Description
The invention relates to a texturing nozzle for treatment of a thread-like material in one between at least two superimposed base body with shaped treatment channel at least one nozzle body for supplying a gaseous treatment medium and at least one venting part in the treatment channel.
Multifilaments are made of synthetic polymers, for example made of polypropylene, polyamide, polyester or the like Threads, which are used in various areas. Facilities for the production of multifilament threads include an extruder, in which the starting material in the form of granules is melted and pressed through a spinneret. Each according to the desired number of filaments per thread Corresponding number of holes through which the Plastic material is pressed. The holes in the spinneret can have other cross-sectional shapes in addition to a round cross-section, to give the filaments special properties. The Extrusion process follows a cooling process, after which the filaments to be summarized in the thread. Depending on the purpose of the Fadens follow various stretching processes, texturing processes and Cooling processes, after which the yarn is finally adjusted accordingly Coils is wound. By texturing the synthetic Fibers or the resulting fabrics or the like. given certain properties. In the case of using the The synthetic fibers, for example, become yarns for carpets pressurized with hot compressed air, so that corresponding crimping of the yarn are created without breaking individual filaments or allowed to tear. These procedures are under the term BCF texturing (BCF = bulked continuous filaments) in the relevant industry known. The present invention relates essentially on this BCF texturing. With this The process becomes a ripple by hot air texturing inserted into the stretched yarn. The texturing nozzles work in Range from 145 to 150 ° C at a pressure of 7 to 8 bar.
A texturing nozzle of the type specified is, for example in US 4 949 441 A and the corresponding EP 495 886 B1 described. Then the thread hits at high speed and plasticizing temperature in one with many Slotted chamber on a tangle plug, causing it very often and unevenly kinked, i.e. curled. To The texturing is used to cool down the yarn Cooling drums guided and then usually in another Stage swirled, i.e. Knot introduced so that the filaments are fixed in the yarn before the yarn is spooled is wound up. The texturing nozzle consists of a base body, a cover plate and an inner plate in between, which consists of a stack of layers, one of which forms a longitudinal channel, the cross section of which is between the inlet and outlet changes in both width and height. Here, the base body with two spaced apart Provide holes through which a fluid for treatment a strand material is fed through the channel. The stack-like coating of the inner plate has the advantage that when the canal walls are worn, only the one that forms the canal Layer needs to be replaced. However, this advantage comes with bought the disadvantage that building an inner panel with stacked Layers both in the production and in the Assembly involves a lot of effort.
US 3,638,291 A describes a texturing nozzle in which the body forming the channel consists of only two parts, their opposite surfaces are flat, wherein in formed the surface of one body of the yarn run channel which has a constant depth and lateral recesses owns.
Keramik, aufgebaut.DE 38 29 150 A1 describes an air nozzle for pneumatic False twist spinning, which consists of sections. The Section, which after the containing the compressed air channels Part is arranged is made of harder, more wear-resistant Material such as Ceramics, built up.

The last two documents describe one Spinning process for staple fibers in which the yarn is not crimped or is compressed, but stretched and in the air nozzle is formed into a low tenacity yarn. The one in these Technology described in documents therefore differs significantly of the technology of the present invention. About that in addition, the inserts can only be exchanged with relatively great effort become.
The object of the invention is to create a texturing nozzle, which is easy to manufacture, easy to assemble and easy maintenance. In particular, the more sensitive and faster worn components of the texturing nozzle be easily and quickly exchangeable. Through the Texturing nozzle according to the invention are yarns with the best possible and also be able to produce properties that are as symmetrical as possible. An adjustment of the texturing nozzle to different yarn properties should be carried out as quickly and easily as possible without that the entire texturing nozzle has to be replaced.
This problem is solved in that the treatment channel at least in some areas with a more resistant material than the base body is formed.

According to another feature of the invention, this is more resistant Material provided by an insert in the base body. This results in easy and quick interchangeability of worn components without the entire texturing nozzle needs to be replaced. On the other hand, the texturing nozzle by changing such inserts easily to changed conditions, how changed yarn properties are adjusted.
Alternatively, the more resistant material can also be used be provided by an attachment on the base body.
The insert or attachment advantageously includes the Nozzle body of the texturing nozzle. The nozzle body is one component of the texturing nozzle that is particularly susceptible to wear. About that In addition, the yarn properties are through the nozzle body significantly influenced.
If the insert is spring-loaded in the body, when assembling the base body forming the texturing nozzle an optimal conclusion reached.
The suspension can be formed by cuts in the insert his.
In order to build up the plug as evenly as possible and thus to achieve even crimp or yarn properties, According to a further feature of the invention, the Treatment channel in the ventilation part square cross-section has ventilation windows formed by perforated sheets or the like on each side of the treatment channel. Due to the symmetrical Training of the venting part is one if possible symmetrical flow of the texturing air and therefore even Yarn properties achieved. It can also be an undesirable Propagation of the swirl can be prevented effectively.
If the perforated plates or the like. Using magnets on the base body are attached, they can be replaced easily and quickly become.
When according to another feature of the invention to the spout of the treatment channel for direct delivery of the treated thread-shaped material connected to a cooling drum a molded part or is integrated in the texturing nozzle, the The distance between the texturing nozzle and the cooling drum was kept very short become. In addition, the speed of grafting in suitably regulated by the speed of the cooling drum become.
The texturing nozzle according to the invention results in a Flow guidance through which together with the exhaust air zone and the preferably a square version of the treatment channel very compact stopper with very even stopper density as well as a very high and even crimp in the yarn. By combining these optimal symmetrical The formation of clots and the subsequent cooling phase can cause yarns very low shrinkage values, so-called cooking shrinkage, in the area from 0.5% to a maximum of 1%. That shrink is compared to that of conventional BCF yarns, which is conventional is in the range of 3% to 4%, lower.
The above and other features of the invention are described in Hand explained in more detail in the accompanying drawings, in which Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown.

In Fig. 1, the top view of the
in aufgeklapptem Zustand.
Material, beispielsweise Keramik hergestellt
2 in Längsrichtung desselben eingesetzt.
Garneigenschaften angepaßt werden.3, the
Perforierungen vorgesehen werden (nicht dargestellt).6 to 8 show a
Fig. 9 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines runden Einsatzes
Garneigenschaften erst Sinn.Fig. 9 shows an embodiment of a

As already mentioned above, the yarn runs after the texturing nozzle over a cooling drum and is then on appropriate Rolls wound and stands for the further Processing available. It is advantageous for the route between texturing nozzle and cooling drum as short as possible. Advantageously, the one following the texturing nozzle The guide part can be designed asymmetrically and the texturing nozzle be brought up to the cooling drum in such a way that this forms the other part of the tour. Advantageously After a molded part has passed through, the plug becomes directly the Cooling drum fed and the plug speed through the Cooling drum speed regulated. To fix the plug on the Cooling drum is usually wrapped multiple times.

Grundkörper 1 der Texturierdüse resultiert.11a and 11b show the top view and side view
