Claims (7)

  1. Machine mélangeuse pour teintures et crèmes, prévue au départ pour obtenir des mélanges de teintures pour les cheveux et des crèmes sur la base d'une série de composants, mais pouvant être utilisée dans d'autres cas où les mêmes prestations sont demandées, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend deux tambours tournants (6-6') adjacents latéralement, sur chacun desquels est établi un alignement circulaire et périmétral de cartouches (7) disposées verticalement et recevant autant de produits, chaque tambour tournant (6) étant assisté par une broche centrale (11) convenablement motorisée pour déplacer verticalement un écrou (10) sur lequel est solidarisé un bras radial (9) dont l'extrémité libre s'achève par un embout (8) susceptible d'agir séquentiellement sur chacune des différentes cartouches (7) du plateau (6-6') correspondant, chaque cartouche (7) offrant la particularité d'avoir un embout (22) qui émerge du dessous de celle-ci et capable de s'ouvrir et de se fermer avec la collaboration d'un excentrique (22') convenablement motorisé, une pince (13) de fixation pour le récipient (12) récepteur du mélange collaborant avec les tambours tournants (6-6'), basculant latéralement pour placer ce récipient face à l'un ou à l'autre des tambours et, enfin, face à un dispositif mélangeur (16), l'ensemble étant contrôlé à travers un ordinateur qui établit la séquence opérationnelle des différents éléments mobiles, en fonction du programme de travail correspondant.
  2. Machine mélangeuse pour teintures et crèmes, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pince (13) supportant le récipient (12) dispose de trois positions stables à travers un axe de basculement postérieur (15) pour son bras support, l'une intermédiaire de réception de ce récipient (12) et de battement, et deux latérales d'affrontement du récipient (12) à l'aplomb opérationnel de l'embout (8) de l'un ou l'autre tambour tournant (6-6'), la position intermédiaire de ladite pince (13) correspondant aussi à la situation de battement pour le contenu du récipient.
  3. Machine mélangeuse pour teintures et crèmes, selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite pince est de préférence porteuse d'une cellule lourde qui informe instantanément la machine des quantités supplémentaires de produit sur l'emballage à mélanger.
  4. Machine mélangeuse pour teintures et crèmes, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif mélangeur est monté sur un bras (18) basculant verticalement à travers son extrémité postérieure (19) et assisté par un cylindre ou moteur (20), ce mélangeur disposant en outre d'une cloche (17) qui s'accouple à l'embouchure du récipient (12), ce qui permet d'appliquer le vide à ce récipient avant la phase de battage, de manière à éviter la formation de bulles.
  5. Machine mélangeuse pour teintures et crèmes, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque tambour tournant dispose, à niveau de l'aplomb défini par l'embout (8), d'un dispositif nettoyant (21) de la buse correspondante (22), qui évite les coulures de produit résiduel.
  6. Machine mélangeuse pour teintures et crèmes, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle dispose d'un lecteur de code à barres capable d'identifier directement la formule d'un mélange à travers le code barre établi sur le récipient (12) recevant ce mélange ; il a été prévu en outre l'existence de deux autres lecteurs de codes à barre placés sur les deux tambours tournants (6-6'), pour détecter le code des cartouches contenant les matières premières, dans le but d'identifier ces cartouches par leur code en plus de par leur position dans les gobelets (7) qui les contiennent.
  7. Machine mélangeuse pour teintures et crèmes, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle dispose d'une imprimante servant à imprimer des étiquettes adhésives avec la composition fournie sur le récipient, ainsi que le mode d'emploi éventuel.
