Nachdem alle auf der gemeinsamen Welle angeordneten Spulen vollgewickelt wurden, ist es in nachteiliger Art und Weise erforderlich, daß die Wickelmaschine zwecks Unterbrechung der Zufuhr der Materialbahn gestoppt werden muß, um die vollen Spulen von der gemeinsamen Achse der Aufwickelvorrichtung abzunehmen und neue, leere Spulen auf die gemeinsame Achse aufzuschieben. Typischerweise dauert dieser Ent- und Beladevorgang der Spulen ungefähr ein Drittel der zum Vollwickeln der Spulen mit der Materialbahn benötigten Zeit, so daß in nachteiliger Art und Weise bei der bekannten Aufwickelvorrichtung für eine Wickelmaschine eine nur unzureichende Effizienz gegeben ist.Such a winding device for a winding machine is from DE 85 34 634 U1 known. werden, indem ein der Stirnseite der sich bildenden Rolle abgewandtes Ende
mindestens zweier Wellen über die sich bildende Rolle drehbar über den
stützenden Haltearm hinaus verlängert ist, und an jedem verlängerten Ende der
jeweiligen Welle ein Teil einer lösbaren Kupplung befestigbar ist, wobei die
Kupplungsteile einander zugewandter Teile benachbarter Wickelstationen wahlweise
miteinander verbindbar sind.

bezeichneten Aufwickelvorrichtung weist einen Spulenständer 2 auf, in dem eine
Anzahl von Spulen 3a-3h aufnehmbar ist. Die Spulen 3a-3h werden sukzessive
mit einer Materialbahn (nicht gezeigt) bewickelt, die ihnen über einen schwenkbaren
Einfädelkopf 5 zugeführt werden. Hierbei ist vorzugsweise vorgesehen, daß
der Einfädelkopf 5 derart ausgebildet und angeordnet ist, daß er einem zunehmendem
Druckmesser der aufgewickelten Materialbahn folgt. Nachdem die erste
Spule 3a mit der über den Einfädelkopf 5 zugeführten Materialbahn vollgewickelt
wurde, wird die Materialbahn abgeschnitten und der Spulenständer 2 wird von einer
in den Figuren nicht gezeigten, bekannten Verschiebeinrichtung (in Figur 1)
nach links, also in einer quer zur Zuführrichtung der Materialbahn verlaufenden
Verschieberichtung, verschoben. Die zweite Spule 3b liegt dann somit vor dem
Einfädelkopf 5. Dann wird die zweite Spule 3b bewickelt. Nachdem die zweite
Spule 3b voll ist, wird wiederum die Materialbahn abgeschnitten und der Spulenständer
2 wiederum um den Abstand zwischen zwei Spulen nach links bewegt, so
daß nun die dritte Spule 3c vor dem Einfädelkopf 5 zu liegen kommt. Dieses Verfahren
