Claims (19)
- Klemmenanordnung für einen Niederspannungsverteiler mit einem ausserhalb eines Hauptsockels (H) des Verteilers angeordneten Zusatzsockel (Z) zur Aufnahme einer Schutz- (PE) und/oder Neutralleiterschiene (N) und mit mindestens einer mit einer der beiden Schienen kontaktierbaren Anschlussklemme (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zusatzsockel (Z) als Stecksockel ausgebildet ist, und dass die Anschlussklemme (8) in einem Isolierstoffgehäuse (1) eines auf den Zusatzsockel (Z) steckbaren Steckteils (S, S1, S2) angeordnet ist.
- Klemmenordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steckteil (S, S1, S2) in zwei definierten Positionen auf den Zusatzsockel (Z) aufsteckbar ist, derart, dass die Anschlussklemme (8) in der ersten Position mit einer der beiden Schienen (N, PE) kontaktiert ist und in der zweiten Position mit der Schiene (N, PE) eine definierte Trennstrecke bildet.
- Klemmenanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Anschlussklemme (8) für die Neutralleiterschiene (N) die Anschlussklemme (8) in der zweiten Position mit der Schutzleiterschiene (PE) kontaktiert ist.
- Klemmenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Zusatzsockel (Z) und an das Isolierstoffgehäuse (1) jeweils ein erstes Verbindungselement (2, 3) angeformt ist, welche beiden ersten Verbindungselemente (2, 3) beim Kontaktieren der Leiterschiene (N, PE) durch Aufstecken des Steckteils (S, S1, S2) auf den Zusatzsockel (Z) unter Bildung einer ersten Schnappverbindung zusammenwirken.
- Klemmenanordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes (2) der beiden ersten Verbindungselemente (2, 3) als elastisch verformbarer Haken (2) ausgebildet ist.
- Klemmenanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am freien Ende des Hakens (2) ein Anschlag (4) zum Ansetzen eines Montagewerkzeugs (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Klemmenanordung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Zusatzsockel (Z) und an das Isolierstoffgehäuse (1) jeweils ein zweites Verbindungselement (6, 7) angeformt ist, welche beiden zweiten Verbindungselemente (6, 7) beim Kontaktieren der Leiterschiene (N, PE) durch Aufstecken des Steckteils (S, S1, S2) auf den Zusatzsockel (Z) unter Bildung einer zweiten Schnappverbindung zusammenwirken.
- Klemmenanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes der beiden zweiten Verbindungselemente (6, 7) als elastisch verformbarer Haken (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Klemmenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweites (3) der beiden ersten (2, 3) und/oder ein zweites (7) der beiden zweiten Verbindungselemente (6, 7) als hintergreifbare Kante (3, 7) ausgebildet sind.
- Steckteil für die Klemmenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isolierstoffgehäuse (1) aus zwei zusammengesteckten Gehäusehälften (10, 11) gebildet ist.
- Steckteil nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäusehälften (10, 11) in einer quer zu einer der Leiterschienen geführten Ebene (E) aneinandergrenzen, und dass in einander gegenüberstehende Innenflächen der Gehäusehälften (10, 11) jeweils ein Verbindungselement (100, 110) eingeformt ist, welches Verbindungselement beim Zusammenstecken der Gehäusehälften unter Bildung einer Klemmverbindung mit dem gegenüberliegenden Verbindungselement zusammenwirkt.
- Steckteil nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Innenflächen Halterungen (101) zur Lagerung der Anschlussklemme (8) eingeformt sind.
- Steckteil nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jede Gehäusehälfte (10, 11) eine erste Ausnehmung (112) zur Durchführung einer Kontakttulpe (80) der Anschlussklemme (8) sowie einer ersten der beiden Leiterschienen (N), eine zweite Ausnehmung (114) zur Durchführung eines Stromleiters und eine dritte Ausnehmung (115) zur Durchführung eines Mittels zum lösbaren Befestigen des Stromleiters an der Anschlussklemme (8) eingeformt sind.
- Steckteil nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine vierte Ausnehmung (113) zur Durchführung einer zweiten (PE) der beiden Leiterschienen (N, PE) in jede Gehäusehälfte (10, 11) eingeformt ist.
- Steckteil nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einander gegenüberliegende Seiten jeder Gehäusehälfte (10, 11) jeweils ein in Richtung des Zusatzsockels (Z) geführter elastisch verformbarer Haken (2, 6) einer Schnappverbindung eingeformt ist.
- Zusatzsockel für die Klemmenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (Z) normierte Vertiefungen aufweist zur Aufnahme mindestens eines quer zu einer der Leiterschienen (N, PE) einsteckbaren Steckteils (S, S1, S2) sowie mindestens eine parallel zu einer der Leiterschienen geführte und von einem elastisch verformbaren Haken (2, 6) des Steckteils unter Bildung einer Schnappverbindung hintergreifbare Kante (2, 7).
- Zusatzsockel nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Aussenfläche mindestens zwei in Steckrichtung des Steckteils (S, S1, S2) erstreckte Führungselemente (30) angeformt sind, welche derart angeordnet und ausgebildet sind, dass sie beim Anstecken des Zusatzsockels (Z) an den Hauptsockel (H) nach Art eines Schwalbenschwanzes mit Führungselementen (32) des Hauptsockels (H) zusammenwirken.
- Zusatzsockel nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den beiden Führungselementen (30) des Zusatzsockels (Z) ein Schnapphaken (40) angeordnet ist, welcher bei angestecktem Zusatzsockel (Z) eine Kante des Hauptsockels (H) hintergreift.
- Zusatzsockel nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf einer von den Vertiefungen abgewandten Fläche Befestigungselemente (40, 41) zum Anschnappen einer Befestigungsschiene (M) vorgesehen sind.
