Claims (8)
- Vertikale Schlauchbeutelmaschine mit einem Zuführsystem für einen die Schlauchbeutel bildenden Hüllstoft, einem Füllrohr, um das der Hüllstoft zur Bildung eines Schlauches geführt wird und das zur Einfüllung des zu verpackenden Materiales dient, einer Längsnahtschweißvorrichtung, einer Quernahtschweißvorrichtung zur Ausbildung einer unteren und einer oberen Querschweißnaht an einem Schlauchbeutel, einer Hebevorrichtung für den gefüllten, noch nicht mit der oberen Querschweißnaht versehenen Schlauchbeutel und einer unterhalb der Quernahtschweißvorrichtung vorgesehenen Faltvorrichtung mit zwei Faltorganen für den Hüllstoff am oberen Schlauchbeutelendbereich, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltvorrichtung (14) vertikal unbeweglich zur Quernahtschweißvorrichtung (3) angeordnet ist und die Hebevorrichtung (9) und die Faltvorrichtung (14) so gesteuert angetrieben sind, daß zum Falten des Hüllstoffes (2) auf die Füllgutoberfläche (7) der gefüllte Schlauchbeutel (12) relativ zur Faltvorrichtung (14) angehoben und die beiden Faltorgane (6) der Faltvorrichtung (14) horizontal einwärts bewegt werden, derart, daß der Hüllstoff (2) zwischen den Faltorganen (6) und der Füllgutoberfläche (7) geführt straff gehalten wird.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltvorrichtung (14) an der Quernahtschweißvorrichtung (3) befestigt ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungen der Faltorgane (6) an den Schweißbackenträgern der Quernahtschweißvorrichtung (3) befestigt sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltvorrichtung (14) in Anpassung an geringere Füllstandsschwankungen im Schlauchbeutel vertikal verstellbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hebevorrichtung (9) über eine Strecke angehoben wird, die etwa der Breite (B) des Schlauchbeutels entspricht.
- Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während der Faltbewegung des Hüllstoffes (2) zusätzlich Hüllstoft zugeführt wird.
- Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltvorrichtung (14) zusätzlich zu den zwei Faltorganen (6) Seitenfalter (11) aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichet, daß die Seitenfalter in der Form von senkrecht stehenden Platten ausgebildet sind.
