Claims (6)
- Rüttelantrieb, insbesondere für eine Form zur Herstellung von Betonformkörpern, die auf ein Gestell oder einen Rütteltisch abgesetzt und mit fließfähigem Beton gefüllt wird, wobei der Rüttelantrieb aus mindestens einem piezoelektrischen Schwingungserreger mit einem Piezoelement besteht, das in einem Gehäuse des Schwingungserregers schwingbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Piezoelement (11) mit einer Unwuchtmasse in Antriebsverbindung steht, die im Gehäuse (10) des Schwingungserregers (9) frei schwingbar gelagert ist, und daß das Gehäuse (10) an der Form (3) oder am Rütteltisch oder an einem sonstigen, in Schwingungen zu versetzenden Teil fest angeordnet ist.
- Rüttelantrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unwuchtmasse ein Kolben (14) ist, der in einem Zylinder (15) des Gehäuses (10) hin- und her bewegbar gelagert ist.
- Rüttelantrieb nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest auf der dem Piezoelement (11) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Kolbens (14) ein Rückschlagventil (18) im Zylinder (15) vorgesehen ist, das in Zugrichtung (13) eines Federsystems (12) des Piezoelements (11) öffnet und in Druckrichtung (13') in der Endlage des Kolbens (14) schließt.
- Rüttelantrieb nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückschlagventil (18) in einem den Zylinder (15) und das Gehäuse (10) verschliesenden Deckel (17) angeordnet ist.
- Rüttelantrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer oder mehreren Seiten der Form (3) mindestens ein Schwingungserreger (9) mit vertikaler und/oder horizontaler Schwingrichtung (Pfeilrichtung 13, 13') auswechselbar befestigt ist.
- Rüttelantrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwingungserreger (9) in die Form (3) integriert sind.
