Claims (10)

  1. Scharnierbeschlag für Tür oder Fenster mit Drehöffnung oder dergleichen, umfassend einen festen Teil (6), der einerseits mit Mitteln zur Befestigung (7) im Falz (8) des Festrahmens (5) der Tür oder des Fensters und andererseits mit Gelenkmitteln (9) in Form einer Achse oder eines Kugelgelenks (10) versehen ist für das Zusammenwirken mit komplementären Gelenkmitteln (11), die einem beweglichen Teil (13) zugeordnet sind, der geeignet ist, in einem Überschlag (14) eines Flügels (3) aufgenommen zu werden, wobei zumindest die komplementären Gelenkmittel (11) des beweglichen Teils (13) zur Anordnung in einer Aussparung oder Vertiefung (17) bestimmt sind, die in dem Überschlag (14) auf der zur Anlage gegen den Festrahmen bestimmten Seite (16) vorgesehen ist, und die Mittel (7) zur Befestigung des festen Teils (6) im Falz (8) des Festrahmens (5) einerseits von einer Zunge (21) gebildet werden, die sich parallel zur Drehachse (20) des Flügels (3) erstreckt, wobei diese Zunge (21) einen seitlichen Fortsatz (23) aufweist, der sich senkrecht zu ihrer Achse erstreckt und eine Trägerbasis für die Gelenkmittel (9) bildet, wobei die Mittel (7) zur Befestigung im Falz (8) andererseits von Mitteln zum Verstellen (31) der Position des Flügels (3) relativ zum Festrahmen (5) vervollständigt werden, die zumindest gemäß einer zur Drehachse (20) senkrechten Richtung wirken.
  2. Scharnierbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Teil (13) die Form eines Gehäuses (18) aufweist, das für die Anordnung in einer Aussparung oder Vertiefung (17) im Überschlag (14) vorgesehen ist, wobei sich im Innern des Gehäuses (18) eine Büchse (12) erstreckt für die Aufnahme einer Achse oder auch eines Kugelgelenks (10) der Gelenkmittel (9) des festen Teils (6), wobei dem Gehäuse (18) Mittel zur Befestigung in der Aussparung oder Vertiefung (17) im Überschlag (14) zugeordnet sind.
  3. Scharnierbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Befestigung in einer im Überschlag (14) vorgesehenen Aussparung oder Vertiefung (17) von einem Verankerungszapfen (19) gebildet werden, der dem Gehäuse (18) zugeordnet ist und sich von der Aussparung oder Vertiefung (17) ausgehend im Innern des röhrenförmigen Überschlags (14) erstreckt.
  4. Scharnierbeschlag entsprechend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der senkrechte Fortsatz (29) an der seitlichen Kante (22) der Zunge (21) an deren unterem Ende (24) befindet.
  5. Scharnierbeschlag entsprechend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (21) an ihrer dem Falz (8) zugewandten Seite (29) mit einem Verankerungsschuh (30) versehen ist, der für die Aufnahme in einer Nut (27) insbesondere mit angepasstem Querschnitt bestimmt ist, die am Falz (8) des Festrahmens (5) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Scharnierbeschlag entsprechend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (21) Öffnungen (26) für den Durchtritt von Befestigungsorganen (25) aufweist.
  7. Scharnierbeschlag entsprechend einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellmittel (31) die Form von mindestens einer Verstellschraube (32) aufweisen, die in einem Gewindeloch (33) eines eine Mutter bildenden Elements (28) eingeschraubt ist, das für die Aufnahme am Falz (8) des Festrahmens (5) geeignet ist, insbesondere in einer Nut (27), wobei der Kopf (34) dieser Verstellschraube (32) sich auf der dem Falz (8) zugewandten Seite (29) der Zunge (21) abstützt.
  8. Scharnierbeschlag entsprechend Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (21) eine Öffnung (36) rechtwinklig zum Kopf (34) der Verstellschraube (32) aufweist, damit diese mittels eines geeigneten Werkzeugs zugänglich ist.
  9. Scharnierbeschlag entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellmittel (31) von mindestens zwei Verstellschrauben (38, 39) gebildet werden, die jeweils von einem Gewindeloch (40, 41) aufgenommen werden, das beiderseits der Mittelebene (42) in der Zunge (21) durchgehend vorgesehen ist, wobei diese Verstellschrauben (38, 39) dafür bestimmt sind, sich im Falz (8) des Festrahmens (5) abzustützen, um die Zunge (21) von der Ebene des Falzes (8) zu beabstanden bzw. ihr anzunähern und/oder sie um eine Schwenkachse (37) zu drehen, die zur Drehachse (20) des Flügels (3) parallel ist.
  10. Scharnierbeschlag entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellmittel (31) von Keilen (43, 44) gebildet werden, die zwischen die Zunge (21) und den Falz (8) des Festrahmens (5) eingesetzt werden können, wobei diese Keile (43, 44) dafür vorgesehen sind, die Zunge (21) von der Ebene des Falzes (8) des Festrahmens (5) zu beabstanden oder ihr anzunähern und/oder die Schwenkbewegung der Zunge (21) um eine Schwenkachse (37) zu bewirken, die zur Drehachse (20) des Flügels (3) parallel ist.
