Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen eines Behälters vom Typ Getränkedose (2), die von einen normalerweise metallischen zylindrischen Körper (3) gebildet wird, auf dem durch einen Umfangssaum (5) ein Deckel (4) festgebördelt ist, welcher mit einem zerbrechbaren Verschluss (6) versehen ist, der entlang einer zu diesem Zweck ausgeführten Linie von geringerem Widerstand aufgerissen werden kann, um eine teilweise Öffnung (7) zu schaffen, und zwar mittels eines Bedienungsorgans, das auch Kapsel (1) genannt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese vorgesehen ist, um sich in beweglicher Weise einzufügen, und zwar mittels eines Einfangschachtes (10,20), der mit einem Verbindungsorgan (9,90) zusammenwirkt, das durch einen Niet (8) in der Mitte des besagten Deckels (4) befestigt ist, um es der Kapsel (1) zu ermöglichen, nicht nur in der vertikalen Ebene um das besagte Organ zu schwenken, indem ihr zum Saum (5) benachbartes Ende angehoben wird, um einen Hebel zu bilden und den zerbrechbaren Verschluss (6) einzudrücken, und zwar mittels des anderen Endes, das zu diesem Zweck mit einem verstärkten Angriffsrand (16) versehen ist, sondern sich auch noch in der horizontalen Ebene um dasselbe Organ (9,90) zu verlagern, wobei die Kapsel gestaltet ist, um die Öffnung (7) wieder zu verschließen, indem sie auf den Umfangssaum (5) eingerastet wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapsel (1) mit dem Deckel (4) fest verbunden wird, durch einen vertikalen Druck auf das Verbindungsorgan (9), das gestaltet ist, um in einem Einfangschacht (10) der Kapsel (1) einzurasten, der angeordnet ist, damit sich einerseits der Angriffsrand (16) der besagten Kapsel (1) gerade beim zerbrechbaren Verschluss (6) befindet und sich andererseits der hintere Teil der selben Kapsel (1) gerade beim Umfangssaum (5) befindet, um zu einem ersten Zeitpunkt das Druckelement zum Eindrücken des zerbrechbaren Verschlusses (6) zu bilden, und gegebenenfalls zu einem zweiten Zeitpunkt das Wiederverschlusselement zu bilden, und zwar durch horizontales Schwenken der Kapsel (1) um 180° um den Niet (8).
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapsel (1) mit dem Deckel (4) fest verbunden wird, zuerst durch einen vertikalen Druck auf das Verbindungsorgan (9), das sich in eine Einfangöffnung (20) der Kapsel (1) einfügt, dann durch eine radiale Verschiebung in der horizontalen Ebene parallel zum Deckel (4), wobei die besagte Verschiebung den Angriffsrand (16) der Kapsel (1) gerade zum Verschluss (6) und den hinteren Teil (17) der Kapsel (1) in die Nähe des Saums (5) bringt, um zu einem ersten Zeitpunkt das Druckelement zum Eindrücken des zerbrechbaren Verschlusses (6) zu bilden, und gegebenenfalls zu einem zweiten Zeitpunkt das Wiederverschlusselement zu bilden, und zwar durch horizontales Schwenken der Kapsel (1) um 180° um den Niet (8).
