Claims (14)
- Procédé d'ouverture et de rebouchage d'un récipient du type boíte à boisson (2) formée d'un corps cylindrique (3) normalement métallique sur lequel est serti par un ourlet périphérique (5) un couvercle (4) pourvu d'un obturateur frangible (6) qui peut être déchiré selon une ligne de moindre résistance exécutée à cet effet pour procurer une ouverture partielle (7) grâce à un organe de manipulation, appelé aussi étui (1), caractérisé en ce que celui-ci est prévu pour venir s'encastrer de manière amovible grâce à un puits de capture (10,20) venant collaborer avec un organe de liaison (9,90) fixé par un rivet (8) au centre dudit couvercle (4) pour permettre à l'étui (1) non seulement de pivoter autour dudit organe dans le plan vertical en soulevant son extrémité proche de l'ourlet (5), pour faire levier et enfoncer l'obturateur frangible (6), grâce à l'autre extrémité munie à cet effet d'un bord d'attaque renforcé (16), mais encore de se déplacer dans le plan horizontal autour du même organe (9,90), l'étui étant conformé pour reboucher l'ouverture (7) en étant clippé sur l'ourlet périphérique (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'étui (1) est solidarisé au couvercle (4) par une pression verticale sur l'organe de liaison (9) conformé pour se clipper dans un puits de capture (10) de l'étui (1) disposé pour que d'une part le bord d'attaque (16) dudit étui (1) soit au droit de l'obturateur frangible (6) et d'autre part la partie arrière du même étui (1) soit au droit de l'ourlet de sertissage (5) afin de constituer dans un premier temps l'élément de tirage pour défoncer l'obturateur frangible (6) et, le cas échéant, constituer dans un deuxième temps, l'élément de rebouchage par pivotement horizontal de 180° de l'étui (1) autour du rivet (8).
- procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'étui (1) est solidarisé au couvercle (4) d'abord par une pression verticale sur l'organe de liaison (9) qui vient s'encastrer dans un puits de capture (20) de l'étui (1), ensuite par une translation radiale dans le plan horizontal parallèlement au couvercle (4), ladite translation amenant le bord d'attaque (16) de l'étui (1) au droit de l'obturateur (6) et la partie arrière (17) de l'étui (1) à proximité de l'ourlet (5) afin de constituer dans un premier temps l'élément de tirage pour défoncer l'obturateur frangible (6) et, le cas échéant, constituer dans un deuxième temps, l'élément de rebouchage par pivotement horizontal de 180° de l'étui (1) autour du rivet (8).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que l'étui (1), tout en restant solidaire du couvercle (4), peut être translaté radialement dans le plan du couvercle (4) depuis une position "avant ouverture" telle que l'étui (1) reste entièrement enfermé à l'intérieur de l'espace délimité par l'ourlet périphérique (5), jusqu'à une position "après ouverture" dans laquelle les moyens de clippage (17) prévus à l'arrière de l'étui (1) viennent se clipper sur l'ourlet (5) servant de guide circulaire pour l'étui (1) dans un mouvement de rotation autour du rivet central (8) pour venir se superposer sur l'ouverture (7) et ainsi l'obturer.
- Dispositif d'ouverture et de rebouchage d'un récipient du type boíte à boisson (2) formé de façon connue d'un corps cylindrique (3) par exemple en métal embouti, sur lequel est serti un couvercle (4) pourvu d'un obturateur frangible (6) qui peut être déchiré selon une ligne de moindre résistance exécutée à cet effet, par des moyens solidaires du couvercle (4) pour former une ouverture (7) qui pourra être ultérieurement rebouchée par un manipulateur amovible, également dénommé étui (1), venant la recouvrir en se clippant sur l'ourlet de sertissage (5) du couvercle (4) sur la boíte (2), par des moyens de liaison (17) connus par ailleurs, dispositif mettant en oeuvre l'un des procédés conformes à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour déchirer l'obturateur (6) sont constitués par l'étui (1) muni à cet effet, à l'avant, d'un bord d'attaque renforcé (16) et d'un organe de liaison (9) dudit étui (1) au couvercle (4), la liaison entre l'étui (1) et le couvercle (4) étant obtenue par la coopération d'un axe horizontal (90) fixé à proximité du centre du couvercle (4) et un peu au dessus de celui-ci, par un élément de liaison (91,92) déformable qui est riveté au centre dudit couvercle (4) et d'au moins un encastrement (10,20) prévu dans la masse de l'étui (1) muni de moyens (15,22) aptes à recevoir l'axe (90) et le retenir.