Abstract

Die Bleche werden in einem Ofen erwärmt, sodann in eine Standquette transportiert und dort durch Besprühen ihrer Ober- und Unterseite mit Wasser abgeschreckt. Dabei werden die Ober- und Unterseite der Bleche je in eine Mehrzahl von Zonen unterteilt, die mit unterschiedlicher Geschwindigkeit und/oder Intensität und/oder Dauer und/oder zeitlich versetzt zueinander abgeschreckt werden. Dadurch läßt sich der Abschreckvorgang vergleichmäßigen, so daß ebene Bleche entstehen, die anschließend nicht mehr gerichtet werden müssen.
