Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a metal sheet / tank Tissue confederation for roller shutters in which a number of Roller shutter bars spaced apart on a flexible Fabric web are arranged, and the application of the invention for a blind made of it.
- stiff metal profiles are inserted in the transverse direction sets, which are hinged together, and which are connected by a winding device on a wave up and unwound from this again can be.
- the metal profiles are intended to be in a roller shutter longitudinal direction be glued running hinge bands.
- DE 31 04 048 A1 also teaches the hinged connection of the metal profiles on one to assemble continuous, flexible web of a fabric and also stick on it.
- DE-U-77 15 415 is a kink-resistant, areal Material on its back with parallel to each other and too the axis of the winding shaft of the shutter extending stiffening rods provided, the stiffening rods by means of a web of self-adhesive, planar material are attached to a screen.
- a roller blind is known in which Roller blind reinforcing elements glued to a roller blind made of flexible fabric are; a similar process is also disclosed in WO 98/20225.
- roller shutter shell described in EP 0 410 364.
- the relatively large winding diameter in conventional roller shutter tanks is due to the space required the double-walled hook and Gegenhakens of hollow chamber rods caused for roller shutter.
- small roller shutter boxes are preferred; here the roller shutter with a fabric-bonded roller shutter is after EP 0 410 34.
- the roller shutter diameter of the wound Roller shutter tanks are significantly reduced. As a result results a much smaller space requirement for the shutter box. This is particularly advantageous for roller shutters for skylights and old buildings renovation with small lintels and also with shading systems for conservatories.
- S-shaped roller shutter bars Since installation was previously only possible if flawless S-shaped roller shutter bars or large roller shutter boxes used could become. Customer acceptance of these products has been up to now not very good and also, especially for S-shaped roller shutter bars, declining.
- a disadvantage of S-shaped roller shutter bars is also the low stability with wind, snow and ice loads. For single bars In addition disturbing noises occur by rattling in the wind, in rain or hail up.
- roller shutter manufactured by the inventive method, wherein individual roller shutter bars with Distance next to each other on a fabric web are glued.
- the roller shutter bars are formed by two metal strips, one outer and an inner one that sandwiches the fabric web between them.
- the Roller shutter rods are thus formed from a sandwich.
- One for carrying out the method according to the invention particularly suitable fabric has a high weather resistance, it is Insensitive to sunlight (heat, UV light), moisture and frost. It is as waterproof as possible and has preferably no or only a very low water absorption capacity. It is furthermore resistant to aging and flexible. It has a high bending cycle resistance, even at temperatures below 0 ° C. Preferably it is dirt-repellent. It has a high static and dynamic strength, so that it can withstand special loads. Farther it should be well recyclable.
- notch insensitivity that is, the fabric is resistant to a notch effect on the textile fibers, caused by the edges of the metal strips that the Form roller shutter bars, should be particularly resistant. hereby the risk of tissue damage due to notch effects is increased Bending, that is, when winding and unwinding the roller shutter, to the Edges significantly reduced. In addition, these edges can be removed by deburring, Round off or touch before joining and gluing the individual elements of the roller shutter armor can be significantly reduced.
- "tear propagation stopper" are provided in the textile fabric, the at a partial damage of the tissue tearing the remaining Prevent tissue structure largely.
- a braid can be made of a very fine one Stainless steel wire are considered because such a braid very flexible and cut resistant and thus a high burglar resistance and a high Has strength. Furthermore, such a stainless steel wire mesh corrosion resistant.
- a more economical material to offer Fabrics made of synthetic materials. Good adhesion and good recyclable are acrylic fabrics, polyester fabrics, polyamide fabrics, carbon fabrics, all high to very high strength and good weather resistance Carbon fiber fabrics have very good strength values but are relatively expensive. It is also conceivable a fabric of different materials to a blended fabric too combine. Although, in principle, fabrics made of natural fibers (hemp, Jute, cotton, sisal, etc.), but these are materials only limited weather resistance.
- thermoplastics suitable, ie substances activated by heating for bonding and deactivated by the subsequent cooling such as copolymers. Polyethylene, polyurethanes, etc.
- a film web on the Metal web or the fabric web can be applied.
- the application of the adhesive can also simultaneously with a applied coating, but also after application the adhesive can be applied afterwards. Because the glue is at room temperature is not sticky, it can only by heat and / or pressure be activated again, the so coated web can be wound up again and stored wound up.
- the thus created aluminum precursor which is coated on one side with the film as an adhesive and on the other side, the visible side, already in the desired way has a decorative coating, so can until its further processing - If necessary, in other production - stored.
