Claims (11)
- Dispositif de coffrage caractérisé en ce qu'il est essentiellement constitué par un panneau pultrudé (1) formant face coffrante et intégrant les moyens de raidissage, par un ensemble (2) plate-forme et garde-corps réalisé par un assemblage de tubes pultrudés et comportant un plateau de plate-forme pultrudé (3) et par une échelle d'accès (4), dont les montants sont réalisés en tubes pultrudés et dont les barreaux sont clavetés entre les montants.
- Dispositif de coffrage, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panneau pultrudé (1) formant face coffrante est réalisé par pultrusion en une seule opération et comporte deux faces planes parallèles (1') reliées et raidies par des entretoises (1") solidaires desdites faces (1').
- Dispositif de coffrage, suivant l'une quelconques des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le panneau pultrudé (1) formant face coffrante est pourvu de moyens (5) d'articulation pour des éléments repliables tels que le support de l'ensemble plate-forme ou pour l'articulation d'étais (6) de stabilisation de la banche et de bras de support de plate-forme (7), ainsi que de dispositifs (8) de réglage de l'affleurement de deux banches voisines ou superposées, de dispositifs (9) d'assemblage en parallèle de deux banches par coopération avec des broches de serrage 10 et des entretoises (11) et de vérins (21) de réglage de niveau du panneau (1), ces différents moyens (5), dispositifs (8 et 9) et vérins (21) étant réalisés sous forme de pièces insérées dans des logements de forme correspondante découpés dans les parois du panneau (1) et fixées dans cesdits logements.
- Dispositif de coffrage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 3, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble (2) plate-forme et garde-corps est constitué par un plateau de plate-forme pultrudé (3) disposé sur un cadre (12) formé par un assemblage de tubes pultrudés, par un garde-corps proprement dit (13) monté à articulation, par l'intermédiaire de charnières (14), sur le cadre (12) et également réalisé par un assemblage de tubes pultrudés, cet ensemble (2) étant articulé sur le panneau (1) par l'intermédiaire des moyens d'articulation (5) coopérant avec le cadre (12) et étant maintenu en position de service par l'intermédiaire des bras supports (7) sous forme de tubes pultrudés s'appuyant à une extrémité sur d'autres moyens d'articulation (5) et coopérant à l'extrémité opposée avec une charnière (14) de montage du garde-corps (13).
- Dispositif de coffrage, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage de tubes pultrudés constituant le cadre (12) et le garde-corps (13) est réalisé, de préférence, par emboítement d'extrémités manchonnées de manière correspondante et par rivetage et collage desdites extrémités manchonnées, après assemblage.
- Dispositif de coffrage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 4, caractérisé en ce que le plateau de plate-forme pultrudé (3) est réalisé en une seule opération de pultrusion et comporte deux faces planes parallèles (3') reliées et raidies par des entretoises (3") solidaires desdites faces (3').
- Dispositif de coffrage, suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'une des faces (3') du plateau de plate-forme pultrudé (3), à savoir celle correspondant à la surface de marche de la plate-forme est pourvue de moyens anti-dérapants, tels qu'un nervurage (3"') ou encore tels qu'une masse à caractéristiques anti-dérapantes.
- Dispositif de coffrage, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'échelle d'accès (4), dont les montants sont réalisés en tubes pultrudés et dont les barreaux sont clavetés entre les montants est fixée, par l'intermédiaire d'un axe traversant son barreau supérieur, à des charnières (15) intégrées dans le plateau pultrudé (3) de plate-forme et est solidarisée, en position de service de la banche, avec l'extrémité d'un marche-pied (16), dont l'autre extrémité est articulée sur la face correspondante du panneau (1) par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière (17) intégrée dans la paroi arrière du panneau (1).
- Dispositif de coffrage, suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs (9) d'assemblage en parallèle de deux banches par coopération avec des broches de serrage (10) et des entretoises (11) consistent en des inserts de guidage des broches de serrage (10) et d'absorption des forces axiales de serrage exercées sur les extrémités desdites broches (10) et des entretoises (11) disposées sur les broches (10), entre deux panneaux (1) formant la face coffrante d'une banche.
- Dispositif de coffrage, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panneau (1) formant la face coffrante est pourvu, dans sa partie supérieure, de têtes de levage (20) constituées chacune par une partie apparente en saillie sur le bord supérieur du panneau (1) et par une partie insérée dans le panneau (1) et formant contre-pièce de serrage de la partie apparente, réalisant ainsi un pinçage de la paroi formant le bord supérieur.
- Dispositif de coffrage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 6, caractérisé en ce que le panneau (1) et le plateau (3) sont réalisés à base de fibres de renfort d'origine minérale et/ou organique et/ou chimique et de résine thermodurcissable et/ou thermoplastique.