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapsel (1) in der Ebene des Deckels (4) radial verschoben werden kann, wobei sie fest mit dem Deckel (4) verbunden bleibt, und zwar aus einer Position "vor dem Öffnen", die derart ist, dass die Kapsel (1) ganz im Inneren des vom Umfangssaum (5) begrenzten Raums eingeschlossen bleibt, bis in eine Position "nach dem Öffnen", in der die am hinteren Ende der Kapsel (1) vorgesehenen Rastmittel (17) auf dem Saum (5) einrasten, der als kreisförmige Führung für die Kapsel (1) bei einer Drehbewegung um den mittigen Niet (8) dient, damit sie sich über die Öffnung (7) verlagern und sie so verschließen kann.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und zum Wiederverschließen eines Behälters vom Typ Getränkedose (2), der in bekannter weise von einem zylindrischen Körper (3), zum Beispiel aus tiefgezogenem Metall, gebildet wird, auf dem ein Deckel (4) festgebördelt ist, der mit einem zerbrechbaren Verschluss (6) versehen ist, welcher entlang einer zu diesem Zweck ausgeführten Linie von geringerem Widerstand aufgerissen werden kann, und zwar durch fest mit dem Deckel (4) verbundene Mittel, um eine Öffnung (7) zu bilden, die später durch ein bewegliches Bedienungselement wieder verschlossen werden kann, auch Kapsel (1) genannt, das sie bedecken wird, indem es durch an sich bekannte Verbindungsmittel (17) auf dem Bördelsaum (5) des Deckels (4) auf der Dose (2) einrastet, wobei die Vorrichtung eines der Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 benutzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Aufreißen des Verschlusses (6) von der Kapsel (1) gebildet werden, die zu diesem Zweck am vorderen Ende mit einem verstärkten Angriffsrand (16) und einem Organ zur Verbindung (9) der besagten Kapsel (1) mit dem Deckel (4) versehen ist, wobei man die Verbindung zwischen der Kapsel (1) und den Deckel (4) durch das Zusammenwirken von einer horizontalen Achse (90), die mittels eines verformbaren Verbindungselements (91,92), das in der Mitte des besagten Deckels (4) angenietet ist, in der Nähe der Mitte des Deckels (4) und ein wenig über diesem befestigt ist, sowie von mindestens einer in der Masse der Kapsel (1) vorgesehenen Vertiefung (10,20) erzielt, die mit Mitteln (15,22) versehen ist, die fähig sind, die Achse (90) aufzunehmen und sie festzuhalten.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung ein Einfangschacht (10) ist, dessen Längsachse senkrecht zu der Längssymmetrieachse der Kapsel (1) ist, die mit einem Radius des Deckels (4) zusammenfällt, wobei er sich vertikal und symmetrisch beiderseits der Längssymmetrieebene der Kapsel (1) von seiner Eintrittsöffnung auf der Unterseite (12) der Kapsel (1) aus erstreckt und in beträchtlichem Abstand angeordnet ist, so dass wenn die Verbindungsmittel (17) auf dem Bördelsaum (5) in Eingriff gebracht sind, das Verbindungsorgan (9) mit dem Schacht (10) zusammenfällt, und dass man am Boden des Schachtes (10) Mittel zum vertikalen Festhalten (15) des Organs (9) vorsieht, die eine feste Verbindung der Kapsel (1) mit dem Deckel (5) sicherstellen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einfangschacht (10) eine Eintrittszone (101) aufweist, deren vertikaler Querschnitt in der vertikalen Symmetrieebene der Kapsel (1) dreieckig ist, das heißt nach unten zu erweitert und sich nach oben zu bis zu einer Einschnürung (15) verengend, die von einer Ausnehmung (102) mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt überlagert wird, welche fähig ist, die Achse (90) des Verbindungsorgans (9) aufzunehmen, wenn die Kapsel mit dem Deckel in Berührung steht, wobei der Durchtrittsquerschnitt der Einschnürung (15) kleiner als der Durchmesser der Achse (90) ist, um sie nach einem zwangsweisen Hindurchtritt in die Einschnürung (15) im Augenblick der Verrastung in der Ausnehmung (102) festzuhalten.