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'encastrement est un puits de capture (10), dont l'axe longitudinal est perpendiculaire à l'axe de symétrie longitudinal de l'étui (1) coïncidant avec un rayon du couvercle (4), s'étendant verticalement et symétriquement de part et d'autre du plan de symétrie longitudinal de l'étui (1) depuis son entrée sur la face inférieure (12) de l'étui (1) et disposé à bonne distance de telle manière que lorsque les moyens de liaison (17) sont engagés sur l'ourlet de sertissage (5), l'organe de liaison (9) coïncide avec le puits (10) et en ce qu'on prévoit au fond du puits (10) des moyens de retenue verticale (15) de l'organe (9) assurant une solidarisation de l'étui (1) au couvercle (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que le puits de capture (10) présente une zone d'entrée (101) dont la section verticale dans le plan de symétrie verticale de l'étui (1) est triangulaire, c'est-à-dire évasée vers le bas et se rétrécissant vers le haut jusqu'à un étranglement (15) surmonté par une cavité (102) de section circulaire apte à recevoir l'axe (90) de l'organe de liaison (9) lorsque l'étui est au contact du couvercle, la section de passage de l'étranglement (15) étant plus faible que le diamètre de l'axe (90) de manière à le retenir dans la cavité (102) après un passage en force dans l'étranglement (15) au moment du clippage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que le puits (10) présente une zone d'entrée (101) à parois verticales, parallèles au avantageusement inclinées de bas en haut, chaque paroi étant munie au niveau de la ligne de fixation de l'axe (90) sur sa pièce de liaison (91,92) d'au moins une languette flexible (103,104) s'étendant sensiblement horizontalement vers l'autre paroi où elle peut, le cas échéant, s'appuyer verticalement après avoir été sollicitée de bas en haut par l'axe 90 au moment de sa pénétration dans la cavité (102) lors du montage, les languettes flexibles (103 et 104) étant dimensionnées pour venir sous les parties débordantes (93,94) de l'axe (90) et en appui sur la paroi en regard.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que le puits de capture (10) présente une zone d'entrée (101) dont les parois sont inclinées du bas vers le haut et munies au niveau de la ligne de solidarisation de l'axe (90) sur sa pièce de liaison (91,92) de languettes flexibles s'étendant sensiblement horizontalement d'une paroi vers l'autre de telle sorte qu'après avoir été sollicitées de bas en haut par l'axe (90) au moment de sa pénétration dans la cavité (102) lors du montage, elles puisaient venir contre la ligne de solidarisation de l'axe (90) sur son support pour constituer un élément anti-retour.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'encastrement prévu dans l'étui (1) est formé :d'un puits de capture (20) de l'organe de liaison (9) sensiblement disposé au centre de l'étui (1), ledit puits (20) dont l'axe longitudinal est perpendiculaire à l'axe, de symétrie longitudinal de l'étui coïncidant avec un rayon du couvercle (4), s'étendant verticalement et symétriquement de part et d'autre du plan de symétrie longitudinal de l'étui depuis la face inférieure (12) où il débouche sur une hauteur et selon des dimensions telles; que lorsque ledit étui est au contact du couvercle (4) l'axe 90 soit totalement engagé dans la masse de l'étui, des moyens étant prévus pour le retenir verticalement, etd'un canal de translation (21) ouvert sur la face inférieure (12) de l'étui (1) et s'étendant dans son axe longitudinal, vers l'avant de l'étui (1) depuis le puits (20) au fond duquel il débouche sur largeur égale à la longueur de l'élément de liaison (91,92) de l'axe (90), deux rainures latérales (22) venant élargir le fond (23) du canal (21) symétriquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de l'étui. pour coïncider totalement avec le fond du puits (20) dans lequel elles débouchent, la hauteur desdites rainures (22) étant égale au diamètre de l'axe (9) et la profondeur prévue pour contenir les parties débordantes (9,3,94) dudit axe (90), la longueur du canal de translation (21) étant ajustée pour que lorsque l'axe (90) est en butée avant dans les rainures (22), les moyens de clippage (17) à l'arrière de l'étui (1) se situent au droit de l'ourlet de sertissage (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 caractérisé en ce que le puits de capture 20 présente une entrée évasée sur la face (12) de l'étui (1) s'amenuisant de bas en haut jusqu'à un étranglement longitudinal au dessus duquel débouche le canal de translation (21), formant un élément de retenue verticale de l'axe 90 après encastrement dans le puits 20.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 ou 11 caractérisé en ce que le fond (23) du canal de translation (21) et des rainures (22) s'inclinent vers l'avant de l'étui (1) c'est-à-dire que la distance du fond du puits (20) à la face inférieure (12) de l'étui est plus grande que la distance du fond (23) du canal (21) à la même face (22) prise à l'autre extrémité du canal (21), l'inclinaison étant choisie en fonction de la compression de rebouchage souhaitée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 12 caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure (12) de l'étui (1) est munie d'un renflement (18) de forme légèrement supérieure à l'ouverture (7) du couvercle (4) lorsque l'obturateur (6) est enfoncé.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 13 caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (9) supportant l'axe (90) est constitué soit d'un élément (91) en L dont l'aile verticale supporte l'axe horizontal (90) solidarisé par son aile horizontale au centre du couvercle (91) par un rivet (8) autour duquel l'axe (90) peut pivoter, soit d'une patte (92) directement issue d'un rivet (8), placé au centre du couvercle (4).
