Darüber hinaus resultiert aus der Anzahl von Bauteilen, die für den Türfeststeller insgesamt erforderlich ist, eine Vergrößerung der Wahrscheinlichkeit eines Zusammentreffens ungünstiger Toleranzpaarungen und damit naturgemäß das vermehrte Entstehen von aufungünstige Toleranzpaarungen zurückzuführender Geräuschquellen innerhalb des Türfeststellers. Schließlich erfordert die Vielzahl von einzelnen Bauteilen eine entsprechende Lagerhaltung sowohl beim Hersteller als auch in der Ersatzteilhaltung.
Besonders gravierend ist aber der Nachteil, daß keine Vereinheitlichung des Türfeststellers und seiner Bauteile möglich ist.
Es sind ferner auch schon Kraftwagentürscharniere mit einem integrierten Türfeststeller bekannt geworden, dahingehend, daß der aus einem Vollmaterial bestehende Scharnierstift des aus einer ersten und einer zweiten Scharnierhälfte gebildeten Scharnieres, in dem Scharnierauge der einen Scbarüerhälfte undrehbar festgelegt ist und im Scharnierauge der anderen Scharnierhälfte derart aufgenommen ist, daß er das wenigstens eine Scharnierauge mit einem Lagerspiel durchsetzt. In Verbindung mit einer solchen Ausbildung des Scharnieres zeichnet sich die Gestaltung des integrierten Türfeststellers dadurch aus, daß der Scharnierstift in Verbindung mit einer komplementären Ausbildung der Scharnieraugenbohrung wenigstens eines Scharnierauges derjenigen Scharnierhälfte, deren Scharnierauge er mit Lagerspiel durchsetzt, mindestens über einen Teil seiner einem oder jedem dieser Scharnieraugen zugeordneten Längenbereiche hin einen von der reinen Kreisform abweichenden Rundungsverlauf seines Querschnittes aufweist. Das aushängbare Türscharnier besteht aus einer ersten, an dem einen in der Zeichnung nicht näher dargestellten Türanordnungsteil angeschlagenen Scharnierhälfte 1 und einer zweiten, an dem anderen, in der Zeichnung gleichfalls nicht näher dargestellten Türanordnungsteil angeschlagenen Scharnierhälfte 2 sowie einem beide Scharnierhälften 1 und 2 schwenkbar miteinander verbindenden Scharnierstift 3. Im Scharnierauge 4 der ersten Scharnierhälfte 1 ist der Scharnierstift 3 mittels Festsitz und einer radialen Schraube 5 drehsicher festgelegt. Der Scharnierstift 3 weist einen radial ausladenden Kragen 6 auf mit welchem er die innenliegende Gewerbeseite 7 der Scharnierhälfte 1 übergreift.
Im Scharnierauge 8 der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 2 ist der Scharnierstift 3 vermittels einer Lagerbuchse 9 aus einem wartungsfreien Lagermaterial mit Laufsitz frei drehbar gelagert.
Der Scharnierstift 3 weist einen die außenliegende Gewerbeseite 10 der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 2 überragenden Längenabschnitt 11 auf, mit welchem er ein Feststellergehäuse 12 durchgreift. Das Feststellergehäuse 12 besteht in der dargestellten Ausführungsform aus einem Längenabschnitt eines fortlaufenden Hohlprofilmaterials und steht mit der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 2 im formschlüssigen Eingriff. In der gezeigten Ausführungsform weist das Feststellergehäuse 12 eine zylindrische Außenumfangsfläche auf und ist an seiner der außenliegenden Gewerbefläche 10 der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 2 zugewandten Stirnseite mit zwei einander gegenüberliegend angeordneten, axial gerichteten Vorsprüngen 13 versehen, welchen komplementäre Ausnehmungen im Umfang des Scharnierauges 8 zugeordnet sind, derart, daß das Feststellergehäuse 12 formschlüssig drehsicher mit der Scharnierhälfte 2 gekoppelt ist. Mit der außenliegenden Gewerbefläche 10 der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 2 sowie mit den Ausnehmungen im Umfang des Scharnierauges 8 ist das Feststellergehäuse 12 vermittels einer seine außenliegende Stirnseite übergreifenden und in axialer Richtung gegen den Längenabschnitt 11 des Scharnierstiftes 3 abgestützten Scheibe 14 im Eingriff gehalten. Die Scheibe 14 ist dabei vermittels eines in eine Umfangsnut des Längenabschnittes 11 des Scharnierstiftes 3 eingreifenden Sprengringes 15 gehalten.
The detachable door hinge consists of a first hinge half 1 attached to the one door arrangement part not shown in the drawing, and a second hinge half 2 attached to the other door arrangement part, also not shown in the drawing, and a pivotally connecting two hinge halves 1 and 2 Hinge pin 3. In the hinge eye 4 of the first hinge half 1, the hinge pin 3 is secured against rotation by means of a tight fit and a radial screw 5. The hinge pin 3 has a radially protruding collar 6 with which it overlaps the inner commercial side 7 of the hinge half 1.
In the hinge eye 8 of the second hinge half 2, the hinge pin 3 is freely rotatably supported by means of a bearing bush 9 made of a maintenance-free bearing material with a sliding seat.