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schacht (10) eine Eintrittszone (101) mit vertikalen parallelen oder vorteilhafterweise von unten nach oben geneigten Wänden aufweist, wobei jede Wand in Höhe der Befestigungslinie der Achse (90) auf ihrem Verbindungsteil (91,92) mit mindestens einer flexiblen Zunge (103,104) versehen ist, die sich im Wesentlichen horizontal in Richtung der anderen Wand erstreckt, wo sie sich gegebenenfalls vertikal abstützen kann, nachdem sie von der Achse (90) im Augenblick ihres Eindringens in die Ausnehmung (102) bei der Montage von unten nach oben beansprucht worden ist, wobei die flexiblen Zungen (103 und 104) bemessen sind, um unter die überstehenden Teile (93,94) der Achse (90) und auf der gegenüberliegenden Wand zur Abstützung zu gelangen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einfangschacht (10) eine Eintrittszone (101) aufweist, deren Wände von unten nach oben geneigt und in Höhe der Befestigungslinie der Achse (90) auf ihrem Verbindungsteil (91,92) mit flexiblen Zungen versehen sind, die sich im Wesentlichen horizontal von einer Wand in Richtung der anderen erstrecken, so dass sie sich, nachdem sie von der Achse (90) im Augenblick ihres Eindringens in die Ausnehmung (102) bei der Montage von unten nach oben beansprucht worden sind, gegen die Befestigungslinie der Achse (90) auf ihrem Träger anlegen können, um eine Sicherung gegen ein Zurückbewegen zu bilden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Kapsel (1) vorgesehene Vertiefung gebildet wird:
    von einem im Wesentlichen in der Mitte der Kapsel (1) angeordneten Einfangschacht (20) für das Verbindungsorgan (9), wobei der besagte Schacht (20), dessen Längsachse senkrecht zur Längssymmetrieachse der Kapsel ist, die mit einem Radius des Deckels (4) zusammenfällt, sich vertikal und symmetrisch beiderseits der Längssymmetrieachse der Kapsel von der Unterseite (12), wo er auf einer Höhe mündet, und mit solchen Abmessungen erstreckt, dass wenn die besagte Kapsel mit dem Deckel (4) in Berührung steht, die Achse (90) ganz in die Masse der Kapsel eingreift, wobei Mittel vorgesehen sind, um sie vertikal festzuhalten, und
    von einem Verschiebungskanal (21), der auf der Unterseite (12) der Kapsel (1) offen ist, und sich in seiner Längsachse vom Schacht (20) aus, an dessen Boden er auf einer Breite mündet, die gleich der Länge des Verbindungselements (91,92) der Achse (90) ist, in Richtung des vorderen Endes der Kapsel (1) erstreckt, wobei zwei seitliche Nuten (22) den Boden (23) des Kanals (21) symmetrisch in Bezug zur Längsachse der Kapsel erweitern, um ganz mit dem Boden des Schachtes (20) zusammenzufallen, in welchen sie münden, wobei die Höhe der besagten Nuten (22) gleich dem Durchmesser der Achse (9) ist, und die Tiefe vorgesehen ist, um die überstehende Teile (9,3,94) der besagten Achse (90) aufzunehmen, wobei die Länge des Verschiebungskanals (21) angepasst ist, damit wenn die Achse (90) in den Nuten (22) in vorderem Anschlag steht, die Rastmittel (17) am hinteren Ende der Kapsel (1) sich gerade beim Bördelsaum (5) befinden.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einfangschacht (20) eine erweiterte Eintrittsöffnung auf der Seite (12) der Kapsel (1) aufweist, die sich von unten nach oben bis zu einer Längseinschnürung verengt, oberhalb von welcher der Verschiebungskanal (21) mündet, wobei sie ein Element zum vertikalen Festhalten der Achse (90) nach ihrem Einfügen in den Schacht (20) bildet.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (23) des Verschiebungskanals (21) und der Nuten (22) sich in Richtung des vorderen Endes der Kapsel (1) neigt, das heißt, dass der Abstand vom Boden des Schachtes (20) bis zur Unterseite (12) der Kapsel größer ist als der Abstand vom Boden (23) des Kanals (21) bis zur selben Fläche (22) gemessen am anderen Ende des Kanals (21), wobei die Neigung in Abhängigkeit vom gewünschten Wiederverschließdruck gewählt wird.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterseite (12) der Kapsel (1) mit einer Verstärkung (18) versehen ist, von einer Form, die geringfügig größer als die Öffnung (7) des Deckels (4) ist, wenn der Verschluss (6) eingedrückt ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (9), das die Achse (90) trägt, entweder aus einem L-förmigen Element (91) besteht, dessen vertikaler Schenkel die horizontale Achse (90) trägt und die mit ihrem horizontalen Schenkel mit der Mitte des Deckels (91) durch einen Niet (8) fest verbunden ist, um den die Achse (90) schwenken kann, oder aus einer Klaue (92), die direkt aus einem Niet (8) hervorgeht, der in der Mitte des Deckels (4) platziert ist.
