Claims (8)
- Flüssigkeitsgekühlte, mehrzylindrige Brennkraftmaschine mit am Zylinder-Kurbelgehäuse lösbar angeordnetem Zylinderkopf,umfassend jeweilige Kühlmittelkammern (4, 5) in Kurbelgehäuse (2) und Zylinderkopf (3), wobeidie Kühlmittelkammer (4) im Zylinderkopf (3) von dessen Außenwänden, einer kurbelgehäuseseitigen Bodenplatte (6) und einer darüber beabstandet angeordneten Deckwand (7) begrenzt ist, undmittels Querwänden in je einem zylinderseitigen Brennraum zugeordnete Abschnitte (8, 8', 8'', 8''') unterteilt ist, wobeidas in den Abschnitten (8 bis 8''') den Zylinderkopf (3) quer durchströmende, Gaswechselkanäle und Aufnahmen für Zündkerzen und/oder Einspritzdüsen umspülende Kühlmittel über in der Bodenplatte (6) einer Längsseite des Zylinderkopfes (3) benachbart angeordnete Durchbrechungen (9) in Richtung Zylinder-Kurbelgehäuse (2) abfließt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Zylinder-Kurbelgehäuse (2) eine in Teilbereiche (5', 5'') unterteilte Kühlmittelkammer (5) umfaßt unddaß eine im Zylinder-Kurbelgehäuse (2) angeordnete Einrichtung (10; 15; 5', 5'') der Weiterleitung des aus dem Zylinderkopf (3) abfließenden Kühlmittels zu einem im Zylinderkopf (3) integrierten Steigkanal (11) dient, wobeieine im Zylinderkopf (3) die Abschnitte (8 bis 8''') dieser Kühlmittelkammer (4) in Hochpunkten verbindende Entlüftungsleitung (12) vorgesehen ist, diein den mit einem äußeren Leitungsanschluß (13) verbindbaren Steigkanal (11) in einem Bereich eines geodätischen Höchstpunktes (14) mündet. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (10) ein im Zylinder-Kurbelgehäuse (2) gesondert ausgebildeter bzw. integrierter Sammelkanal (15) ist.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sammelkanal (15) über Wanddurchbrechungen (16) mit einem Teilbereich (5', 5'') der unterteilten Kühlmittelkammer (5) des Zylinder-Kurbelgehäuses (2) in Verbindung steht.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sammelkanal (15) über eine offen gestaltete Längsseite mit einem Teilbereich (5', 5'') der unterteilten Kühlmittelkammer (5) des Zylinder-Kurbelgehäuses (2) in Verbindung steht.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Einrichtung (10) ein Teilbereich (5', 5'') einer über die Zylinder (17) unterteilten Kühlmittelkammer (5) des Zylinder-Kurbelgehäuses (2) dient.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Zylinderkopf (3) zumindest in einem Endbereich (18, 18') ein integrierter Steigkanal (11) angeordnet ist.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß im Zylinderkopf (3) in beiden Endbereichen (18, 18') jeweils ein integrierter Steigkanal (11) angeordnet ist, wobeider der vorderen Stirnseite (19) der Brennkraftmaschine (1) benachbarte Steigkanal (11) mit einem im Zylinderkopf (3) integrierten Kurzschlußkanal (20) zu einem am Zylinderkopf (3) angeordneten Pumpen-Anschlußstutzen (21) in Verbindung steht.
- Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das den Zylinderkopf (3) in den Abschnitten (8 bis 8''') der Kühlmittelkammer (4) quer durchströmende Kühlmittel diametral zu den Abfluß-Durchbrechungen (9) aus einem weiteren Teilbereich (5'') der unterteilten Kühlmittelkammer (5) des Zylinder-Kurbelgehäuses (2) und/oderaus einem am Zylinderkopf (3) angeordneten Längskanal zugeführt ist.