- roller shutter shell produced according to the invention form the in particular from EP 410 364 known, two roller shutter bars existing, between the inner and outer metal strips exiting tissue strips the necessary hinges.
- roller shutter bars spaced apart glued on a flexible fabric web.
- the roller shutter material and / or the flexible fabric web on a Contact surface first with an easily activated adhesive in the form a film web coated, wherein the semi-finished products of roller shutter material be applied to the fabric web at a predetermined distance and wherein the semi-finished products undergo activation and curing of the Adhesives are glued together.
- the roller shutter bars of a Roller shutter armor of an outer metal strip and an inner metal strip formed, from both sides congruent in symmetrical Arrangement attached to the fabric web are.
- the slats forming metal strips can be used for the outer and inner Side same dimensions, but also different dimensions (Width and / or thickness) or different profile geometries ironing (e.g., if the finished roller shutter has the outer metal strips (Outside of the roller shutter) scaly partially lay one over the other and form a closed surface.
- the so attached parts are fixed and under temperature as well with pressure, for which a press is advantageously used, by activation of adhesive. Subsequently, the glue cured, generally by cooling. After that, the one for this Process step used press reopened, and the so produced Roller shutter armor can be removed.
- This fabric web can be used in Manufacturing process in Verklebetakt be moved further, so that a made relatively long trajectory of a roller shutter and possibly to a big bales can be wound up. From this railway can then the for the roller shutters for a window or a door to be produced required length separated and installed as a roller shutter.
- the metal strips on the opposite face of the contact lying surface on a coating whose properties are designed according to the wishes.
- the proposed construction allows a very economical production, it increases the roller shutters Stability e.g. in terms of wind pressure. Snow and ice load, and improved also the burglary security.
- An (endless) aluminum strip if necessary in a coil coating line after degreasing and pretreatment before further treatment the later visible side provided with a desired coating becomes, receives on its other, later the tissue-facing side one Adhesive application.
- a method is advantageously used in the tape material withdrawn from the winding, coated with the film web and can be wound up again.
- the precursors prepared in the manner described above, with the Film web occupied metal track and possibly also with a film web provided fabric web are storable and transportable and can be on demand processed into semi-finished products at other production sites become.
- metal strips are cut from the metal sheet, later as roller shutter bars or as roller shutter bars to be joined metal strips 2 and 4 serve.
- the fabric web becomes For example, a required for the roller shutter to be manufactured Tailored measure.
- roller shutter material - generally metal strip of aluminum - pre-formed.
- Rollformers are preferably used for preforming. These pre-formed metal strips are in the desired Positioned on the fabric web, with the facing each other Pages are provided with the adhesive application in the form of the film web. alternative become undeformed semi-finished products from the roller shutter material applied during training simultaneously with the application on the fabric web to the roller shutter bars forming metal strip in the desired manner and in another education at the same time as gluing to the roller shutter bars Metal strips are deformed.
- These are the pre-formed or undeformed semi-finished products after cutting and the fabric web with the order of the film web as glue so superimposed that the contact surfaces come into contact with each other, so that the acting as roller shutter bars metal strips in the desired Position.
- the bonding takes place in a press that deforms the metal strips when glued.
- This will be the glue at the fabric web with those in the desired positions applied metal strip activated in this position, so that the Glued on the fabric web metal strips are glued.
- the curing of the adhesive after which then the ready to install Roller shutter is present, formed by the fabric web is, on which the roller shutter bars forming metal strips side by side lie and are glued to this.
- Metal strips 2 are at the specified distance from and parallel each other, applied side by side on the fabric web 6, wherein the adhesive layer 2 'of the metal strips 2 of the film-coated Side of the fabric web 6 faces.
- Other metal strips 4 can be arranged on the opposite side of the fabric band 6, with its adhesive-coated side 4 'facing the fabric web 6 is.
- the metal strips 2 and 4 arranged congruently on both sides of the fabric web 6; so symmetrical arranged, the parts are then fixed, that two associated with each other Metal strips 2 and 4, one on top of the fabric panel 6, one on the underside thereof, substantially congruent one above the other lying on the fabric web 6 border.
- the pressing tool of the adhesive press can at the top and on the Have underside mold segments, so that for each of the metal strip. 2 or 4 a separate form element z. B. for the upper metal strip concave, for the lower metal strip 2, a convex mold element provided is so that everyone through the upper metal strip 4 and the lower Metal strip 2 formed, the fabric web 6 einbindender shutter bar in cross section, i. orthogonal to its longitudinal axis arcuate is curved.
- the metal strips 2 and 4 with the fabric web 6 first in a bonding press with flat Tool glued and then the desired deformation in a molding press or by embossing.
