Description

Ein bekanntes Getränkedosenverschlusssystem mit einem wiederverschließbaren Getränkedosendeckel (DE-U-90 05 150) besteht aus einer Aufdrücklasche, wobei ein Drehdeckel unter der Aufdrücklasche an der selben Niete befestigt ist wie diese und welcher bei geöffneter Dose auf die Ausgießöffnung in eine Schließstellung drehbar ist. Der Getränkeinhalt ist damit gegen von außen her eindringenden Schmutz und gegen Insekten geschützt. Zudem kann aus der Ausgießöffnung bei Dosenbewegungen kein oder nur ein geringer Flüssigkeitsanteil herausschwappen.
Da der Drehdeckel in der Schließstellung nur mit geringer Andruckkraft auf dem Rand der Ausgießöffnung aufliegt, ist keine flüssigkeitsdichte und gasdichte Wiederverschließung der Getränkedose erreichbar.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Wiederverschließfunktion zu verbessern.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Mit der beanspruchten Stütze in der Aufdrücklasche lässt sich über die Eindrückspitze der Aufdrücklasche ein Schließdruck auf den Drehdeckel in seiner Schließstellung aufbringen, wodurch ein flüssigkeits- und gasdichter Wiederverschluss der Dose erreichbar ist. Die Dichtheit wird mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 2 weiter verbessert. Zudem ist der Verschluss einfach und wiederholbar zu bedienen und wirtschaftlich herstellbar. Zusätzlich zu einem Schutz des Getränks vor Insekten und Schmutz kann ein auslaufsicherer Wiederverschluss hergestellt werden, wodurch zudem das Getränk länger frisch bleibt.
Anhand einer Zeichnung wird die Erfindung näher erläutert.

Mit diesem Verschlusssystem lassen sich Getränkedosen mit einer Eindrücköffnung wiederverschließen. Diese Dose hat im Vergleich zu der herkömmlichen Dose noch einen Drehdeckel (2) unter der Aufdrücklasche (1) und in dieser wiederum eine "scharnierlaufende" Druckstütze (3). Zum Öffnen zieht man (wie bisher bekannt) die Lasche (1) und das gegenüberliegende vorgestanzte Blech wird in die Dose gedrückt. Nun ist die Dose offen und man kann trinken. In vielen Situationen wird der Inhalt nicht sofort leergetrunken oder sollte vor Insekten und Schmutz geschützt sein. Zum Verschließen der Dose dreht man den Drehdeckel (2), welcher sich unter der Lasche (1) befindet, (in der gleichen Niete laufend wie die Lasche) auf die Ausgießöffnung. Jetzt drückt die Eindrückspitze der Lasche (1) durch den Federeffekt des Laschenansatzes etwas auf den Drehdeckel (2) und schützt somit das Getränk vor Insekten. Nun zieht man die Lasche (1) etwas hoch, bis sich die Stütze (3) nach unten drücken und in den Rastezapfen (4) einrasten lässt. In dieser Position drückt die Eindrückspitze der Lasche (1) mit hohem Druck auf den formstabilen, dichtstoffbeschichteten Drehdeckel (2) und macht die Dose damit schmutz-, auslauf- und gasdicht. Um die Dose wieder zu öffnen, wird die Lasche (1) leicht zur Seite gedreht, bis sich die Stütze (3) von dem Rastezapfen (4) entsichert hat und der Drehdeckel (2) kann wieder zur Seite gedreht werden.

Claims (2)

  1. Getränkedosenverschlusssystem für Getränkedosen mit Aufdrücklasche (1), wobei ein Drehdeckel (2) unter der Aufdrücklasche (1) an derselben Niete befestigt ist wie diese und welcher bei geöffneter Dose auf die Ausgießöffnung drehbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich in der Aufdrücklasche (1) eine Stütze (3) befindet, welche, nachdem die Dose geöffnet und der Drehdeckel (2) über die Ausgießöffnung gedreht worden ist, bei hochgezogener Aufdrücklasche (1) nach unten in eine Raste (4), welche sich auf der Dosenoberfläche unter der Stütze (3) befindet, rastbar ist, wodurch in der Raststellung der gegenüberliegende Drehdeckel (2) von der Eindrückspitze der Aufdrücklasche (1) auf die Ausgießöffnung drückt.
  2. Getränkedosenverschlusssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehdeckel (2) formstabil und dichtstoffbeschichtet ist.
