- a first end portion 5 of the cross section of the tube is formed by folding set of extensions long side walls so that one of the walls long side panels, wall 2 extends to form a wall interior 7 in the end region 5 and the opposite wall 3 extends to form an outer wall 8 in the region end 5.
- the inner wall 7 curves around practically from the whole end region 5 before fold in on itself, again on practically the whole end region 5.
- the outer wall 8, likewise, extends practically around the entire end region 5 before fall back on itself to place itself between the two sections of the inner wall 7, so that there are four metal thicknesses in the end region 5.
- a radiator tube 10 is shaped generally oblong and has two opposite long walls substantially planes 11, 12 and two end portions 13, 14, these the latter in this case comprising flat parts 15, 16 which are connected by curves with opposite long walls 11, 12.

- An end region 13 of the tube has a double wall, this comprising an outer wall 16 which is a extension of a first 11 of the long walls and a inner wall 17 which is an extension of the second long, opposite wall 12.

- the second long wall 12 is connected by a transition region 30 to the inner wall 17, which closely follows the contour inside the outer wall 16.
- the wall interior 17 continues to an extreme region 31, where it curves inward away from the wall exterior 11, 16.
- the part 31 deviates from the initial part of the first long wall 11.
- the transition region 30 abruptly deviates from the line of the second long wall 12 to receive the part end of the outer wall 16 in order to comply with the general envelope of the tube.
- the outer surface 32 of the transition region 30 is slightly away from the surface interior 33 of the exterior wall 16 in the region immediately adjacent to the end of the outer wall 16 to provide space for the flow passage between the walls.
- the end region 31 of the interior wall has a outer surface 35 which is spaced from the inner surface of the second long wall 11, again in order to provide a path for flow penetration to ensure the soldering.
- Figure 4 shows a second embodiment of the invention which has no planar part in the end regions, and we see here that the end 131 of the interior wall 17 deviates from the outer wall 16 in a region where the latter still curves around towards the first long wall 11.
- the tube can be formed on a bending machine, with the end region 31, 131 formed at the first posts on the edge of the starting reel.
- the tube thus formed is particularly suitable for NOCOLOK brazing technique for alloy radiators. Other techniques are however possible.