The hinge pin 3 has a length section 11, which projects beyond the outer commercial side 10 of the second hinge half 2 and with which it passes through a locking housing 12. In the embodiment shown, the locking housing 12 consists of a length section of a continuous hollow profile material and is in positive engagement with the second hinge half 2. In the embodiment shown, the locking housing 12 has a cylindrical outer circumferential surface and is provided on its front side facing the outer commercial surface 10 of the second hinge half 2 with two axially directed projections 13 which are arranged opposite one another and to which complementary recesses in the circumference of the hinge eye 8 are assigned that the lock housing 12 is positively locked to the hinge half 2. The locking housing 12 is held in engagement with the outer commercial surface 10 of the second hinge half 2 and with the recesses in the circumference of the hinge eye 8 by means of a washer 14 which overlaps its outer end face and is supported in the axial direction against the length section 11 of the hinge pin 3. The disc 14 is held by means of a snap ring 15 which engages in a circumferential groove of the length section 11 of the hinge pin 3.

Claims (13)

  1. Door stop for motor-vehicle doors structurally combined with a demountable door hinge, wherein the door hinge comprises a first hinge half (1) which can act upon the one of door assembly parts, door and doorpillar, and a second hinge half (2) which can act upon the other door assembly part, and also a hinge pin (3) which is held in the one hinge half (2) with a running fit and in the other hinge half (1) in a manner such that it can be lifted off in a rotationally secure manner, wherein the door stop comprises braking and holding means which are arranged aligned radially with respect to the hinge-pin axis and which interact with abutment means arranged concentrically with respect to the hinge-pin axis, and being accommodated in its entirety in a door stop housing (12) which is placed, in an axial extension of the hinge axis, onto that hinge half (2) in which the hinge pin (3) is mounted with a running fit, wherein the hinge pin (3) shows a rounded profile of its cross section, which profile deviates from the pure circular form,
    characterized in that the hinge pin (3) has, at least over a part of its length region which engages in the door stop housing, radially protruding deviations from its circular cross section in conjunction with a complementary noncircular form of the inner circumferential wall of the door stop housing (12), wherein the deviations from its circular cross section and the complementary noncircular form define the braking and holding means.
  2. Door stop according to claim 1, characterized in that the door stop housing (12) is formed by a length section of a continuous hollow-profile material and is secured via positive-locking means (13) in a rotationally secure manner on the outer joint surface (10) of that hinge half (2) through whose gudgeon (8) the hinge pin (3) passes with bearing clearance.
  3. Door stop according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the door stop housing (12) is connected, by means of at least one axial extension (13) of its circumferential wall, in a positive-locking manner to a correspondingly configured recess in that hinge half (2) through whose gudgeon (8) the hinge pin (3) passes with bearing clearance.
  4. Door stop according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the largest, radially protruding rounded deviation in the cross-sectional shape of the length section (11), engaging in the door stop housing (12), of the hinge pin (3) from the pure circular shape is within the range of between some hundredths and approximately one tenth of the general hinge-pin diameter.
  5. Door stop according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the door stop housing (12) has an end toothing which interacts with a complementarily designed toothing in the outer joint surface (10) of that hinge half (2) through whose gudgeon (8) the hinge pin (3) passes with bearing clearance.
  6. Door stop according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the door stop housing (12), which is formed by a length section of a continuous hollow-profile material, is held in positive-locking engagement with the mating profiling on or in the hinge half (2) by means of an abutment washer which rests on a free end of the door stop housing and is supported against the hinge pin (3) in the axial direction.
  7. Door stop according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the end side of the door stop housing (12) on this side, which is provided with at least one axial projection or an end profiling, is sealed with respect to the surface of the hinge half (2) by means of a sealing means.
  8. Door stop according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the inner circumferential surface of the door stop housing (12) and the outer circumferential surface of that length region of the hinge pin (3) which reaches through the door stop housing (12) each merely have a rounded deviation in its circumferential surface which protrudes with respect to the cylindrical shape.
  9. Door stop according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the hinge pin (3) has, spaced apart from each other over its circumference, two deviations from the exactly circular cross-sectional shape, which deviations protrude radially with respect to the circular shape, the two diameter deviations, which protrude radially with respect to the circular shape, of the hinge pin (3) being arranged such that they lie opposite each other.
  10. Door stop according to claim 9, characterized in that the straight line which intersects the highest points of the mutually opposite, radially protruding rounded deviations of the hinge pin (3) forms 90° with respect to the straight line passing through the location of the stop and of the hinge tab.
  11. Door stop hinge according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the hinge pin (3) has, spaced apart from each other over its circumference, two deviations from the exactly circular cross-sectional shape, which deviations protrude radially with respect to the circular shape, wherein the highest points of the two radially protruding rounded deviations of the hinge pin (3) are arranged aligned at an angle with respect to one another.
  12. Door stop according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the inner circumferential surface of the door stop housing (12) and/or of the length section (11), engaging in the latter, of the hinge pin (3) is fitted with a sliding coating.
  13. Door stop according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the inner circumferential surface of the door stop housing (12) and/or that length section (11) of the hinge pin (3) which engages in said housing is/are provided with an edge-layer hardening.
