110) mindestens eine, in einem Abstand (r) von der Drehachse (31) angeordnete Einzeldüse (33) aufweist, und dass die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Düsenkopfs (29;110) so an die Maschinengeschwindigkeit (v) angepasst ist, dass die während einer Zeit (t) von der Materialbahn (3) in Maschinenlaufrichtung zurückgelegte Wegstrecke (s) gleich groß wie, vorzugsweise größer als der doppelte Abstand (r) der Einzeldüse (33) von der Drehachse (31) multipliziert mit π ist.
- Spitzenschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Umschaltvorrichtung, mit deren Hilfe der Druck, mit dem der Flüssigkeitsstrahl auf die Materialbahn (3) auftrifft, einstellbar ist.
- Spitzenschneider nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umschaltvorrichtung auf wenigstens eine Versorgungsleitung wirkt, über die die Düseneinrichtung (17;108) mit der Flüssigkeit versorgt wird.
- Spitzenschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umschaltvorrichtung eine Druckdifferenz von 100 bar bis 600 bar, vorzugsweise von 200 bar bis 300 bar bewirkt.
- Spitzenschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düseneinrichtung (17;108) mindestens zwei Einzeldüsen verschiedenen Durchmessers aufweist, die mit der Umschalteinrichtung zusammenwirken.
